I have been seeing Candace for almost a year now, and I could not be happier. My skin looks amazing. The staff is great. They are all so warm & welcoming, and not product pushers! These ladies are gems, and I recommend them everyone!

I have been going to Skin Serenity for about a year. I felt that my skin needed help even though I was on what I thought was a good skin regimen. (expensive anyways which I found out does not equate to quality.) I had sun damaged skin from my youth amongst other things. Candace Lopes has been treating my skin now for a year and on a recent dermatologist visit for my yearly skin cancer checkup the Dr commentated how great my skin was, really beautiful, obviously healthy, and well cared for. I thank candace and the great product she has that really does the job. Great place and super nice staff.

Such an incredible place! I feel so welcomed every time I enter. The staff is very nice and they make you feel comfortable and at home. I get my facials, eyebrows, and eyelashes done by Ava and I couldnt imagine not going to her! Ava is incredibly thorough and explains what is good for your skin and how to improve it through their products. She is such a lovely person and amazing at her job. I would highly recommend coming here, and asking for Ava!

I am new to the area & was referred to Skin Serenity Spa by a family member.Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by Mary.She would be the esthetician who would be providing my lip & brow wax. Mary was professional yet personable. She took me to a room that was peaceful....sounds of nature & running water. It was a relaxing experience.As I checked out, I got a referral from her for a hair stylist. Mary will become my permanent esthetician. What a beautiful person...inside & out!! Thank you Mary :)

Each employee knows exactly how to perform their job in a professional manner while performing a high quality service. To add on to that, each employee is required by the state to be knowledgeable, trained, and certified to be able to perform any of the services they provide. The review that you submitted sounds more hateful than it does honest Mr. Lewis. This place was amazing for me and I couldn’t recommend anyone else to run a higher quality business and to train a better staff than Candace.

Went here for my first ever facial a couple months ago and it was AMAZING! I had Ava and she was the absolute best. I could tell she was very devoted to her work and only wanted the best for her clients! My skin and brows have never looked better:) Again, another shoutout to my girl Ava, love ya!!!

I went here for my first facial ever, and it was such an amazing experience. I cannot recommend Ava enough! She’s so sweet and charismatic, and really goes through everything she is doing; you can feel her knowledge and passion for what she does. As for the facial, it was so relaxing and catered directly to my skin type. I left feeling refreshed and beautiful! Everyone there is so kind, and the atmosphere is wonderful. Candy is amazing and super talented. I have been under her care for a couple years now and see a huge difference in my skin. As a man I had always been resistant to peels or just about anything, however I finally gave in have had three peels. The results have been fantastic. All of the discoloration on my face is gone and my skin looks healthier than ever. Candy is very upfront with her advice and she is always right. I wished I had listened to her earlier! The experience is first class and I’m tremendously pleased with the results. I would give Candy and her staff 6 stars if I could. Thank you Skin Serenity and Candy!

Candice & Ava are terrific, Ive had a spectacular facial, teeth whitening and dermaplane with Ava and have loved all of them. They really listen to what you want and make suggestions without pressure to purchase additional items or services and really help the budget conscious.Everyone is very friendly and welcoming!! Walking in this establishment you get a sense of their inviting ambiance and get to see all of their products showcased. I received a detox and purify treatment and I have to say the end result was black & white. I saw such a difference! Helen, was very nurturing and sweet. She was knowledgeable in the procedures and products to use on my facial type. I do have to admit; I left a bit overwhelmed with all the things discussed during my consultation. I think in the future new clients might benefit from a separate consultation prior to any treatments. This experience definitely helped broaden my perspective of products and treatments to try in the future. I would like to come back and try the derma-planing & gradually incorporate the products into my daily routine. Overall, I had a lovely time and did enjoy the service that was offered to me.

I thoroughly enjoyed my customized facial with Mary. She was thorough and attentive. I left relaxed and replenished. I look forward to coming back in the future.

I have been going to Ava for dermaplaning, customized facials and a chemical peel. My skin looks younger everytime I visit. I cannot recommend Ava enough for all of your Skincare and Makeup needs!!!

If I could rate Skin Serenity Spa 20 stars I would!! I came into this office with my face down, nor would I EVER walk out of my house with no makeup..Ms. Candace changed my life in barely 4 months! I had severe cystic acne still at the age of 29. Ive been to doctors and dermatologists my whole life and they all resort back to acutane, I wasnt willing to go through that so I lost all hope. 4 months later and I hold my head up high and feel AMAZING with no make up on!! I completely feel like a brand new person by just washing my face daily! NOTHING has ever came close to clearing my face up! I highly recommend this office if you want to feel like a million bucks!

I went it for horrible melasma that I’ve dealt with for 8 years- tried everything under the sun(no pun intended ☺️) only for it to come back darker and more of it on my face! Candace was recommended to me by a client and I kid you not it has been a game changer for me! I’ve had two derma-planes and one chemical peel so far and use the regimen given to me by Candace and my face is almost completely free of melasma and glowing like it never has before! The spa itself is nice, the ambiance is nice. It would be better if it was elderly friendly as you have to climb stairs. Good location, great massage. The thing that really bothered me was the way the owner spoke to the staff. She was obviously fake with whoever was around at that time b/c she was completely different with the receptionist who happens to be her elderly mother. I found her to be rude and a know it all. If it wasnt for her I would go back again. Maybe think about taking a personality class, anger management maybe?

Kristen is a miracle worker! After three babies my skin needed desperate help. This lady knows what she is talking about. I will definitely be back.

This is absolutely the worst place I have ever been. The owner is a scam artist. The entire business is based on bait and switch. Come in for a facial and you get bullied into buying $1000+ of products-- that do not work. The owner will tell you that you need to use these products and have a series of peels and other treatments that will cost you more than an actual facelift. She treats her employees horribly and the turnover rate is tremendous. I went in for a dermaplane and came out with multiple scratches on my face. BEWARE of this establishment. Im surprised that this place is still in business.

Candace transformed my face! I had acne scaring and deep pores, over a series of facials,dermaplaning, and PCA skin peels, my face has never looked better. I work outside daily, and my skin rarely has a break out. I dont get those under the skin breakouts either. Its hard to believe this is my skin but with the PCA products and her methods, I always keep coming back for more. I cant wait until I visit her again!

I visited Skin Serenity Spa about one year ago to see massage therapist Lisa Sirois, who is absolutely wonderful! (This new spa is a new environment for Lisa, because her former co-worker moved away and Skin Serenity moved in).I enjoyed Lisas massage, as always, but found the owner of the spa, Candy Lopes, to be quite rude as she made a point to be in my face immediately after I came out from my massage. She seemed not to care at all that I was there only to see Lisa for a massage, because she loudly began boasting about how she was the owner of the spa and that I should be as proud as she was about her accomplishments in turning the establishment into a day spa. I truly wanted nothing but to savor in my relaxed state which Lisa had put me in, but was abruptly awaken by Cancys persistance in giving me the Grand Tour of the tiny 4-room spa. Again, she was loud and totally in my face. My visit suddenly became all about her. I didnt even get the chance to confer with Lisa on how to stretch my neck and shoulders to help my Rotator Cuff injury which Lisa had just treated me for. Its like Candy wanted me all to herself. She was also very persistent and tried very hard to persuade me into scheduling a facial with her, but, again, all I was there for in the first place was a relaxing massage!Also, I found the color scheme of the spa to be rather harsh, what with all the crimson red accents and curtains--nothing serene about red! And way too many Buda statues for my taste. The entire spa has a vibe that is dark and unbalanced. Plus the TV in the tiny waiting room took the place way over the top!!!Needless to say, I never returned to Sin Serenity Spa. Lisa came to my house several times to massage me before she finally left the establishment and relocated her practice.I just returned to Florida from PA, and am surprised to see Skin Serenity Spa is still in business! I DO NOT recommend this place!
