Natalie was awesome! I came in for foundation and after she found the perfect color for me she suggested some skin care routine products. After doing the same makeup skin care thing for 15 years, this new mom feels like she might look pretty again soon. Thanks Natalie!

The staff here is over the top helpful. Anyone will help you even if it isnt your dept. Being an Aunt of beauty nieces I get texts of things theyd like and not knowing a thing. I have happy nieces & my shopping is successful because of the great Customer service thank you

I shop at this Ulta location all the time and the ladies are very helpful!The store is always clean and I prefer this location to others I visited.I just wish they would get more stock in and carry more brands in store.

I love this store. It is so bright and clean. The sales people are helpful and cheerful. They have done a great job adjusting to COVID-19 with required masks and clear signage for foot traffic. Now you can also order online to pickup in store or curbside. ❤️

My wife loves this store and normally the staff is very helpful but this particular visit I felt as if the staff were following me and my family around the store. I understand theft must happen regularly at this type of store but it made me and my wife uncomfortable to shop here. We will probably just stick to Sephora from now on.

Normally I’m a fan of Ulta and most of the employees, but not today. I could already tell she was annoyed having to help me, but then when I continued to browse after her recommendation she came up again and made a comment about my 16 month old that was very rude. Sephora it is from now on. Very disappointed.

AWFUL! Constantly out - of -stock on inventory. No one on the floor to assist. (maybe 2 on a good day, if lucky) I purchased a $290+ hair dryer there around Christmas which has a short. (ZAPP) On the first use, it was shorting out. I brought it back in original box, all papers etc....in box and they couldnt find my purchase history. Ive spent thousands there and they said that after so many purchases that they begin to erase history of purchases. WHAT? So, now they no longer carry that hairdryer (just the lower version of it) they cant replace it and told me to call the manufacturer of the hair dryer. It goes on...... They are completely inept. Poor management and unprofessional as could be.

Worst customer service ever. I went in asking a couple questions, the cashier was not helpful, not apologetic for not knowing the answers. When I asked about a certain free gift with purchase promotion, she said while supplies last very dismissive, even though the website clearly states that they have some available in this store. Hence my trip here. I said never mind I will just buy online, instead of trying to save the sale like most people in the customer field would, she dismisses me again and says next customer. Good to know for next time. I wont be back. Be mindful or your customers Ulta or you may end up on the next Stores going out of business list

I will never shop at this location again. Makes me want to never give ulta business again. If I could of got her name I would but she is very disrespectful. I’m coming into the store to shop to give you guys business and no one to help or when the lady comes up to you she is very rude. There’s a different way to talk to customers. This is the problem now a days & makes you only want to shop online it’s because people like your rude employees!

This is one of my favorite Ultas! This beauty store has such a wide verity of products. Make-up paradise! The down side is its a hit or miss with the employees: Ive had one employee spend about 15 to 20 minutes with me which I LOVED and another occasion the customer service team looked at me like I was such an inconvenience... Im sorry but its your job to make us feel happy to be in the store not uncomfortable and judged the entire time!

Ulta Beauty good place in town with good prices beats them mall on prices. And some things are just the same look a there willing to help all the time you cant go in the store and unless theres five or six people wanted to help you I like the place its pretty it smells good and it looks good all the time

I love this Ulta, better than any of the other ones that I have been to, they always have the newest products out and it is never a disappointment. The staff is always courteous and professional. If there was an option to give them 1 out of 10 stars I would give them all 10!

Manager Islynn was GREAT. She went above and beyond for me. Took the time to show me what I should get and also showed me how to apply the make up. Friendly, funny and very courteous.

Dont have an official opinion on this store as far as customer service. I have had mixed experiences. Their salon has the most cold, unfriendly stylists! However, I love that I can get any of my beauty needs purchased here at a decent price. The point system here is kind of neat and I have collected enough for rewards. Unfortunately however, the coupons I receive in the mail from them can only be used on Ulta brand products which I almost never buy. Give us more useful coupons!

Oh my God you can get everything in that store I love it

When we first walked in no one said anything, we walked around looking lost and they ignored us and assisted others that came into the door after us. We had to ask for help not once but three times until we were directed to the right area. The manager had a horrible attitude as if she hated her job and didnt want to be there and you could tell the employees were even walking on egg shells around her. When I checked out the manager proceeded to argue with me about something that was on clearance and telling me to buy something else instead of what I wanted. Worst experience EVER!!!!!! If you dont like your job, find another one and stop taking it out on others.

This particular Ulta is always disorganized and hard to find someone reliable to help. This poor service has happened 3 different times Ive gone in there. So I avoid going in there because I know what Im in for.

I really like the concept of the store...to get able to go in and self serve my cosmetics BUT same old story in all the retail stores NOT ENOUGH HELP. I needed a certain item and had to roam around to find a sales associate. Once u found one very very helpful and friendly.

They have a good selection of product. The staff on the floor are super friendly and willing to assist. The customer service as far as checkout is touch and go for me. Most of time, I have a pleasant experience and the cashiers are great, but there have been a few instances (although small) where a cashier isnt educated on how their coupons work or whats excluded. Ive only experienced that once, and the girl just stood there, no expression, no apology. Again, not a huge issue, but it doesnt make for a great ending to a shopping trip. It can also get a little cramped if you go during their peak hours. I still prefer Ulta over Sephora, better deals, better rewards program and its always clean and well stocked in this particular store.

Bought foaming hand soaps and when I used one of them it was defective..it did not lather up and made your hands feel sticky. went to store to exchange for different one. While she was looking in computer I decided to buy a gel eyeliner sitting on counter at register on sale for $11.00 and was $22. Clerk tells me I owe $25+ and I asked how? The eyeliner was no longer on sale and they wanted to charge me $3.00 for soap! Yuk! Not going back

Love ulta but the customer service here is always horrible. Im a rewards member every year on my birthday I never get this gift that supposed to get. Well I asked about it and she did not answer me. Every time I go in never greeted ornasked Id I need help. Its ashame the manager never does anything about it.

I literally watched my wife search for someone to help her with A product she wanted to purchase for over 20 mins. The only employee that was available was texting on her phone like a obsessed zombie... she said to my wife without ever looking up that someone will be there in a minute. 10 mins later after waiting for her we left, ordered our products on amazon and vowed to never return.Safe yourself the aggravation and shop somewhere else.

Love the facials here as well as the salon. Ulta rewards program lets you earn points for both. Staff is always friendly too.

I was there last week and the employee would not honor a sale price that was advertised online. The online sale price did not say online only and she could not give me a good reason why they couldnt do it.

The customer service has gone down since last year. the service isnt what is use to be. I mentioned it to the manager and she said Im sorry you feel that way. This location is prejudice to people of color when I go in by myself no one helps me, but when I go with a white counterpart they approach them and not me. Its happened too many times to be a coincidence.

Problem: GIRL said no when I asked her to help me find something. I was so embarrassed.I had entered the store. I looked over at the cashier area to the GIRL who had been standing at front door. (When I entered, GIRL said nothing and walked over to cashier area and stood. GIRL had large container of perfume/cologne in her hand.)I was shocked when she said no. I have NEVER been told no before. I then went to look for 2 items for my daughter. I found the brand and proceeded to search for the items.Meanwhile, this GIRL helped the woman who had entered JUST after me!!!!!!! GIRL walked the woman to items that were several aisles over from where I was. UNBELIEVABLE!!GIRL, when passing by me, asked if she could help me!! I then asked her why she didnt help me earlier. GIRL said she worked in the salon and that I should have found someone in cosmetics to help me !!!!I then asked her why she helped the other woman. GIRL replied, Well, I was just showing her where something was. I WAS DUMBFOUNDED!!!By the way I then refused her help in NO uncertain terms.Another lady, very pretty with black hair, happened by. I asked her for help in finding items. She was pleasant and helped me. I then told her about the GIRL who refused to help me and how surprised I was about her refusal.I identified the GIRL: pale with longish dark hair. GIRL had no affect (emotion, expression).I have spent THOUSANDS of dollars in this particular Ulta. NO MORE!!!!! I was so EMBARRASSED!

Best, biggest makeup store evr! They have all the good brands too (urban decay, bare minerals,etc.) Kinda pricey, but most of it is worth it! You get what u pay 4! 😊

Horrible!!!! The manager jessica told me that the mario bradesco product i was looking at sucked ..... After telling me that this coconut oil was over priced. And after she asked me if i needed any help!... I was shocked!!! I turned down to her and said thanks..i know alittle bit about skin care... Im a licensed cosmetologist. So scared of someone who is selling retail to act in an aggressive way.

Terrible experience I’ve ever had at an ulta . My sister had perfumes in her hands while she was continuing to browse when an employee named Deborah took the perfumes out of her hand with no choose at all and said she was putting it at the front for her but I’ve watched her and she didn’t do that to any other person who was holding items in the store . She was extremely unprofessional and at the end of my shopping experience we left uncomfortable . She made her feel as if she was trying to steal the items.

Be sure to call first for brow bar came in at 5:30 on a tuesday before an interview the next day no one there to do wax. Disappointed. Because brow bar is the best.

Great place, everyone is really nice.The salon is why I give it such a low review. I had to go to three sessions for dying my hair a light blonde. Ended up with light brown, not even a dirty blonde color, and my hair all damaged. She claimed we were splitting the sessions to keep my hair from being damaged but its obviously damanged. It is literally in painful knots if I dont brush it three times a day and completely frizzy. I used to be able to leave it unbrushed for two days and never had any frizz.Sounds more like the sessions were split for more commission.

If you want any kind of customer service DO NOT COME HERE! They will blatantly ignore you and when you finally do flag someone down for help they are very rude and unknowledgeable.
