Service for Auto tires are good enough. If you get the right size available at the moment, you may get them changed within an hour

Good price but unprofessional services

Had my tire changed and employees were very helpful on all my needs. recommend getting here early and plan an hour or so. i went shopping. prices were nice!

They was great and fast service in and out I like that I will be going back to Walmart for now on

I doubt if they are real mechanics. They could not open studs for my car wheel. Really pathetic attitude. They should be fired and sent to get some job training . I pity them

I used to come to this store because it had very good customer service however everything change n I guess management changed n everything also changed. If management were good customers wouldn’t be asking to much cause prices and everything should be done on time. Management doesn’t mean yell to your employees telling them “leave the customer... if you don’t finish this mess in customer service you won’t go home”. This happened Saturday 08/24/19 at 21:45.

Great service!

I went because my car wouldnt start. They tested the battery, said the battery fine and that it might be the alternator. (I go somewhere else because I dont believe them). ‬‪The next place I go says my alternator is fine and that I just needed a new battery. ‬

Do you know that the guy actually came up and assisted me with the type of battery that was needed for the vehicle. And guess what he came up without a request! In todays world, what is number one is(in capital letters but Im lazy to put it in capital letters), is customer service . You guys keep up the good work! This was in the automotive section. Go and spend your money because they treat you right!

They got me in and out incredibly fast I just got there filled in my information they took the car in and I got me a quick shot of water 10 mins later they finished really speedy guys I admit would go back again

Its was 5:39 wen I get there guy walks up to me and ask what do I need? I say my tire blow up and I have my car on the street I need a tire change on the rim, he immediately says is not going ti be done today we are trying to get out of here, I say please is a emergency he says again we about to close.So I went inside and ask the guy in the desk cab I get a tire change on the rim and he says well ask the guys out side if they want to do it they are busy I walk out again and they were laughing on some jokes, others places are close and now Im here in the street writing this review with my 2kids and my wife in the cold not happy with the effort they show to customer, but is defiantly a good sample for my kids of what not to do when someone is in need, i realize how value to people is lost this days, hopefully they never came to be in this situation like the one Im in right ow, Im posting a picture of the guys playing around wile I have to walk out with rim and tire back out, what else can I say thanks people at Walmart tire shop for doing the best thing you could ever do, show me how we are in need of people that care for others. Purchased battery from here. Charged me a $12 fee since I couldnt return my other battery at that time. The clerk said I can bring it by whenever to get the $12 fee returned. Brought the battery back next day Clerk had to Page someone else and while writing this review, Ive been here for over 20 minutes already. This is ridiculous. For something so simple I have to wait here this long. When asking the guy if I can take it to customer service he said not much they can do. Horrible service. Next time Ill be sure to go elsewhere.

Good services, some times their stock is poor, especially auto batteries, wish they used take on wheel weights

Mayurkumar, in the Auto/lube department was quick to respond and was very knowledgeable. Mayurkumar made my experience easy and I was confident in my service. I dont write reviews often, but he deserves this one. Great job and keep up the good work.

Waited so long just for 2 tires to be changed. Workers are slow paced if you want to wait over an hour. If you want to get your tires changed go somewhere else save yourself some time. If you dont mind waiting long then suit yourself. They did a good job just way too long of wait time.

Great place for tire changes. Good service ppl. Got both my rear tires changed to Goodyear for $200. Thats how much Discount Tire will charge you for just 1 tyre. Thanks guys. Will definitely go back.

Convenient place for me

I went there for oil change. They kept me waiting for 25mins and took my car in. The mechanics couldnt even open the screw & refused oil change. I wasted my 45mins - 1hr, I insisted them try again but they were adamant on their decision.I went to different and he was able to do it in 10secs.

This Walmart has the best team in their Tire & Lube shop. They are always courteous, quick and perform a stellar job. Shout out to Daniel de Jesús for his excellent professionalism and attention to detail at my last visit. Thank you!

If I could give no stars or negative stars I would. Terrible customer service. 2 team member talked to us but just went on to do their thing and keep looking as us while just standing doing nothing!!!

My oil change is always super fast here and the workers are always extremely friendly. Go at a time after lunch as opposed to before lunch and your wait time will be less.

Brought my car here. Was the only one waiting for tire change. 1 simple tire. I asked them how long it would take until my car could be ready and they said 45 minutes. I understand that they have a policy of saying 45 minutes but with my experience in NTB Discounttire, 1 tire with Balance usually take no longer than at most 20 minutes especially if your 1st line. Customer service is horrible here. Might as well put a kiosk in here because at least with a kiosk you dont have to wait for someone to come and help you and at least it will say hello and thank you

Ive had my tires changed here twice, on just recently and another several years ago. Despite Wal-marts usual dismal reputation, this auto center has pleasantly surprised me by providing excellent service. Everyone was courteous and professional. I didnt catch everyones name tags, but for the ones I did: way to go, Christopher, Mr. E, Joe, and Sherat! Thank you!

Got the motorcycle battery we needed. However, it wasnt pre charged. We had to pour the acid ourselves. It took several hours to prep and charge the battery before we could use it (we charged it at Advance Auto Parts because Walmart didnt charge motorcycle batteries).

They provide good quality service and are nice people

These guys are so rude its unbelievable. They neglected to put paper mats before getting in my vehicle and ruined the floormats with oil stains from their boots.

Oil change sucks they always say my van doesnt have grease fittings but it does and then they say grease gun not working
