All the one star reviews are definitely true. The person working there today was very rude and not helpful at all when I asked questions. When I asked about a product; she told me, “it’s over there” and “do not touch the samples” in a very demeaning way. Yikes. I will definitely be shopping online.

Michelle is so helpful, best employee there. All these other reviews about her are FAKE. She goes above and beyond to serve everyone and I’ve seen it first hand every time I go there. Nice attitude, classy, and most of all she always has gorgeous makeup on! Wish there were more people like her.

Brittany was attentive with my mother and kind. She gave her the best concealer recommendation for her skin. She also recommended skincare products to help with her fine lines. My mother and I, would go to her again. Brittany also gave us gifts and spoiled my mom. Thank you Brittany!! Great employee!!

I wanted to order the Fenty Beauty foundation but they didnt have my color in stock so I asked the lady at the counter to order it for me and she said she couldnt do it because they were out of stock online as well. Thats odd, I checked 20 minutes before and they had it in stock online and I checked again when I got home and my shade is still available online. I then asked her if I could get a sample and she said no because thats all they have left... Anyways, I was able to get a sample size at the other Sephora even though they didnt have that color in stock.

The workers did not give my friend any personal space kept following and asking if she needed any help as though she was a thief though our the whole store it was very aggravating that we ended up leaving w out even getting what We needed bc I do not like the fact we where being discriminated bc we are Minoritys and not being able to enjoy our shopping experience also the workers did not match me w the right shade of foundation on my last purchase super dissapointed
