Mr. Nanda from Sugar Land Bel furniture store should bottle his patience and knowledge and sell it. He taught me things that I did not know about mattresses and why I have not been sleeping well. He was very patient and allowed me to go from each mattress until I made my decision and yet encouraged me to take more time to make a selection. I really appreciate his time, patience, and concern for my well being.

Very bad service.Never buy furniture from here.I bought warranty for 5 years and paid 70$ for warranty just for 450$ worth furniture and now when the bad is broke they are just saying that we don’t cover this and that while when I bought furniture I was told everything is covered and making stories now and not covering my warranty.Why should I pay 69$ warranty just for 450$ worth furniture if they don’t fix it or replace it ? And Guardian protection product is the company who covered the warranty.Now neither GPP is taking care of me nor Bel furniture.Never ever buy warranty or furniture from here.

It was an awesome buying experience made possible by Mr Franco. He has an amazing personality. His experience in sales combined with his exceptional customer service skills wowed I and my wife. Total DissatisfactionWe bought a recliner set and coffee table set. I added a 5 year warranty and paid extra for this. A few months later one of the wheels of coffee table came out, I called the store but very meanly they asked me either to carry huge table to their Katy warehouse or pay extra transportation fee for them to take it from my house and repair which cost almost the value of coffee table itself. While they are selling, they are just sayin you can get a fix anytime but after selling the product everything is changing. None of these conditions are in the agreement they gave us, They are just changing the rules according to their benefits. This is big disappointment.

Make sure you check your furniture thoroughly. I reclined a chair with no one in it and did not hear noises I am thinking it works no problem. I sit in the chair and recline and hear noises as if it would break. I reported this to customer service and one of delivery person also confirmed that something is wrong and to report it. I told him I had reported it twice and was told it would be replaced with a loveseat that space between it and the console. The loveseat was replaced so I will give them 2 stars.

Horrible, Worthless Product & Company. WARNING. I would pay extra cash to give them a negative 5 review if i could. I was told it was REAL Authentic Italian leather but you can see in the picture the finish is pealing off like paint. I paid thousands for this set and even paid a couple hundred extra for the 5 year extended warranty. After 2 months of having the set I notice one small piece coming off but didnt pay attention. After a year it was out of control and when I called them they just said it was out of warranty sorry (posted pics are at 18-months). I asked about the extended warranty and they directed me to a 3rd party warranty company that said we were never registered by Bel. Ultimately the main manager said we must have not taken care of the set and they couldnt do anything for us. Ive had leather baseball gloves for 20-25 years that have gone through mud and rain that still look better than the wear on this couch and no such thing as peeling paint. Even have another leather couch 20 years old in the same environment that still looks like new. Real leather is stained, NOT painted like crappy pleather. If this is their top of the line product I couldnt imagine the rest of the trash theyre selling. How some people remain in business for this long scamming people amazes me.

My experience with this place was completely horrible. From the sales person to the cashier.. My wife and I went in to purchase two bunk beds, and I must say the racial undertone was definitely well pronounced not to mention this was not my first time shopping there but this experience was unforgettable and the worst thus far. Not to mention it took 2 weeks for me to get the beds. Management def needs to assess the staff they have in place there.
