The roll top desk and file cabinet that I purchased are beautiful. The craftsmanship is true artistry. My hope is that someday a great grandchild will treasure these pieces as much as I do. The sales team was very gracious during the pandemic caused delays. The delivery crew was professional, polite & respectful of my home. I’m a very satisfied customer.

Weve been buying furniture from E&G for several years now. Our bedroom set is about 10 years old and still looks brand new. We never go anywhere else for furniture. Our two daughters do the same thing. E&G prices arent really as expensive as you might think, but they dont sell the junk others try to sell for cheaper prices. Some places offer all wood furniture. E&G sell solid wood. Big difference in all wood and solid wood. They have a showroom and you can find most everything you would want in their catalogs. Theyre family owned and the people are super friendly. They dont pressure you to buy. Check them out and when you do look at the quality.

The sales staff at the Sugarland location were very helpful with no pressure buying. They helped us through the selection process and made sure we were happy with our selection. The delivery team called to verify delivery time change to earlier in the day than was originally scheduled and they arrived and went straight to work setting up our new office furniture. Once again we had great customer service from E&G Amish furniture. We needed more outdoor chairs. Because we special ordered a color, the chairs had to be made. When they were ready at the warehouse, we told James the owner that we were having a gathering and needed them the next day. I searched for months to find a rocker or glider that I can sit in for hours to crochet without having tailbone pain. Most couches, chairs, rockers, etc are designed to make one sit on their lower back rather than their bottoms. As soon as I sat in E&G’s Paris High Back Glider, I knew I found what I was looking for. The quality is amazing, their customer service was fantastic, and we ended up purchasing an outdoor glider as well. The entire staff -- sales, manager, and delivery -- are courteous, patient, helpful, and professional. The delivery notification system is state of the art and user friendly. The most difficult aspect of engaging with E&G was trying to narrow down our choices (so many beautiful pieces! ). Once we finally made up our mind, everything went smoothly and efficiently. I should also mention that they under-promised and over-performed; our custom-made dining chairs arrived fully one month ahead of schedule.

I’m just now ready to buy a replacement. Very happy with our dining table and buffet. Excellent craftsmanship and beautiful finish. Delivery right on time with friendly and competent crew who gave us good information and made a minor adjustment very quickly. When we discovered that the wrong chairs had been ordered they were quick to order the correct chairs. We used the original chairs until the replacements were delivered. Took about 90 days and we just received the correct chairs that we are very happy with.

Recieved desk, bookcase and chair ahead of planned schedule. I was notified a week in advance to prepare the space. The in-house delivery crew did an excellent job of delivery and setup...no nicks to wall nor furniture. My wife and I bought a dining room table for our new house. The service we received, along with the quality of the table, were second to none. We were not ready to receive the table for a few weeks, and they held it until we closed on the house and were able to put the table in the dining room. I did a lot of research, read reviews and visited many places before I purchased my 2 items from E & G Amish Furniture, Baybrook Mall Location. When I entered the store I was warmly greeted, asked if I had anything in particular that I was wanting to look at, so they took me to the TV Stands and showed me the available stands in the size I was needing to fit in the space I had and then they left me to look and talk things over, which I appreciated. I ended up purchasing a coffee table as well, along with a 60 inch TV Stand . E & G delivered the furniture right on time and set it up. I will be back next year to purchase some more items. Great Quality and we hope to enjoy it for a long time. It might be expensive to some, but remember you get what you pay for.
