They did what they said they would do (fixed my screen) but really struggled to tell me how long it would take. (4 hours then 2 hours, then 2-3 hours, then 1 hour. ) makes managing errands more challenging.

I had really great expectation on uBreakiFix to get my Samsung S20s cracked screen fixed especially because they are one of the authorized service center for Samsung. I needed a quote for the service which will help me claim my mobile insurance and they were not able to provide one. They also provided an email address to which I tried emailing couple of time and there was no response. Not even close to professional !!!

Does not communicate when the process will take longer then expected. I’ve been waiting for my phone for 10 days and instead of updating and keeping me informed they have me waiting. I’ve been a server I get things are out of your hands but as a business what can you do to compensate for the things that are out of your hands? Keep a customer informed and they might be more understanding. Don’t just make excuses.

The two gentlemen I spoke to were knowledgeable and professional. My Samsung S21+ suffered the black screen and the hard reset was unsuccessful. I dropped my phone off around 3pm and it was fixed by 5pm. The email communication was great. I would highly recommend. Luckily phone still under Samsung Warranty. Verizon will suggest this option OR have a refurbished phone shipped. This option lets you keep YOUR phone! Thanks again.

I have been to this ubreakfixit before and the service was amazing.. but my last visit was not welcoming at all.. staff had mad attitude and still wasnt able to fix my phone after he said yes it could be fixed... however I took It elsewhere and they were able to repair the phone.At this location they said that I need to change the lcd however after inspecting the phone they never touched or attempted to even repair the phone.Bad bad service... whoever is reading this please check your services customer relations skills... because I m never coming back to this location. I brought my phone in to have the screen fixed and before I could sit down my phone was ready! Super quick service and they were also very professional from start to finish.

My phone wasn’t holding a charge and seemed to have a cracked screen. They replaced the battery and fixed the screen while we had lunch. Process was easy peasy and a lot less expensive than a new phone and CT was very helpful. Very happy and my phone is good as new.

They fixed a broken iPad screen. Looks like new! Love the tracking on website.Sorry I now have to add that I took it back as one line on keyboard wasn’t working. They said that screen was defective. At end of day it was ready but I waited til the next day to pick it up. We’ll it wasn’t there! They said a tech took it somewhere in Houston. Now I see it is at someone’s house! They gave or sold it to someone else!!! Manager buying a new one but my daughter wants her original one! Omg!!!Now I have to add the team pursued this mystery and the person returned our iPad and I’m picking it up now! Whew!!

Took computer tower in for diagnosis. After 3 days I called, just started looking at it. Said they would call later that day - no call. I called the 4th day to check status. Was told problem was motherboard or power source. They said they did not have tools to determine which one needed to be replaced. Recommended I buy a warranty, wait 30 days then file a claim. The warranty company would offer a buy back. I declined the warranty and picked up the tower. I took to someone else, they said it was the hard drives. Replaced both, now it works fine. Not sure a diagnosis was done at all.

TAKE YOUR ELECTRONICS ELSEWHERE!Brought my phone in for a simple battery replacement. I picked it up and the next day I was continuously getting a message saying that it not authentic battery (even though I was told by the front desk it was) the store person said it was because they had forgotten to calibrate it. So I was forced to go back to the store and have them calibrate it. After an hour and a half later they said they weren’t able to calibrate it. So now I have a phone whose battery does not hold charge and continuously get a pop up message saying it’s not holding charge.DO NOT COME HERE!(( UPDATE**Just tried to take my phone to Apple store and they said they werent able to fix because it had been tampered with by a 3rd party with an inappropriate battery replacement (Placed by UBreakIFix).SPEND A LITTLE MORE MONEY AND JUST TAKE IT TO AN AUTHORIZED REPAIR PLACE LIKE APPLE STORE OR BEST BUY.

I cracked my phone screen on Friday night and went through my phone insurance that I’ve always thought was a waste of money...never the less they assigned my repair to this store and I am so happy with the service and professionalism. I arrived at 10:15, phone was checked in, receipt given and I was out by 10:24, the young man Ethan (per the name on the receipt) apologized no less then three times that it may take about 90 minutes to handle my phone because of the volume of repairs they had. No worries, I ran errands and came back at 12:30. I was greeted by someone else, Ethan was walking out and welcomed me back (there was about 5 customers waiting behind me so he may have seen 15 or more people after I dropped my phone but still remembered me). The young man at the counter didn’t ask for my receipt and just grabbed my phone. All the service was done with a smile, no animosity, no frustration- that’s a breath of fresh air these days. Will definitely be back with any future technology issues.

I walked into this establishment full of anxiety because I did not want to have to purchase a new phone (this one isnt even a year old yet) Anyway upon entering I was greeted and I explained the issue. Right then and there Adrian took a look at it and said give me a few moments. He proceeded to the back and less than 60 seconds later (I kid you not) he returned with my phone and it was FIXED!!! I went to the store with an appointment on 05/10/2021 at 10am. After the employee took the phone inside, he came back saying the board is damaged and I need to contact Samsung to get it repaired. He gave me my phone back without doing any diagnostic tests on it.I saw that they have another location so I went there. At the Pearland location, the employee (Nader) ran a diagnostics test and confirmed nothing was wrong with the board. He said the display went bad and ensured they have necessary parts in stock. Got my phone repaired in 3 hours.Do not trust Sugarland location for your repairs or take a 2nd opinion.

I went to this place for my cracked cellphone . A boy like 15 or 16 years old got my cellphone to diagnose the issue. He came back after one minutes and told me you should through away your cellphone and buy another one . He said your cellphones mother board is broken and nobody can fix it .I ask if he knows anywhere to help me and he said he doesnt know .He had no idea about cellphone let alone motherboard. In the afternoon I went to samsung store in Galleria and trade in my cellphone with a new brand galaxy s21+, and the only problem that my cellphone had was broken screen shot . Samsung got my cracked cellphone for $400.Avoided this cellphone repair shop . So unprofessional, so rude .

My cellphone had a cable connector piece stuck inside my USB port and Lucas was able to get it out easily. He told me over the phone to bring it to the store so he can verify & since it wasn’t a big problem he didn’t charge me. Very professional & honest! I will definitely go back there for any future repairs knowing how honest & fair they are about repairs!

Brennan cleaned out the earpiece on my Note 8 for FREE (yes, FREE), and I didnt even have to get out of my car. 5 minutes tops. I was all ready to have to pay for a new earpiece, but no, not today!
