Excellent customer service. Cracked screen was replaced in ten minutes on iPhone X and was $60 less than the competitor’s price (a competitor that declined my repair due to a “stripped screw”). Super nice guy running the place. My phone is like brand new! Highly recommend.

I originally went to Gadget Doc because they gave me the least expensive quote for a smart phone glass replacement, but I would absolutely go again.They might not have the fastest turn around for screen repair (you usually do your phone off in the morning and get it back towards the end of the day), but the work was absolutely high quality and when I ran into an issue a few days after the repair, they didnt hesitate to look into it and make sure that the issue I was encountering wasnt related to their repair. They even hunted down some solutions to my issue for me and didnt try to take advantage of me in regards to paying for parts I didnt need or even for their labor. I know it might seem like a smaller store front, but they are incredibly upstanding, trustworthy, and thorough.

Everything was done in a timely manner. In addition, extra steps were taken to insure functionality of my phone repair, including protection for the screen. Highly recommend this place!

Gadget Doc is the go to spot for cell phone repairs! The back glass of my iPhone XR was in complete shambles when I brought it in. My plight was that I needed the phone the same day, which was a Friday, due to work obligations. I dropped my device off around 1200 and received it that same day. Adli was kind enough to meet me at a set and convenient location as well! I have another device that needs repairing and will definitely be returning thanks to their professionalism and skill.

My friend has gotten his phone fixed at gadget dock and when he recommended me to go and I went to the guy there was the nicest person in a repair store I’ve ever seen the customer service while waiting was the best they have free snacks and drinks for waiting and they were so nice and kind my phone was done in less than 20 minutes and I was out of the store with not a single complaint. Very knowledgeable and affordable!They used the best quality parts for my Samsung Galaxy A50. My screen was heavily damaged after being ran over by my companys truck (it still worked) and later being finished off from a mountain bike crash, in which it stopped working and seemed non-repairable. I am happy to say that my phone is like new again!My wife has the same phone that had minimal screen damage, but went to another store previously that was more expensive, and her phone even glitches now and randomly reboots erasing her activity (that other store refused to fix it). Gadget Doc offered to take a look into it and even knew what the exact problem was.Thank you guys!

The sevice at this location was very good. The price was also lower than three other locations I called. They were able to fix my phone in a couple of hours and even stayed open a little bit late so I could pick up my phone. Great experience and I recommend this place highly.

My wife dropped a hammer on her iPhone6 and when I arrived at Best Buy to get the screen replaced (an appointment scheduled by the Apple Store app), they told me that no one repairs 6s anymore. Excellent service at prices less than half of what I was quoted ay UBREAKIFIX. Aahad is very personable, knowledgeable and informative. repairs on my iPhone were completed fast. Unfortunately the battery and screen replacement ($40 + $40 - $10 in-store gift certificate) did not fix my problem so instead of repairing the motherboard of my iPhone 6s I will purchase a new (unlocked) iPhone X from Gadget Doc for much less than I can buy elsewhere. I recommend Gadget Doc for electronics repair with quicker turnaround and lower prices than you can find elsewhere.

I called in ahead of time to see if they were open during posted hours during COVID-19. What I got was one of the best customer service experiences of my life.Handed off my phone with a shattered screen, screwed up display with vertical lines, entire front side just devastated.I got it back in less than an hour with armor (tempered glass) that has made my touchscreen easier to use (specifically the upswipe from the Home button for shortcuts) than the day I bought it.All of this cost me less than what the manufacturer would have charged me for half the service, without having to ship my phone off into the void.I couldn’t recommend this place more.

Adil replaced the LCD, gave me a free screen protector and even put 2 screws that the previous shop/technician forgot to return. It took me a long time to submit this review because I wanted to see first if I will still have touch problem in my iphone.
