Horrible customer service. Never received any updates on my lost order. They waited 2 weeks to order another phone and the day they said I was going to receive it they said they did not get the shipment *eye roll*. I had to call myself for the updates. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Save your time!

I went to this store 3 times over the course of about a week to get a new 5G SIM card for three new phones as they arrived (purchased new and unlocked, but without SIM cards). First off, I just want to say of the three young men who helped me on each trip that they were all extremely professional, personable, understanding, and a shining example of what customer service is and should be.The problem, however, lies with the business itself. This is NOT an actual Verizon store. Despite the branding and uniforms and everything, calling this a Verizon store is like calling a mechanics shop that specializes in Toyotas and his Toyota’s logo on the door a Toyota dealer. The result of this is that the SIM cards I got are some sort of generic rubbish, despite having Verizon’s logo on them. Service is spottier now than it ever was before and call quality is abysmal.When I call Verizon about this directly, they were able to see that the SIM cards in all three phones are, for my lack of memory with respects to the VZW customer service rep’s terminology, knockoffs. VZW is sending me “official” cards. I may have saved 50% on the card and activation the first time around, but the old adage holds true- buy cheap, buy twice.

Today Ayaan assisted us on setting up a new phone. Very helpful and personable. Ask for him for great service.

I received excellent help on the phone first, then when I arrived, they promptly responded and provided knowledgeable and high quality service. They listened and then provided a relatively low cost option to meet my needs. They did the data transfer from my old phone and gave me good advice for using my phone. They also followed up to be sure that the product was working properly! The store is beautiful and clean.

Excellent service from Ali, he went above and beyond to make sure I was well educated on the new phone I was buying, I actually created a Google account just to leave this review for his outstanding service.He stayed with me for a good amount of time making sure all my questions were answered and I really appreciated his honesty, it made me feel very comfortable buying my phone even though he wasnt there when I came back in to purchase it. I highly recommend this location and the customer service you get from buying a phone here!

Don’t shop here this isn’t a Verizon store. They clearly told me they charge more than actually Verizon stores so. Save your time and money. Those folks will rip you off!

I switched from Tmobile to Verizon with my own unlocked phone and the young guy told me I have to pay for the activation fee only. Now my first bill is here and Verizon charged me another 40 dollars for the activation fee again. I talked to Verizon and they told me I shouldnt pay anything since I have my own phone and my first bill will include the 40 dollar activation fee. The Verizon rep told me that they cant refund me because this Verizon store has not uploaded the receipt to the corporate account and he doesnt know what the charge is for. Im guessing they charged me to put a new Verizon sim in my own phone and throw away my old Tmobile sim. Never going to come in any Verizon that is not corporate own.

They didn’t help me try to fix my phone at all. He was more concern to get me to try another get me buy a new phone, when I’ve been a paying customer for last 5 years and just want to a solution or my options. They didn’t give me either so they try to give me customers services number instead of really helping me.

Monica was great and easy to work with. Everyone at this location seemed knowledgeable and genuinely interested in trying to get me the most cost effective plan and devices for my needs.I have always had a great experience here!

Ahad and Umer were extremely helpful in migrating my existing Verizon line over to a 2-line plan. They offered a generous discount on accessories for the phone associated with the new line on my account (better than my corporate discount). The process took quite a bit of time, however, both were extremely patient and willing to explain pros/cons of phones, plans, and potential drawbacks to immediately canceling a line with another mobile service provider.All in all, a wonderful shopping experience and if I need further assistance with anything Verizon, I will return to this business. I strongly recommend you check them out as well! Thank you guys and all the best!

Amazing customer service. I was contemplating switching from AT&T to them, but their sales representative Mikael explained to me in full depth the benefits I would be receiving by switching to Verizon. I have since then had better cell service and faster network connections. Overall it was a great move to make. Would definitely recommend to switch over to Verizon at this location on university boulevard.

I received the best customer service from a young man named Nikolas. He helped me solve my phone issues and even got me an upgrade on my device to the new iPhone X. Ever since the upgrade I have been in love with my phone. A wonderful establishment. Definitely recommend this location.

I came to this store to learn more about Verizon because I wanted to switch over from T-Mobile, and the service was great. They explained to me in full detail about their plans and how I would benefit from switching over. They also had amazing deals and I walked out with a brand new phone. This location is definitely worth going to.

Came to the store and received excellent customer service from a rep named Saad. He convinced me that I will be getting a better value for my money at Verizon. After making the switch I can firmly say that I get great service everywhere I go. I am glad I stopped by this location on University Blvd. Will definitely recommend to all my friends and family!

They tried to provide good customer service. The manager was very helpful. But the process in which they operate, created by the corporate office, made for a very long profess. 4 hours to get a phone. Exhausted.

This is the best mobile phone service center that I have ever been to. All the Assistants are very professional and completely knowledge of the products they sell. We switched from Sprint to Verizon and are completely satisfied with the products and services supplied by this store. Well done Verizon team!

Had really bad experience here. Told me they ordered phone I wanted (which SHOULD have been in stock as it is a very popular phone). They lied to me for 4 days saying will be here next day. Finally I called Verizon customer service and the rep (located in Greenville, SC) told me no phone had ever been ordered on my account so she located one at another location I went to. This location on University Blvd. flat out lied the whole time to me.

I walked in to switch due to the frustrating lack of service provided by T-Mobile in my area. I had been contemplating the switch for a while and finally decided to go through with it. One of the sales reps, Aman, made the entire process very easy and quick. He was helpful through every step and got me set up with a brand new Galaxy Note 8 and unlimited family plan.

This Verizon store was a great experience. Very helpful and courteous. Compared to the Verizon store on hwy6 and 59 its night and day.I would highly recommend coming to this store.

Too many hidden charges.Don’t buy phones from these guys.They’re crooks!$70 restocking fee in returns$25 transfer fee$10 for replacement ofFaulty SIM.And they’re $50 more expensive than the competitors on new phones on average.

I have been at this location several times in the last few months. I switched from AT&T and have been real happy with the phone service and the customer service on the phone as well in this store. I had a very unusual issue that is not easily solved which Ms. Lobo and Mr. Sunesra took care of in an expediate manner.
