Great customer services! I especially wanted to dhow my appreciation to the store manager Kendrick and his staff Ryan, both of them were being very helpful and patient. I went in earlier this year in April to upgrade my mothers phone and the sales associate at that time did not enter the teacher discount code correctly so my following bills were extremely high and not what was expected. I do not live in Houston so after many failed attempts of calling AT&Ts loyalty department I decided to drive back in town and talk to a manager. Ashley B. took her time to listen to my concerns and frustrations. She was very understanding and made things right on the spot. After working with Ashley I felt valued as an AT&T customer!
I always go to the AT&T store in Sugarland Texas because they have the most outstanding Representative that always patiently work with his customers. Hes polite, he has a beautiful personality and most of all my problems are always resolved. I recommend highly that Micah Williams gets the recognition he deserves and he truly deserves a promotion 👏

I was met at the door by Micah who made me feel welcome. He was very professional and listened intently to my concerns and then declared what he would attempt to get done.He fulfilled his objectives and each coincided with my issues. He ensured my issues were properly addressed by restarting each and explaining how it was resolved. The “Tall Manager” checked in during the process ensuring everything was going smoothly and the next day assisted my wife with her phone.They really are personal and made us feel like family!GREAT JOB!!!
Abdul and Ashley helped me tremendously. The new activation, switching over phones and phone companies went smoothly. My bill didn’t increase with the addition of a new phone and Abdul and Ashley paid close attention to details and helped me with all my needs. It’s not fair to rate the store about my negative experience because the store had nothing to do with it. I ordered 3 phones online was approved and paid $300 in taxes to purchase the phones. I had store pick up set up and then att cancelled my order and put a fraud alert. I spent an entire day reordering and answering fraud prevention identity questions to remove the hold on my account and the process would fail each time even though I was approved again, making me restart the process all over again. What a headache to complete something that should be so simple and smooth. The store rep was so helpful and he couldn’t understand why it was so complicated.
Wonderful service. Resolved our issue, helped us find a new, better plan and took time to explain options for a wireless home phone system. Very grateful and impressed by knowledgeable and thoughtful care Ashley took the time to explain, and all issues resolved

Purchased two apple watch from ATT over the phone/online, when the devices arrived, was having issue connecting it to cellular network, spoke to six tech support online literally the whole day and they couldn’t make it work. decided to bring it in an ATT corp store here in sugar land, and Harrison was able to fix it… great guy and very knowledgeable…

Love. This. Store. Its so wide you can do cartwheels instead of walking and all the at&t comprehensive plans youll ever need are in here. Make sure to wipe the phones you touch with the sanitizer wipes.

I was working with Mohammad Hasan, when I say this was the best cellular experience I received since high school. He was patient with the entire experience. He made me feel like I was apart of the AT&T community, which also lead to be go apply again as a CSR. Its people like him that makes a customer exited in getting a new device. They all worked together to get myself the device such as the store manager & the other lady representative with the dreads. This is a place to recommend anyone too and hope I get the job. I hope this review is seen by the top peaks of the corporate ladder! I had the pleasure of having Ashley assist me with some extenuating circumstances. I needed immediate attention due to the urgency of this particular case. After being dismissed from another location I came to the Sugar Land Corporate Office hoping something can be done. Ashley was able to do just that! She was able to remain professional yet show compassion as well. Other employees who needed help were still assisted with such ease. She was multi-tasking from various customers while still being engaged with me. I did not feel rushed or seen as an inconvenience despite coming in when the store was close to closing. She still took time out to help me! I wish I could do more for her, because she did a great deal for me! To have my problem addressed. I am so very grateful. I do not know if she is interested in future advancement. But whether she is or isnt, I feel that she should be approached for a promotion. Because I know for a fact she is an asset to the company. And frankly, made me stay with the company just by this experience alone! Thank you Ashley for all that you did for me!!

The staff at this store was amazing!..I took my mother in to get a new phone and Chelsea was so patient and knowledgeable. My mother is a senior so she was nervous about buying new technology but Chelsea took the time to make sure my mother felt comfortable with the product by the time we left and she answered all the questions my mother had, she even helped her install her new Fitbit that she was having difficulties with. Chelsea didn’t rush through the process which made me feel like I didn’t mind spending my money there, so I wanted to change service from another company. I told Chelsea that I would be back later that day to transfer my service and upgrade another phone. When I got back to the store I checked in with the manager who also very nice she introduced herself in my first visit earlier that day and welcomed me back on the last visit. I was there with my husband and children we waited a few minutes because Chelsea had another customer, so she came over and asked if I mind working with Donna because she could be a while with the customer she had. Chelsea assured me that Donna was knowledgeable as well. So I explain to Donna that I wanted to switch my services from another company and upgrade a third phone. Donna was just as patient with me and my family she didn’t rush us or make us feel like we were bothering her. While I was working with Donna the manger checked in on us again. Anytime I get good customer service I don’t mind spending my money, so I just want to say hats off to that team because it’s hard to find good customer service these days.

This AT&T store just sent me to a different AT&T on grand parkway and highway 59 because the person I was coming for has Covid - 19 so they wouldnt even help me. They just told me to go to a different AT&T. I cannot believe this. This store is horrible. Stay far away from here! Clearly they do NOT care for their customers. They brushed me off and told me to go elsewhere so Im doing the same and making sure to tell ALL of yall to go elsewhere too!
I came in the store to switch my services from Sprint and was received so well! Johnnie- the salesperson and Arthur- the store manager were such great help!!! It took some time to switch my 4 lines because of issues with Sprint but they were so professional! I am already a very happy customer!!!!!

I spent 24 straight hours with no phone service driving all over town to figure out why I woke up to no phone service when my bill is and always has been current. Millions of transfers and no answer. Attempts to charge me for new lines and accusing me of actions I never took. This is ridiculous and they still expect me to pay them. Yea right. Ill happily take the credit decline to give them what they gave me. NOTHING!!!!!! Purchase ANY service other than this one.

We came to the store to pick up an online order and was assisted by Harrison. Prior to picking up our order, Harrison went through the upgrade details only to realize the promotion we received through the AT&T app was different from the in-store. Without any hesitation, Harrison explained to us that it may be best to contact AT&T directly to ensure we were getting the deal we originally signed up for via the AT&T app. We were very pleased with his service, as he patiently waited with us until we spoke with an AT&T rep via phone and got everything resolved. It’s very rare to receive exceptional customer service and I have to admit, Harrison and the manager on duty did an amazing job taking care of their customers.

I had a great experience at this location today. I was having trouble transferring all my data from an Android phone to a new iPhone. The Apple Move To IOS app wasnt working. The customer service rep figured out the issue, transferred all my data and had me on my way.
