My husband needed some elf ears and Hot Topic delivered. The staff was very helpful. The store was pretty bare on stock and the little merchandise they had didnt really flow well. Hopefully that will change as the global market returns to some sense of normalcy.

Ordered ship to store. Got 2 emails from corporate w/2nd stating that pkg was enroute, but could take up to 8 business days to reach store, but an email WOULD BE SENT upon pkgs arrival. Next email I receive (on 7th business day after above referenced HQ email) states LAST CHANCE! Dont forget to pick up your order! Then near end of email states if not picked up by (the day I first see email - it was dated the day before) then order would be cancelled & refunded. As this is first I was aware that order was IN, & I wasnt able to make an extra 50 mile - one way - trip to pick up that day, I immediately call store. Whomever I spoke with, while polite, was about as helpful as and extra hole in your head. So I called HQ Customer Service. Spoke with a gentleman there who ASSURED ME that he would take care of everything as it was stores FAULT that they didnt send available email. I go into the store the very next day, only to learn that my order had been cancelled (manager READILY ADMITTED that they had FAILED a 2nd time to complete the actions needed to forego this situation) but they had held my pkg, but I would have to PAY AGAIN, as a refund would already be in process! Yeah, RIGHT! I called HQ CS AGAIN, and ultimately THEY got it sorted, and it was overnighted to me at no cost. But GEEZZZ!!! THIS STORE NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT and/or better trained employees!! The entire time I was in that store - while speaking with HQ CS, the manager said virtually NOTHING to me or my husband; basically ignored us! Yet there was one employee that apologized profusely, did everything she could to help, etc! Unfortunately, I dont recall her name, but I DID specifically send a message to HQ CS praising her and telling them if the MANAGERS visible & obvious contempt.

I dont know what this store looks for in an employee because I applied here several and I mean several times. Now, Ive made my own clothes and gotten hooked up with BIG artists. I still make music, which Ive done since 05 and put out GOOD stuff! Can you say confused? Pop clothes and music. My work ethic is sick. I wouldve been great for this store or at least temporarily. Watch the hiring managers

Lots of cool merchandise for many pop culture brands, but the store is pretty cramped and hard to get through, and the prices are high for the same items compared to other places

Very good place to shop detail clothes but mostly shirts such as hentai and what not. Customer service is very polite, they greet you at the door and ask if everything is ok while ur shopping. I really recommend this place to shop for ur accessories for nose piercing, ear piercing, etc. Had a good experience, will be coming soon to buy some marijuana socks and some hentai shirts.

This particular Hot Topic store has some really friendly employees! They love chatting about the nerd stuff I love! Easy to pickup online orders as well as return them. I always use this store. Though I do still think they could do with a makeover and open it up some so you arent tripping over things.

Cluttered, dark, poorly organized inventory, ramshackle displays, very nice staff. Clearly going for an aesthetic in this store that Im not the target demographic of. My young teen loved it, though. Decent prices. Cool tees. Cheap jewelry. Its a good place for the 13-16 crowd.

I’m in love with this store location! Best customer service! The employees are here to help you when you need them. If you ask them questions about a certain product, they are trained to give you a professional answer. They also have good taste!

Staff is very friendly and attentive. They have a wide variety of clothing and even collectibles! Every time I go to the mall this is the first place I visit.

Always a great place to be. Although they dont restock sizes too often, especially on dresses and bathing suits, their customer service is insane. Theyll go above and beyond to get you the t shirt you need, even if it means getting the one off the display. Theyll also order things for you that you saw online and have it shipped to your home. I know they are required to greet you and do a sales pitch, but they tend to go above and beyond every time.

Ive been here many times to pick up clothes and merchandise. The staff has always been friendly and helpful! Its one of my favorite Hot Topics to go to. I havent been in a while but I can definitely vouch for it.

Today Oct.28.17 around 12pm-1pm the staff was very helpful and pleasant. They helped us with finding the things we needed and even offered to order some items for us. Great customer service.

It was the night of the Premier of Endgame so most of the Marvel shirts were sold out which is understandable. The sales were confusing, they said buy 2 get 1 free but didnt mention that discounted items didnt count and didnt specify what was and was not discounted. If you want to spend 40 dollars on 2 shirts then the store is great and has a wonderful collection of a wide range of styles for your interests. I got what I needed though

Prices are high but still worth buying(I recommened signing up for their rewards program)I usually come here to buy birthdays gifts or small items. I love this place come here eveytime i go to the mall. Its been around for a long time and its pretty well kept.

Staff use to be really helpful and understanding. Selection is sub par and honestly kinda of a mess . Didnt know returning 3 of same items was not allowed, or even exchanging. Will not be coming back 👍🏾. Stick to online sales.

Hoy topic always has some good stuff for a good price. My boys love shopping there for all their anime items. They need to carry more of the smaller sizes shirts but other than that this place is great!

I never new hot topic would hire a racist, I came in to buy stuff for myself and after I got everything I needed the cashier told me I dont look like I can afford this much items, I told her why and she glared at me up and down . Items cost about $1,300 and I even showed her my money. She rolled her eyes at me. I left with my money and left the store because I didnt want to end up arguing in public. Her name is Stairla Groad . Hopefully Hot Topic can manage to have better Employs before they get sued or worse.

Probably the only handicapped accessible Hot Topic Ive been in. The manager (?) was friendly and informative. Space was clean and open and still had the usual amount of merchandise.

Lets start saying that the place is clean and the times that uve gone over, ive had a good connection with the aingle staff attending the store. Not as stock as other stores, reason why is not 5 stars is because the 2 times ive visited there has been only 1 person in charge. Meaning that this same one seems to be cashier and all - I needed help with the piercing accessories and I had to wait to this poor cashier be finish with all the line to assist me. Regardless her customer service skills were great but feel terrible tlfor her thanks to the lack of staff. Not fair to a costumer to wait so long either, i guess I can always go to a different store next time, maybe not, hope management can get more staff.

Very messy and smells horrible. Asked why it smells so bad and something to do with pipes elsewhere in the mall, which we could smell in other areas, and taking their time to fix it....fix your sh*t...haha literally!!
