Do not buy dresses from here as the owner Shehnaz is a FRAUD. Firstly she doesnt stay on her words. We made a payment before the delivery of our stuff and when we went to pick up our dress; she said we did not made any payment before. Thank God we had payment receipt with us as a proof. On top of that she started asking for extra money stating that the rates have increased as on today. What a cheap lady she is. She has no sense to do business and doesnt know how to talk with her customers.

Wow, this place is awesome! Not only do they have an amazing selection in store, but they can make anything you want. I was in one of my best friends weddings this February and had the most gorgeous two piece dress and top made, as well as a cover. The skirt was completely beaded and better than anything I could have ever imagined. I got so many compliments on it as well! I would definitely recommend going to ZAR. Great service and beautiful dresses!

We ordered some Punjabi Juttis from Zar and one of them came in a very small size than what we ask for. Also they changed the color according to themselves, even the sole for the jutti for much harder than the original even though we asked for a softer one. The second thing is that there is no price tag. They make the price tag according to themselves. They don’t stick to one price, at once they say something and then they flip to another price. I felt a very negative vibe and would not recommend anyone going to them.

I am so glad I decided to get my Nikkah dress made from ZAR! Ruhee was so sweet and eased the whole process. My dress arrived  on time, the fitting was amazing, the overall look of the dress was more bling than I expected! Everyone loved and complimented my dress so much and they also gave me a matching face mask!!! I am very very happy I trusted them for my big day and will be buying many more outfits!

TERRIBLE!!! FALSE PROMISES. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I walked into the store telling them I needed an emerald green lahenga for a wedding event. They told me that if I dont find it in the store I could order it. I told them the date of my event and they told me not to worry and that they would have it to me before that date as long as I ordered before that Sunday. I put in my order that Saturday. I was supposed to receive a sketch of the blouse on Monday. When I didnt get anything I contacted them on Tuesday and Ruhee let me know she would have it to me later that day. Friday came by-almost a whole week later and I never got a call from them so I called. That was when I was notified that I would not receive my outfit until two days after the day of the wedding event. Ridiculous. Whats the point? They couldnt even call me themselves to keep me posted. Then they let me know that my order usually takes a month. Then why offer and put in my order if you cant follow through with it?! I bought another outfit from them which just needed to be altered. The store closes at 7 on Friday. My mom got to the store exactly at 6:30 and the lights were off and the store was closed. They do not even adhere to their business hours. Completely unreliable. I regret giving them my trust and taking my business to them. Im appalled at their complete lack of communication and carelessness with their customers. Now Im screwed and stuck looking for an outfit last minute.

Im never going back there again and encourage others to not shop here if they want to be treated well. This shop is very unprofessional, the owner does not care about customer satisfaction, and she does not get back to her clients in a timely manner. She will rob you of your money if you get anything costumed.

DO NOT trust them. They are liars. Never going back...
