The inside of this place is so cute! Definitely love the vibe. Customer service was great and the man at the front was really helpful in suggesting drinks to me. I asked for a refreshing drink because of the hot weather and he provided me with great suggestions. Definitely coming back!

Great place for Boba, good flavors and well prepared 😃

Recently been into drinks lately and tried out Teapioca Lounge. The lounge is grab and go instead of sit down at least for now they are. They have a numerous options for drink options for boba, fruit tea, and smoothies along with add ons and toppings. You can view their whole menu online to pick and choose what you want. Ordered a peach green tea, milk tea with boba, and a pina colada smoothie. They were good, but the guy making the pina didn’t mix enough so there were some chunk ice pieces. Just make sure for smoothies they are well blended. I wouldn’t mind going back again.

Great variety and fantastic boba. I love milk tea and I can bring friends and family who like smoothies and other drinks. Their shaved ice looks soft and delicious, so Ill have to be back to try it.

Decided to give this place a try before our Costco run, since its just right across the street from Costco. The layout is nice and clean, we got the avocado smoothie with herbal jelly and taro coconut smoothie with egg pudding. Both were icey and not a lot of flavor. The avocado especially tasted like theres no avocado in it. Its too bad I was hoping it would be better!

Nice tea shop, staff is helpful! I had the oolong cream tea. It was good, not overly sweet which is how I like it.

Great clean place and awesome customer service! They were very sweet! I ended up getting the mocha smoothie with tapioca. It’s pretty rich in chocolate which is what I love. Definitely recommend trying this place out and can’t wait to go back!

Tea itself is delicious. Staff is friendly and helpful. Parking is easy. I took one star off because it is slightly on the expensive side. I wish there was a choice option for a smaller portion which would be a dollar or so cheaper to balance out. This standard cup is 22 ounces.

Not a fan. I had the mango slushie and the frappioca, both were disappointing. Neither one had any flavor. The mango barely tasted like citrus and the frappioca had no tapioca. We threw out both after taking a few sips.

Had Taro milk tea, Match cream green tea and coconut cream tea (w mango bubbles). All so good! Very friendly staff too.

The tea taste better than a lot of Bubble tea places, and the boba has a good and unique taste to it. The staff is also really friendly. This is probably the best Bubble tea in the area.

Ordered a Durian Smoothie Tapioca a few days ago. It was good but the smoothie is not so smooth. It was a little too grainy for Durain Tapioca. I will give it 4 stars

Called in advance to see when they close on Dec 1st 2020 and they said 8PM so I got the kids and arrived at 7:32PM and as soon as I pull up they turned off the lights inside... we drove 30 minutes to get there so I walked up and asked if they were closed? One of the employees looked at his watch as he was mopping the floor. He walked back to the register and looked at the time on there again and walked away from the counter. I said don’t worry we’re just going to take it and go in our car. Still they weren’t very happy for us being there but we ended up getting our drinks and one of the employees was arguing in a low tone with the other guy behind the counter for helping us. They gave us the drinks with no thanks or anything and rushed us out... in this pandemic and how businesses are closing due to low traffic this isn’t an attitude I want to see after driving so far to get there.. sorry but we might have to go elsewhere for our business going forward...

We used top enjoy coming here. The last several times...they say the boba are out or a few other drinks we choose are not available. The service is very lacking and definitely needs improvement.

Guy at the register has NO customer service what so ever. Kept rushing us to figure out what we wanted for our order. He stood looking at us without his mask until he decided to put it on a few mins later.

Pretty good boba place! The smoothies are sometimes very icy and watered down. Not my favorite boba place, but I don’t mind drinking here.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Since it was my first time there, they explained that their drinks are not typically sweet. They said they would let me try my drink and if I wanted to adjust the sweetness, they would gladly do so for me. I had never experienced that before at other tea places, so that was a pleasant surprise. Once my tea was finished being made, they brought it over to my table, so I didnt have to leave my friends to go pick it up. The place was nice and clean as well. I would definitely go back!

First time going here. Order coffee. Just a simple coffee. There was only 1 person ahead of me and it took almost 10 minutes for a coffee. Then I was handed iced coffee. Not what I asked for. They said they would remake my order. Several other people came in and were helped and served before me. Then got my coffee and it was BOILING HOT. Will not visit this place again.

We came here for the first time for the soft opening this week- we loved our time there! Such a great atmosphere! We tried a variety of drinks, which were all really good and the snowy treat! Customer service was amazing - we were checked on multiple times. It is such a family friendly place. We really enjoyed playing all the games with our family and friends. We are so excited to have a Teapioca in our area and can’t wait to go back to share with family and friends!

Huge menu with some drinks exclusive to Teapioca. Super spacious, great lighting, tons of outlets and seating, and large tables. Ive spent hours on end just studying here, and its a great spot. The staff is always very friendly and attentive, and the drinks are pretty satisfying. Something for everyone here.

Thank you for the tea. We really enjoyed the larger portion sized drinks. This is a first that I have seen here in Houston. Reasonably priced. They also have a good variety of teas. I also saw they had ice cream option, I might try. Very friendly staff. If you really enjoy tea, you will not be disappointed.

I enjoyed their herbal tea. I had rose/hibiscus and blood orange/hibiscus. They were both good!

A complete tea house with all sorts of choices. There are regular teas, hot teas, bubble teas, smoothies, and pretty much anything else that you can think of drink wise. Friendly service and pretty quick. Area to enjoy including board games.

The drinks are not good unfortunately. I got 3 drinks and none of them were anyhthing special. The boba was extremely hard and the smoothies were filled with ice and no flavor.

I have been to their Austin location. I was in town and wanted to try my favorite mango smoothie. They had the same consistency and was amazing. Great vibe, friendly staff and super clean. I would definitely recommend.

There are so many delicious options, but hibiscus lemonade with honey and tapioca is my favorite. The staff is so kind and helpful.

I love the drinks that they offer. The inside is very nice and you can bring a couple of friends over just to get a drink and relax. I wish that it opens a little before 8 though.

I didnt find anything that I disliked about this creative place. There were so many varieties of fruits and flavors that it took me some time to choose my drink. Teapioca Lounge is also a place where lots of teenagers and high schoolers like to study and hang out. The place was comfy with couches and tables. If you enjoy any boba or fruity drinks and food, I would highly recommend you this hangout place. I come here maybe 2 to 3 times every month.

Just waked in to this place for a mango smoothie. Daughter loves it. However, being a dad, didn’t want my daughter to have too cold and as such asked less ice in my smoothie.The guy suggested as we are asking for less ice - he will give us half cup of smoothie. Dude - I can offer you more tip than you can ever imagine. You could have asked more price but your tone suggested to offend a customer.Customer is right the first time, customer is right the second time and ........ keep reading it till you figure out customer is always right.Sorry great smoothies but rude behavior with customer Shouuld be fixed. We are there for somoothies and not to have these arguments.

Ordered Earl Grey Milk Tea and it was very watery. You could barely taste the tea at all. Another disappointment is that I called in the order 5 mins early since I’m in a rush to go to another place BUT still had to wait an additional 15 mins for a simple drink order.

I understand that when rush hour comes around, things will get busy, but that is no excuse for poor customer service. Why are there four employees working, and yet it takes 20+ minutes to get a simple drink out? I could have went to Kung Fu Tea or Feng Cha, and got a non- watered down drink in a lesser amount of time.

Ordered a drink and while ordering I asked for boba in my drink. Got drink with no boba and had no time to go back. To be fair I should have confirmed my order before paying and cashier should have 1. Repeated it back, 2.Up-Sell boba if drink doesn’t have it to make more $$.( I wasn’t charged for it) lots of seating. They use fivestar to earn points. Not sure if they have a punch card also but I would prefer the punch card over the app since my bf can get me drinks and he doesn’t input his number or download apps ever for rewards. Also WiFi can be very bad in this area or town so punch card would be nice

The first time I went I got a Mango Avocado smoothie with baby boba it was delicious and the customer service great. The girl at the register was really helpful she gave suggestions on drinks. The second time I went the customer was excellent but the Matcha green tea smoothie with baby boba was very disappointing. I love matcha tea but this smoothie lacked flavor. I hope they can work on this smoothie to make it better.
