Welcoming and good staff.. i tried Rosehip Lemonade and the taste was good.. would definitely come back to try something different.

Staff are always kind. Line may be long but always moving. Kung fu tea is a forever favorite!!

On par with other Kung Fu Tea locations. Yummy boba and a unique experience. This location is still in their soft opening and will not be doing a grand opening other locations do (free merchandise or gift cards) this location is doing a buy 1 get 1 free on select drinks (check picture for drinks on the special)

Some of the drinks taste good while others dont. I guess I still have to find that one drink that I really like!

The teas are good but customer service is not to good

The service has been kind and makes the drinks to perfection. I think my favorite has been the coconut milk tea.

Did you know a boba milk tea doesn’t come with Boba?! But you can add it for an extra charge!Oh yea, and if you order a drink with “a shot of espresso,” expect a shot of coffee that was brewed earlier that morning and has been sitting in the fridge all day instead.Save your money and spend it elsewhere.

Great quick source of iced teas, only gripe is the limited options in sizes.

Will be back its a lottery of choices at this point, you may try something you dont like. ut then another selection is fire! and the peach tea aide was on fire today, will be back for another tasting 🤗

These guys were one of the first (if not the first) tea house in the area to open up seating so they are my new favorite and first choice. Fyi, they still have covid protocol, dont hate. They have an pay-in-app rewards program and have plenty of traditional flavors and out-of-the-box seasonal favor. They use fresh fruit in the slushes and the tapioca is alway a great texture. I love the honey oolong milk tea and the mango slushie. Great location and kind helpful staff.

I’ve been coming here but just got back to this store and brought my brother this time. He loved the coffee drink from here (can’t remember the exact name) but they made it perfect for him. As always love their drinks especially the Kung fu milk tea with boba. Their sesame matcha is my go to as well.

This location doesn’t offer blended milk teas.The mango slush was good.The service wasn’t nice but maybe because we came in an hour before closing so I don’t entirely fault her.

Nice people working at the counter. Friendly and clean tea place. I take a star because their prices are higher and their cups are much smaller than other tea shops I have been too.

Probably one of the best franchise locations! Very friendly staff, ample seating, and a really cool stage-like set up for mega jenga games! Clean restaurant, and a HUGE variety of drinks of course!! My favorite is the honey lemonade with aloe jellies! 😍 So good! I’ll be back if I’m in this area again!

I love the accessibility of this location! It’s right next door to the 85 Degree Bakery meaning you can get some pastries and bubble tea asap. All the time’s I’ve been here, as well as other Kung Fu Tea’s, their tapioca tastes fresh and my favorite drinks are well prepared. I love bbt... my go-to’s are lychee green tea with lychee jelly, winter melon green tea, or winter melon milk tea (made cold w/ grass jelly for the former and preferably hot w/ tapioca for the later).

Great place to just chill out and vibe with others. Totally recommend you come here for a quick stop or a drink with friends

Quick service, and my favorite tea place I think because of location. I had Honey Milk Tea, and I think if youre not into the exotic teas, this would be a safe bet to drink.

Ordered an orange yogurt with no ice because I dont like the taste of watered down drink. Watched the guy fill up my cup half way and add almost half of a cup of water to my drink. It tasted liked terrible watered down organe juice. Super aggravated.

Service was smooth and quick, however I am not impressed with the quality of the tea. especially the milk cap.I ordered the OOLONG MILK tea with milk cap and boba, the tea is overly sweet not much OOLONG flavor and the milk cap is waaaaay too bland. My friend ordered the peach oolong, man it`s so colorful that makes me wonder what did they put in there, definitely not real peach, it`s so pink!The only good part is the boba, chewy and tasty.
