Wow! Who knew you could have so much fun building your dream bear! The kids loved it.

I love this location, the staff is great, they are mostly younger women that are doing a great job. Very friendly with the kids, I know its their job to be that way, but you can absolutely tell who is going out of their way to be helpful, polite, and fun. They had my daughters cracking up, then they were so endearing when it came time to stuff the animals and 0ut the hearts in. Great job!!

Didnt have the right bear but nice people work there

Took grandkids today to make some bears. The staff was kind and the kids had fun picking out their bears and clothes.

Went in and wanted to get some bears built for the kids, we got them built and when i went to pay the total was 38 and change and gave her 40 dollars cash. The lady informed me that they do not give change cause of the coin shortage. I then sent a message to them through messenger to resolve this issue and waited on the phone for over an hr and got a very rude rep and no reply back.

Buy 1 get another for $10. Range from $12 to $45. Not to include clothing or other accessories.

Teresa deserves a raise! She was awesome I really appreciate how much she helped me out.

We enjoyed our visit to Build a Bear.The employees were very helpful, and the facility was clean and everything was in its place. We went on a weekday and it was a slow time very few shoppers in the store, so it was perfect. I highly recommend going during the week if it is possible.

We take all four of our kids here at least twice a year and you should too the staff is exceptional and great with kids of all ages and those of us that are kids on the inside

I love this place! I remember the day I got my first Build-A-Bear!

Very helpful employee for a first time visitor! A very special experience, I can see why kids and adults are enamored with the process and end result. Their bears (including all the animals and creatures that arent bears) are adorable and the employee on hand was very knowledgeable about how to repair minor snags and rips.

Every year we take our daughter to build a bear on her Birthday. We made it as our tradition. It was awesome Birthday, JAYLA was been very helpful.

These people truly love putting smiles on the faces of children. Never mind the ridiculous prices, it takes a special kind of person to create the magic that is created in this store.

Great time helping my daughter build her Houston Texans bear. Employees were great - did so much more than they were expected to do. My thanks!

If you are over the age of 12, you will be antagonized, if you are 16, it will be tourture in its purest form. If you want people to come back, make it enjoyable for people over the age of 10

Pay your age- absolutely disappointed in build a bear....I showed up at 8:30, I waited in line till 4:00 with my 7 month old and my 2 year old who is turning 3 this month. so I thought it would be cool to get her Skye from paw patrol for her birthday. after only getting past 2 stores in 3 hrs!!! I decided to call it quits. besides you dont get the whole toy for the kids age, u have to pay for the accessories. they were giving everyone who decided not to wait in line $15.00 off vouchers and saying that it was basically the same deal which is not the case cause my daughter wanted Skye which was $53.00 to include the helmet, vest and the pack, so if I stayed in line I would have only paid $27.00.... with this voucher they gave me I would be paying $38.00.... totally unfair for the kids that were told they would be getting a toy in the beginning and wait for HOURS to then leave without a toy... if they were smart, after seeing the amount of people that showed they should have just let people pick out just the toy they wanted and have everyone come back to stuff them another day, instead they had people wait for over 7 hours to get the toy.

Took my granddaughter for her 1st BAB and the staff made it an AWESOME experience for her 😍 Thank yall!!!

Really pushy and unwelcoming staff. You have to start over here. Put everything back where you found it. Are you ready to get something now? Are you finally ready to buy something? Even if I did, I wouldnt get it here. Way to go, Claudia!

If I could give zero reviews I would horrible service the lady that works there name Claudia was so rude to me and my child! Claudia the cashier kept making smart remarks. She should not be working with kids and have a attitude like that. To Management there should really revaluate there employees. Never will I return to this facility!

The people were very rude...there was one nice ladys whose name i didnt catch but this rude lady with glasses was very rude and rushed out out the store telling us we werent kids and shouldnt have been in the store along with assuming we couldnt afford to pay for a bear

Excellent Customer Service

Went there to get a stuffed animal, of course. The staff was nice and helpful, I was worried Id get weird looks since Im not a kid, but no, they went through the whole routine with me, and made my day.

Took my little girl in to get a bear and walked out with two. The staff there was really awesome.
