I was not sure where to go to change batteries on couple of my watches, and to fix a watch bracelet that fell apart on an expensive watch. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that Kay Jewelers offered that service. They did a great job!A trustworthy and qualified jeweler that provides great customer service!

I cant say enough how great my experience was today. I went in looking for an engagement ring with my girlfriend. From the beginning the entire team had the knowledge of their jewelry. I told them what I was looking for and they gave me my options. They explained what I was being shown. I eventually left the store & went to talk about the rings with my girlfriend. At that point the salespeople were not fighting me to buy right then. Great quality to have for a salesperson. After 2 hours I came back to purchase the ring. They had such great customer service & the ring we were looking for. This experience I will remember forever. The team is so friendly you almost forget they are working there. I recommend everyone come shopping here. A+++++Thank you

Worst jeweler. Do not go here if you want to get your money’s worth or care about decent customer service. They’re scams. I bought a ring and contracted covid so i was a few days late for my return, and explained this to them, and they denied my return. It was only an $80 ring but i contacted customer service and corporate and they all didn’t care. The assistant manager at this location isn’t a good guy. He had me call customer service right in front of him just so he could tell them he said no, after telling me he just needs approval from them. What a joke. Stay away from this scam place.

Kept forcing us to reverse our negative review after charging us 150 dollars for resizing when its supposed to be free per our insurance. When I told them that I am entitled to my review, the white lady was very rude and made our experience miserable. Would not recommend anyone going to first colony Mall kays. I would have never bought their ring if I knew they would be so rude. Will have to find another location to inspect my 💍 as my wife almost dont want the ring because of the unpleasant customer service and rude experience we had today.Shamshaad is okay though.

Would you believe me if i said i took my tennis bracelet here to get cleaned and repaired. It looked good clean when i first received it. I never wore it because i did alot of sports growing up and never really wore the bracelet. I’m just now noticing that they stole and replace 2 of my diamonds with smaller diamonds then what they come with. You thieves! For this i will never trust Kay jewelers in sugar land! I would give this location 0 stars.I recently bought a watch for my Dad from Kay and called this location to ask if they can do a resizing although I bought it from another location. They confirmed that they do resizing.When we got here, the employees said that they will not do the resizing if we bought our watch from another Kay.I have confirmed with Corporate Kay and they said we do not have to go to the Kay we bought it from to do a resizing. This is very upsetting and I have formally filed a complaint to Corporate Kay. This is a time waster and is completely unacceptable. I hope that Corporate takes this seriously because this is an example of bad customer service. Im questioning if I ever want to purchase with Kay ever again after this incident. Definitely not this location for sure.

Saint specifically went out of his way to assist my husband and I with our rings. He was a good listener and asked questions to ensure he really knew what we wanted and even gave suggestions along the way. It could have easily been an overwhelming experience, but he was personable and never made us feel like our budget wasn’t enough (the way other stores did).

I was greeted with a smile and friendly hello upon entering the store. I’ve purchased few items from KAY Jewelers previously and those are my prized possessions. I was quite taken when I sent a watch for engraving for my husband as a Valentine gift and I was worried that I might not get it in time but to my pleasant surprise I picked it up on time. I call that a superb customer service. Also, I believed I had a lose diamond in my expensive ring and was afraid to lose it, but the lady who checked it for me assured me that my stones were secured. I call that honesty and I will be back knowing I can trust Kay’s employees at that store. If you walk in with a smile- you’ll leave with a smile.

I had a great experience at the Kay Jewelers in First Colony Mall, the salesman named Mr. Saint was professional and he taught me about the 4 Cs of diamonds: cut, clarity, carat, color. I love my new ring!

I had to initiate all communication about my broken necklace and wait nearly two months because Kay employees told me they had ordered a replacement in December, when they hadnt. I was also told they would call me when the replacement arrived, which of course they didnt. I had to have multiple trips to the store where they acted like they didnt know who I was and I was given multiple excuses about why my necklace still havent arrived. I had a feeling that the first time I came in the store it was unofficial because the lady just wrote my name and number down on a random piece of paper and told me shell call me when my necklace came in. Theres no way thats the official process for exchanges. I was not surprised when I came in a week later and the employees had no idea who I was. The manager then placed my order over the computer and told me it would arrive by January 4th. This made me feel more at ease. However, January 4th passed and still no necklace. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and just wait until they call me. Needless to say, they didnt. I called around January 20-something to find out my order still was not placed! What kind of business is this!? Overall, just a terrible experience. They had no respect for me or my time and didnt even care to apologize for their gross negligence. The only reason I didnt give 1 star is because of the employee, Saint. He was the only one with good customer service over the phone and when I finally came in, he exchanged my order with a smile. Please have your other employees take note of Saints behavior because they can really turn someone off from visiting the location.I have nothing bad to say about the jewelry, I love my necklace and had a good experience ordering online when I ordered it initially. I just wish I could have exchanged it online as well instead of having to deal with disrespectful people.I will likely buy from yall again since yall have beautiful jewelry at a reasonable price, but I definitely will not be returning to the First Colony location and I will be advising everyone I know to do the same.

I am utterly disappointed from my results of my purchase. I hold this company to a very high standard, enough to the point where I should be able to count on an engagement ring store to full fill my request for a MENs ring with over 4 weeks notice. This is not a custom, special, over the top request. Just a basic Mens Wedding ring. This is the most ridiculous service I have ever received. From the beginning until now. Initially everyone was pleasant and willing to help. The associate also assured me that my request would arrive in time and no additional purchases or request needed to be made in order to do so.Here I am 4 weeks later with out a ring, with out any notion as to where my ring is, no one can give me definitive answers, my wedding is in one week. The only option I was given was to receive a refund. Being an engagement store I would foremost expect compassion (which I have not gotten), 2nd I would expect some since of urgency regarding the need of timely fulfilled orders/purchases. I would also expect the store to understand the level of importance on the financial side.Seriously, the store and customer line tells me that I can just get a refund? That will hit in 2-3 business days? my weeding is in a week. I have a ridiculous amount of vendors that are expecting their cut. This company thus far has made this part of my engagement the utmost horrible experience.I reached out to customer care expecting results and expedited service. instead I got a ticket number and told some one will reach out to me with in 2-3 days? I can not explain how frustrating this is.There has been no help to get the service or product we expected. What is the point of this business?
