I went into this store to buy bread and noticed a couple with a dog in their cart. This happened Oct 15, 2021 I immediately told the store manager and he didnt even care. I told him that it is unsanitary and that people have to put there food in the carts. He said something like the dog is not touching anything its just in the cart. He also told me we sanitize it every night. Whats going to wind up happening is after that customer leaves, that cart it is going to be reused again immediately. I just left and didnt buy anything. Wont be shopping there anymore. :-(

I normally come here for snacks and they have a nice variety of snacks that the regular grocery stores don’t offer. Their prices are relatively high compared to Kroger or HEB, but this is more competing with places like Trader Joe’s or Whole Foods anyways. I generally look for the sales and can get some yummy stuff for a good deal.

I LOVED IT!! Today is the day Sprouts has opened and I was so excited for opening day! Sprouts exceeded my expectations! The produce is fresh, the prices are right and everyone had a smile on their face! My husband and I had not had lunch so we stopped by the deli where we ordered wraps for $4.99. He had a turkey one and I opted for the Buffalo chicken wrap!! Delicious that’s what they were!! We also purchased the fresh squeezed juice and I have to say the Energize Me was really good!!My favorite moment was a wonderful young lady named Marishca who made our wraps! She was such a delight and so helpful. She made some suggestions on different wraps to eat and even gave us samples of the fresh squeezed juice before we purchased one. Her smile was contagious and her joy was overflowing!!Can’t wait to shop again! So happy Sprouts has come to Sugar Land!!

Superb service, and the prices are more competitive than you would think. Whole Foods like Whole Foods used to be…maybe even better.

Definitely has great produce and pre made items that you can buy if you need something quick. So far prices look very reasonable and consistent with other grocery stores. It’s very popular and it’s somewhat smaller size makes it a bit difficult to navigate around other customers.

Used to be our favorite grocery store in Sugar Land. In fact, we were very excited when they opened a store here, since we used to go to the one in the Heights all the time. However, it seems like somethings going on behind the scenese that has made the overall experience deteriorate in the past year. Maybe the pandemic has hit them hard? Produce isnt like it used to be: you used to be able to find nothing but perfect fruits and vegetables, whether organic or conventional. Now, you often find bananas that are bruised, broccoli and beets that are clearly old and no longer crunchy, basic things like garlic out of stock, fruit that isnt fragrant like before... On top of that, service isnt what it used to be. Its hard to find employees to help you in produce, and the few that are around in grocery or the registers are either inexperienced or poorly trained. Also, the door handles in the dairy section apparently come out frequently, so you find doors without handles. Yesterday one of them slammed on my wrist, which was met with relative indifference by the employee standing next to me Im constantly gluing them because customers just pull them out. Doesnt quite live up to the five-star grocery store quality this used to be. I hope management reads this and takes action, because otherwise, the store will end up closing, and well be left again with few quality grocery stores in Sugar Land!

Had a great selection of meats, seafood and cheese. Love to find good lamb and beef cuts. Gourmet artisan cheese.

You can not go wrong but Katy seems to have better inventory.

My favorite store in Sugar Land as I do not have to walk miles inside a store to find what I want. The store is a perfect size for fast shopping and grabbing food if you are in a hurry. Speedy check out hardly any wait time. You can find great quality fruit and veggies for great price. Excellent selection of organic foods and supplements. Very nice management and employees. They take care of customers requests and help find items by walking a customer to the location rather then pointing or just saying a locating. Sprouts store brand food is tasty and a great value. For me it is always a pleasant shopping experience of small town in a big city with an excellent selection.

Went in to make a purchase was watched by an employee by standard as I told hr co worker I had no mask due to my medical condition. Shortly after the store manager approaches, stated no mask no service store policy its posted . I explained I had medical exempt, he said, his cashiers werent to give me service . I asked his name and last name he said not important, he was the store director. I explained my rights, he said store policy and left. I left unable to make a purchase. The store will go on the list of not to shop there the violate a persons constitutional right and may have a lawsuit coming in the mail.

Rude, unhelpful staff.Everytime I go there they only have 1 checkout open. Its no fun waiting in a long line and then have a grouchy checkout person. I also had to bag my own groceries.This Sprouts used to be a happy and nice place to shop.

Ive been coming to Randalls for many years for my families Birthday Cakes. Even though they were busy with their normal duties (Edgar, Nancy did their best to accommodate my order). I am very Thankful for this experience and I will always come to Randalls for this locations Bakery. The staff here is over qualified for what they do and this is why Randalls has a superior Bakery to any other grocery store. This is apparent after a visit and a look inside the bakery. Edgar and Nancy.. Thank you so much ❤, you have no idea what how much what you did for me today means and Thank you Sugarland Randalls for hiring the best in staff.

This was by far the best pizza I have ever had. Made with ingredients purchased from Sprouts! Pizza sauce and Roma tomatoes are interchangeable (choose one). I used premade crust, turkey pepperoni, Organic valley mozzarella, and fresh basil. Build your pizza and follow directions on pizza crust box. Out of the oven I topped it off with #FitSalt from my own kitchen and some Italian seasoning. Boda boom boda bing! Delizioso!

I want to love Sprouts but Ive been burned by the produce too often. Avocados, lettuce, celery, etc. I dont know whats happening in the supplements isle. Hard to find what youre looking for.But then theres everything else in the store. Butcher, seafood selection, dairy, and freezer case and the abundance of healthful items throughout the store. Its where I pick up my coffee now.

I am now moving this location down to one star. The most craziest thing happened today 8/2/20. The head cashier with red hair had a line long full of people. She decided to close in the mist of that line and shut everything down and left people waiting in her line. She then motioned to another cashier at a different register to go over and begin checking people out. I later saw her in the parking lot with a grocery cart full of sprout groceries. I dont know how protocol Works in this store however clearly it is a management issue. Something should have been said something even maam Im about to close my register. Nothing was said she just closed. This location needs better management and better customer. I was so excited about a new Sprouts in my area.👎

I have bought fish several times there. Three times it was not fresh and I had to return it back to store twice. One time today i felt it was not very fresh, it had little smell but I cooked it anyway. We threw it out. Smell did not go away after fish was cooked.Each tree times it was sea bass.I am not sure I want to try again and will stay away from buying chicken or meat too.

The green beans have looked terrible for weeks. The store is a plastic polluter as exhibited by these bean bags and by shoving all your purchases into plastic. They dont even sell reusable bags. I know most Texans dont care but Sprouts missed an opportunity to be a leader and educator.

I loved this store when it first opened in this area. Recently this year, I have found that in about every 5-16oz container of berries I buy there will be mold on the berries. Be very careful to wash your fruit and check for mold from Sprouts. Also, the jars of spices are a great thing when you can pay next to nothing for spices by weighing by the ounce. But, if you are buying dried Chipotle Chilis check the jar for grocery store mites. I bought a bag with 2 dried Chilis and it had dead and living mites. I am so glad it was sealed while being in my home for weeks before the discovery.

I like Sprouts, but not this one!!!Check you receipt every time, it will be over-charged and you won’t get respect as you find the price is wrong.Usually I came to Sprouts every week, even every time they made mistake of the price, over-charge. sometimes I am rush and didn’t check until I get home, if it’s not too much I just ignore and won’t waste time back to get the refund.But last Sunday at 12/1 2pm, my experience made me very mad and I decide won’t go to this store any more.At the checkout I noticed the black grape was charged $2.99 even though the sign showed $.99, the reception told me taking pic of the sign as evidence, and also she asked me take a pic of Dried apricots cause she doesn’t know the product CODE.As I run back to take the pic and showed to her, she double checked with another guy who might be the manager and corrected to the correct price. But after a while that guy came back saying the sign date had been expired. That is the sign I saw and all customer saw. If it’s expired, why it doesn’t have the right price sign in front of the product? He said the correct price sign is at the other place close to the entrance of the store.Then the reception told me they have to charge the price $2.99, if I don’t accept I can choose not buying it.I don’t understand this is how you treat customer? You system/management made mistake, you asked customer running back to take pic of the price sign then you say the sign is expired? A you kidding me?

I am shopping there every day since opened. Yesterday I bought a fish and i asked us that fresh- they say yes. That fish wasn’t fresh at all when a came home it stinks the whole house.Where managers are looking ?!

On 8-13-20 I visited this sprouts location, I went to the deli department to order a sandwich where I received horrible customer service, which tends to happen very often at this location. This time it was Dianne who provided terrible customer service. It has been issued by the Government, that everyone must wear a mask in public, which i was wearing. My mask was covering up to half of my nose, though she proceeded to tell me that I wasnt wearing it correctly, and that it was against the law. Her demeanor and delivery was unacceptable. Im not disagreeing with the fact that masks should be required, the issue im trying to address is her poor customer service. There is a right and a wrong way to go about things, and she went about it the wrong way. One star from me.

Love this store! Fresh produce and meat! The aisles in my opinion are just fine to walk around. If anything, they are about as wide as the aisles in other stores. Cashiers are quick when you write down the code of what bulk item you buy.

First time at this location. The store is very clean and well organized. It was smaller than expected. I honestly was amazed by the variety of items available. I liked how there was a deli, salad bar, and olive bar. The staff was exceptional during my visit. Prices there can be expensive, just depends on the item. For a healthy way if life, this is your go to place .

I’ve now been here twice in a row and actually been helped at the deli counter. Thanks for improving guys! Hope it continues:) I love Sprouts and this has been my only complaint with this location. I’d give 5 stars if Sprouts corporation would start training employees to be less excessive with the plastic bags!

Good place to get organic veggies.

Unfortunately, I didn’t enjoy my visit. The aisles are too narrow with people bumping into each other constantly. The whole store feels crowded with too much merchandise and not enough space to move around. Also at the checkout I was told my avocados were not 3/$1 even though that’s what the sign said. I went back to make sure. They made me switch them for different ones. And then they made me go running back to the aisles for food codes as people waited. Could they not get someone to get the codes at their high prices? And on top of that they charged me for two pizzas when I only had one! I did not catch it because I was at the aisles hunting down those food codes. And there are no places for shopping baskets in the parking lot, so its littered with baskets.

Finally! I like the fact that its closer to me, but more importantly, I can get fresh veggie juice! Why is it so hard for HEB to make fresh juice other than orange and lemonade? Anyway, love their wholesomeness!

Love our new Sprouts! It is spacious and has high quality organic food! Went shopping last week and got a plethora of food for my money. It is new, so yes it is expected to be a bit crowded. Anyone having shopped a Sprouts before should know the isles are not oversized like an HEB. Its more of a boutique shopping experience! I choose to shop here because they offer organics and other food at a reasonable and competitive price! #TeamSprouts

Great store and great produce! The deli guys are awesome ! The guy brice is always really helpful. I have seen other very rude customers demand service while the meat guys have their hands full or raw meat. Ive never waited more than 5 mins for them to put their task down and help me. Some customers need to be patient. Other than that super friendly staff my kids got samples from the produce and we love their cotton candy grapes!

Every Sprouts is a treasure trove of great heathy products & food. This store is very new but totally worth visiting, Ive never been to a bad Sprouts store!

Great, store to shop. Clean, fresh good & I absolutely love the Customer service!! They are there to help you when you need & assistance is upfront service, not stalking like you in the store trying to steal something. Over price

I was in shopping today and the checkout lines appeared long. Out of nowhere someone ran up and opened up another register (thank goodness). Turns out the person that saved the day for me and my fellow coworkers On lunch break was the store manager Jennifer!I had the pleasure of going through her line and I thanked her for opening up andShe introduced herself as the store manager. She provided some excellent tips and and was very educational about some questions I had in the Pre packed meal area. It was so nice to see someone like her take charge to help where was needed. If her employees are anything like her I’ll most definitely keep shopping at our local Sprouts! The lines seemed long but the employees and Jennifer got me and my coworkers out much quicker than we had imagined.Their lunch options were really Great. Much better sandwiches than McAllister’s across the street. We will be back for sure on our next lunch break!!

Hit or miss. Sometimes the food i buy is great and sometimes not. Sometimes I get good customer service and sometimes not.

I like Sprouts but I dont like being told to put my mask on

The extra stars given were because it is new and clean and the variety of nuts and seeds were good. However they did not get the full 5 stars is because the prepared sandwiches were not good, they were cold even though we already ask them to heat it up and the fruits there were not delicious and rot rather fast.

My wife and I checked this place out on during their big grand opening week. We usually get all our meats from Whole Foods and when this place opened down the street we thought, what the heck, lets give it a shot. We told the guy in the meat department to cut our whole chicken a certain way and he basically came back the second time and said it was done correctly. We get home and he did not cut it again like we asked him to. Looks like we wont be going back here at all. I complained to a manager over the phone the next day and they were very apologetic and refunded part of the purchase. Im glad they did that, but Im not sure if I will ever go back to this location.

Rudeness from CashiersI’ve shopped at this location a few times a month since opening day. Today, I’m reminded why I feel so conflicted going here. The quality is the same as shopping at Whole Foods but, with discounted prices.Unfortunately, the level of rudeness from the cashiers are same as what you can expect from a Walmart. The managers must have skimped on staff training. Is it really too much to ask for them to be nice to their paying customers???I’ve shopped weekly for years at Whole Foods and can only remember rudeness from team members only once or twice. I would like to see the same level of service from Sprouts since my groceries here costs me around $100/visit.

Initial impression coming into Sprouts was good. Store was clean and bright. And they have the usual items that you expect Sprouts to have. However, as I started to shop, I came upon shelves that were not restocked, items that were not as fresh, and some produce that were old. Bagels expire in 2 days - and it didn’t help that the Cinnamon Bagels were a bit spongy and not good at all. The bag of onions I bought were all bad with mold on its crown. The jalapeños were wrinkly so I didn’t even buy those. One egg container had missing and cracked eggs; good thing I checked and got to replace them. Laslty, the items in their clearance section didn’t really have clearance pricing. They have good points, of course, but overall, it was a disappointing experience for me.

My visit on 3/20/19. I had high hopes for Sprouts. The meat department had a lot of empty spots. Take a look at pictures attached coming in a 9am. The liners in self service case has not been changed out in a minute. You can clearly see blood, etc has leaked from some packaging. The gourmet case burgers definitely not fresh made in store daily, carne asada, chicken pollo, and other marinated item. Looks as if marinade was poured over old meat to hide it true color.

I love sprouts.I do not love the people who frequently this location.

My visit occured on Easter around 10:45 in the morning. The pan meals, grass fed beef, lamb, ground beef section was blowed out completely. Hand sanitizer wipes for carts are always out.

Visit here every other day, I’m happy with everything here.

I bought rasberry coffee cakes the other day and they were the most disgusting things ever. They were not made properly.

A bunch of the boxed or bagged fruits are rotten or have mold growing on them. Eggs are broken. The cashier was very unprofessional. Didnt know the code for the rolled oats or the steel cut oats, and asked me whats the code? (Am i the cashier or her???) After i gave her the complete product names, she still couldnt figure it out after looking through her cheechee sheet and rolled her eyes at me, lol. Also dropped and spilled a box of blueberries.
