Walmart has some very strange price matching strategy. I was searching for an item on Walmart app and found it also available at this particular store. Being quite close to me I went to buy it directly, only to be told that they couldnt honor their own online price. I promptly ordered the item on Walmart app (which is $39 cheaper than store) and had it free-shipped to me. How is this more economical for Walmart? If Walmart does honor their own online price, then something is very wrong with their store personnel training.

Looking for the BLACK AND WHITE chocolate drizzle popcorn. Didnt have any. Please get some ASAP!

Horrible customer service the worst I have seen .. these people instead of supporting their customers they offend them they turn their backs and even make fun of them .. the treatment is horrible.I respect the black race, what I do not respect is that just because I am Hispanic and I need help, I am treated very badly, I think these people forget that they are customer service employees.

Shopping in-store has been good. Pickup service.......great! If Ive ordered items not available & I dont want substitutes, theres no charge. Sometimes the Walmart app is buggy but the ability to call in & let them know Im there is great. The ladies & gentlemen taking care of this process are excellent. And to everyone who loads the items into the customers vehicles.....THANK YOU! YOU ARE AWESOME!!

We went grocery shopping and the saw this nerf guns on sale for 10 dollars so we got 2 for our kids when we went and pay they charge us 20 even when the manager check her self and with a pic on our hand she didn’t respect the prices they said they were 20

The cashier Roberta was awesome! She was very thorough and super kind. She wasn’t the average cashier that’s just a robot and doesn’t speak, truly an awesome lady. I picked out a 6 pack of ramen that was actually sold separately. Instead of just opening it and scanning each one she actually informed us first. That was very appreciated! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Good to have these timings!!!! Night shoppingI have not ever had such impeccable service in a Walmart until today. I was helped by a lady and she showed such amazing hospitality. She was very welcoming from the very moment my family and I walked into the eye center. There was also a gentleman there who shared a few words with us while we were in there as well and he was just as accommodating as Veronica. I cant speak for anyone else but these 2 people. If you want amazing service I would recommend them all the way.

Clean for a Walmart, probably one of the cleanest in the Greater Houston Area. Supply shortages have hit this one a bit too with some things out of stock.Medicine area is totally whack though. Just go to a CVS or something if you can.

Still getting used to the remodel. Things moved all over in the grocery section. They still have a small jewelry area but never anyone there to help which is a shame because twice I saw something I really liked. You ask someone for help and they say its not their section you need to go to customer service, guess I dont need it that bad. So busy on the weekend which is great but not when there are only 3 registers open and and self check out line is all the way in the food section. Lots of employees standing around but no one wants to help when asked.

This place is very poorly managed. Their return policy on soft goods is so bizarrely stupid, theyll accept items that have been clearly been worn or used beyond the capability of being purchased by a new customer.About the only thing this place is good for is buying the basics when it comes to groceries and other housewares. Avoid the electronics, clothing, toys, tools and/or automotive.

The early the better I go its plenty peaceful to me any other time Ill wait til they reopen!

This WalMart was very clean and well stocked. Very nice layout.

I went in to get a new house camera. They have them behind locked doors. So 2 people were already waiting for help. They had asked for someone to help them. They were there for about 15 minutes before I got there. Now Im there waiting for about 20 minutes. So the person that works there was on break so I asked for a manager and still not got any help. Finally here comes the woman who was on break and she acts like its not a big deal. She didnt even apologize for making us wait. How long are there breaks?? And most of all why didnt the manager show up. We as customers are not supposed to have to wait for ever to hand them our hard earned money while they make money and dont do their jobs. The lady and the Manger need alot more training on how to deal with customers.

Customer service is my biggest complaint. Almost every employee looks and acts like they hate their job. Good values and one-stop shopping. Just dont expect anyone to help you.

I went there to get new tires for my car. I received excellent service. The guy was very helpful and answered all my questions.

A very clean and well kept business, nothing above par but the clean part does it for me. The self check out is effortless and they have a person helping the customers. I will return to this location.

If I could give negative stars I would! Went in for an emergency flat repair after spending 6 hours calling the store over and over, only to have the automotive manager Shahed call me a liar and yell at me when I told him wed been calling for hours and needed to know if they had our tire size!! When I asked for another manager in the store, because he was yelling at me, he said there were no others in the whole store. His behavior just got worse from there. Absolutely HORRENDOUS experience!

I like to get grocery pickup from this store. Manager Asia is great. Never met an awesome Walmart Employee as Asia before.

VERY poor customer service. Waiting in line for over an hour and the cashiers are incompetent also. All I had to do was return one item and get a money order.

As Ive said time and time again, Walmart is essentially a large Warehouse full of garbage that people come to sometimes to get the things that are utterly necessary. The majority of the time people peruse the aisles for useless trash that they for some reason deem necessary. Walmart is the epitome of overproduction and waste.

Unnecessarily long waiting time to pay. Clean and organized but it is a Walmart, so customer service is below average.

I had the oil changed in my car and did some non-grocery shopping in the suite some I waited. I really appreciate how clean, well stocked, and organized all the departments are and how easily I found everything I needed.

Came in to return a jewelry item, a gift that didnt fit. Went to this location since it is closer to me, but the original location I purchased the item had more sizes in stock. The manager refused, stated that all jewelry must be returned to the original location and would not give a reason. A call to corporate to inquire if this is standard received a blanket response, only possible reason why would be items not in stock in different locations (not applicable in my case) and that its just ultimately up to the managers discretion. Big waste of time all around, but I will say that the online experience was much better. I ordered the correct size to be delivered the following week, but to my surprise it came the same day at no additional charge. I suggest avoiding this location at all costs, if the manager is having a bad day she will take it out on the customers.

Ordered for pickup, was notified my order wouldnt be ready until 2 days later. Ended up going to shop myself and got notice that my order was ready. Left the items and went to the pickup kiosk and wasnt working. Called the number shown to pickup and got hung up on. An associate tried to help and called also and they still wouldnt help him. Another associate said I had to go to grocery pickup. Finally drove there and when trying to check in online it only gave me an option to check in on slots 7-10. But there were only slots 1-6!!!!! Finally someone saw me driving around looking for slot 7 and went in and brought my order out. TERRIBLE SERVICE! no one knows what is happening there

For a Walmart this is on the better end. Its fairly clean and organized. Pretty good size. Service is decent.Their grocery pick up is really good.

I call this store the International Walmart, because of all the different ethnic groups you see from around the world. I love going this store, and the employees seem to be nicer. 😁

Some products that they have are not refilled monthly or however often you replace on the shelves things like oils for your mister.

Wish I could give this place zero stars…. Was in the entertainment section from 10:40pm waiting for someone to help me get an item. No one showed up and I had to search everywhere for a Ethernet cable to because for some reason they have them locked up….. Finally the several they had pilled behind other items that if it wasn’t for my desperation to find it before they close I wouldn’t have. Finally find the cable and make it to the front right at 11pm for them to tell me they are close at cant check me out. Two young ladies were standing right in front of me with two self checkout machines on and once they saw me coming to the front they immediately went to turn them off. After standing there begging them if I could check out since I only had ONE freaking item they simply both ignored me and didn’t say one word to me. If it wasn’t for the nice older lady that came to see what the problem was I wouldn’t even been able to check out…. I work in a hospital. How would they like it if I gave their sick family members subpar customer service because I’m off the clock? All that to say…. Shop at Target…. I forgot why I stop going to Walmart for the past 5 years and I realize now. Walmart get your lazy employee together.

Absolutely horrendous. Was yelled and cussed at by manager Shahed, tried to get an emergency flat repair under the warranty we have, they refused, called my husband a liar. This happened September 2nd. My father in law brought or car in September 3rd for us and they charged him for everything that was supposed to be covered by our warranty, 🤬 the mounting, the balance, the tire disposal, everything!!

This was one of those visits when I was going in and coming straight out. It was not that crowded and I was able to navigate through the store very quickly. I only needed 3 items, but ofcourse I had to slightly browse just a little bit just in case I saw something I needed. I redirected myself with the items that I needed and headed out. I made my way through the self-checkout and was on my way with no issues. I was able to pickup the three items that I needed that were readily available in stock.

Walked around with grand kids. Picked out Christmas presents.

I went to make copies of pictures, and frames. They are cheap and best.

New update to floor plan allows for an enhanced shopping experience due to wide Aisles. Clean and very organized and safety protocols are followed. As soon as they staff more cashiers I will give 5 Stars. My shopping experience went downhill as I went to check out and only 4 CASHIERS! Do better Walmart we as Your Customers spend a lot of money with your company.

The location is big and relatively well stocked and clean. It seems under staffed and those associates I saw didnt seem very attentive or professional. At 6pm on a Monday there were only 1 or 2 registers open so most people were at self check.

I used to work here everyone is great! Except management! There is always conflict cause there is no consistency. Don’t get mad at the workers take it out on management they are the ones handing out the rules and of the workers don’t get there stuff done in time they risk there jobs.

The cashier was the only employee we interacted with. She seemed as irritated by the long lines as the shoppers did and that energy carried over into our experience. In addition to our other items, we wanted to purchase a gift card and were informed that wed need to go to the service desk to do so. That line was even worse than the one wed waited in to check out. She was chatting with another employee during our checkout, so I guess service isnt a priority. Its WalMart.

Great experience. Stopped by to pick up a charcoal grill and the guy there hauled out for me and loaded it up in the trunk of my car.Too bad I didnt get his name.

Love this location. Priced well. Friendly staff and great selection of Asian groceries. Huge ramen selection. Favorites to here for me: frozen selection of dumplings and spring rolls, hot food area and snacks.

The best place to buy

The have redesigned the store and it looks really nice. The staff is usually friendly. The best time to go is around 6-9 AM if you want to avoid the crowds. But always check the expiration date, because some of the food has reached its sell date and its still on the shelf. I have bezn coming here my whole life and I have never ran into any issues.

This location is better than the one nearest to me! Better overall selection, store is well put together and fully stocked. My nearest walmart is always out of stock on something, whether its Tyson chicken wings, drummettes or thighs, seasonings. Id rather drive to the Sugar Land location, its worth the extra few minutes!

Customer service is poor and inventory are place in the wrong place by stockers and when you get to the register the cashier is aware of it.

Their big problem is checkout. They have 12 checkout lanes and only one cashier and I swear it seems to be the slowest cashier ever. The self checkout does not give us the employee discounts either.

Walmart has always been my go-to store however, when buying clothing i have had to return the clothing because of the fit. I cant figure out why fitting rooms are not available. By not being able to use the fitting room, it makes it inconvenient to have to return the clothing. PLEASE MAKE YOUR FITTING ROOMS AVAILABLE!!
