These guys rule! Everyone else was out of the switch OLED (specifically with the white joycon) and they just brought one out like they had a pile of them in the back.

Just a normal game stop. I dont buy there much I prefer best buy cause I get a bigger discount from their rewards card. They do have a bigger selection of used games, but I prefer my games new.

Its GameStop... Not much really to say here. Their reputation precedes them. Buy a brand new game and try to see if you can even get back half the amount. But the crew here is usually pretty nice and helpful. So, theres that going for them.

We had a nice experience. The gentleman working was very helpful and nice. We found a ps3 game. It was pricier than we thought it should be but since we dont buy games often we went ahead and got it. The store was clean and organized.

The staff are always very helpful with any questions I have! Just bought a Playstation 4 Pro 1TB preowned. Brought it home and plugged it up, works perfectly! Definitely recommend GameStop for everyones gaming needs! Worth every star I have given!

Tried to buy an item and they wouldnt let me. Said it was recalled. Bull. Ive bought it in the past. They were just going to buy it and resell it themselves from what I heard. Do not shop here. Dishonorable store. Avoid. Plenty of better stores and its worth the drive to avoid this one.

Got exactly what I wanted no hassle. They guys were super friendly and helped me with some tips on avoiding traffic here in rush hour. Ill be back there for sure.

I dont know who the manager is for this store, but your staff is rude and unprofessional. I would rather drive out of my way and go to the next nearest Game Stop then to ever go to this one again. I wanted to preorder GTAV for PS4 and the guy behind the counter says its the same exact game as PS3. Actually its not the same game, obviously he has no idea what he was talking about and to make a comment like that was not appropriate. i did not ask his opinion. I called today to see if they have any PS4 in stocks, the same guy said he only had one and it was a bundle with the Destiny game and it was $450.00. Then i asked if they still had the deal going on with trading in PS3 console and you get the $125 store credit. He said he had no idea. Instead of looking it up he just blew me off. Im looking to spend $500 on a console and he just blew me off and didnt act like he cared. So i called the next nearest Game Stop and they have plenty of PS4s and told me the trade in credit for PS3 was still availble. Game Stop in Sulphur horrible customer service.

When you walk in to this store and ask them week after week wife they have an item and they say no but they also say its a popular item, wouldnt you think they would up their shipment order? Management must suck horribly for ALL GAMESTOP RETAIL STORES!

Chris was very rude to us today. I was so appalled how he lied to my wife right in front of me and treated her like she was wrong for even having a question about a game. We will always go to the lake charles gamestop from now on.

Poor customer service. Ordered a figurine and was told I never ordered it and had to repurchase it to receive it.

The sales associate was completely rude, and did not want to help me or others at all! Will most likely not be coming back for awhile.
