Typical cricket store. I dont have a problem with cricket in general. Their stores lack options and you cant request a particular phone to be delivered to that store because they have no control over what is sent to them.
Went in to ask for information about a WiFi hotspot and Makayla was extremely helpful and friendly and she got me set up with exactly what I needed

The store employees are hit and miss most are friendly and very helpful but a couple are dismissive and almost unwilling to answer your questions. One of the employees tried to sell my fiancé a phone at sticker price even after she told him it was on sale until I showed up and talked to him and he finally looked it up and admitted he was unaware of the promotion going on and then after I left rang her for an over priced screen protector and phone case and said that it was included in the deal and was supposed to be free which she ended up having to pay for. I approached a manager the next day and was told that he doesnt actually work for cricket but for at&t and that Id have to talk to him or his supervisor to fix the discrepancy.
Everyone was very nice and helpful. Highly recommend cricket wireless!!

I paid for 128gb iphone se. they sold me a 64gb. I was told they could not and would not replace the phone. On top of that I was signed up for an $8 a month replacement plan that I was not told about or aware of. Then after all that they got my account suspended due to a “reactivation fee”. My account was never deactivated. Upon calling corporate, they admitted fault to the reactivation fee but still refuse to turn my service back on until after I pay them $5 extra. My wife has been on the phone over an hour now trying to get this all strait but it looks like we will have to take this to the Better Business Bureau. I cannot recommend this cricket location as they have caused so much of a problem and refuse to fix it. On top of that I cannot recommend Cricket Wireless as they refuse to fix the problems their employees have caused. I usually won’t leave a bad review but I wouldn’t want anyone else to spend their money and have a similar experience. I hope every person in this city sees this review. And please know, I gave them a very generous 1 star only because I couldn’t write a review with 0 stars.Edit: they put my wife on hold and hung up on her while she was waiting to speak to a supervisor. They were very reluctant to let her speak to a supervisor and was incredibly defensive on the subject. The girl kept asking her why she needed to speak to a supervisor when she (the cricket rep) had already spoken to the supervisor for her. Now they are closed for the evening and no one will answer. PATHETIC!
The salesperson was very patient and knowledgeable about what to do to help me. I am so thankful for the assistance.

Agent charged me too much and had my service messed up. My daughter whose a cricket Manager had to straighten it out. Coincidently when I went to another location to complain about it the girl that had orginally messed me up was working there. Many of your younger employees know little to nothing about androids. Theyre IPhone folks.😳😤

Aaron is awesome. I wish there were more people like her. She always goes out of her way to help me, to make sure any issues with my phone are corrected. Every time I go to Cricket she gets the door for me. She makes me feel like a special customer. Thank you Aaron!

The guy was rude. He asked like 7 times if we were sure we wanted the phones, that they cost a lot of money, and that we would pay a lot up front. Very disappointed. We are Mexicans and we work at the plant. We can afford it but we didnt get them because he insulted us.

Today I went in and was highly considering switching from sprint network to Cricket. After sitting waiting +15 min while the only worker there helps a lady with an unknown issues. That worker was rudely talking on the phone to another service provider. While on the phone he ask me if he could help me then I explained to him that I was wanting to switch services he proceeded to tell me what I needed, in the end I needed to call sprint. While I was on the phone with sprint another coworkers walks in, the sprint operator asked me why I wanted to cancel my service that coworker yelled out loud that “its because sprint service sucks” very unprofessional my any books! Around that time I was walking out and one of the two coworkers yelled to my backside “youre making a mistake”

Customer service was great while we were spending money but the minute we tried to collect on one of their promises the service became non existent.“sorry there is nothing we can do”. Also, they must really train the employees to get the “ add on” sales
