The woman helping me was very nice and helpful. She wasnt to pushy on any of the products and was informative as well. All around good experience.

The team at Verizon was great. We definitely were working with someone new because she did take awhile and kept asking questions to her coworker BUT, we all have to learn and she was very sweet and apologetic for taking so long. We didnt mind at all. Great experience and friendly service.

This was a very nice place for me to upgrade. Sophia was very nice and caring about my concerns. She explain every thing to me . Even her boss helped me understand things about my new phone. I live in Kinder, la. and was just going thru Sulphur when I seen this Verizon store. Im so glad I stopped there. I couldnt have asked for better service then what I got. The guy who is working in the store was rude and say if you wanna buy iPhones 12 pro from store stock you have to buy phone accessories with it if not than I have to order from Verizon and it’s gonna take 2 days.

I had the most outstanding customer service today at Verizon, today. I went in with the expectation that I would have to make all kinds of decisions and I am not the most phone savy person, but Michael was very good at saying heres what we can do. He told me to have a seat and he will bring me some upgrades to choose from. All I needed was a tropical drink and some music and I was in paradise. I was done and still sitting because we had such a good conversation and he explained everything to my understanding. He is an asset to Verizon and a all around good guy!
