Very quick service. Dom, who was the sales rep, was very thorough and gave us more information on the products and services. Ask for him when you go to the store. Great experience. It is one of the many reasons why I stick with AT&T.

I’m here at this location it’s Sunday it’s says it opens at 1;pm it’s now 1:19 pm no one one has came or opened the store it’s unexpectable an unprofessional

It wasnt the store its 3 phone system thats horrible and the fact yall zap sim cards and refuse to reuse for money. I was stranded on the side of the road all night because of att and they continue to be horrible

This location truly has some great employee that have great customer service. Having two phones issues, transferring old to new, plus of course forgetting someone forgetting passwords etc. they helped figure out the phone issues. They also are very personable that helped make the time pass by.

I drove the extra miles to go to this store rather than the Lake Charles store. Sulphur has the best associates.I visited the store yesterday to finally switch over to Firstnet. Tamaya and another gentlemen helped me. I have had nothing but hurdles and issues with trying to switch. First I had to get an upgrade. Then I still couldnt because I would have lost my number since I was on prepaid and not post paid. Anyhow, after being so disappointed with Lake Charles I went to sulphur. This store is clean and makes everyone wear a mask! If you get a chance go in and visit and get help with whatever you need.

Deshelle Canter is probably the best service person I have ever dealt with in any field, and I am 65 years old! She spent a tremendous amount of time setting up my new iPhone SE 2020 to have dual talk and text capabilities so that I can have and use 2 different phone numbers on one device! She is the most determined lady I have ever seen ! She rates 10 stars in my book! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This store has been an absolute saving grace in the world of cellular devices and everything needed to go along with them. It was by sheer misfortune that I was able to discover the blessing and awesomeness of this quaint, tucked away authorized retailer. The staff of Megan Billingsly,Sandra Moore, TraNaye Brooks, and Deshelle Canter have been the absolute best! I found a spot of refuge for purchasing accessories, getting excellent service, knowledgeable representatives, and more importantly the best customer service there. Of all my experiences at any AT&T stores, none have been able to compare to the magnificent ladies at this location. They work as a team, generate laughter, while creating an environment that makes you want to come back. If youre in need of a place where the service will put you at peace while addressing your needs, go see the ladies at this location! You will not regret it, matter of fact, you will not visit another!

Y’all Megan Billingsly is the bomb! She helped me get all of my questions answered in a timely manner! She even answered my questions when she was away from work! I wanted a certain phone that wasnt in stock, I didnt want to order it; Taylor called me the very next day to inform me one came in. I was able to get her to transfer all my info from my old phone to my new one. She even helped me reset some of my email addresses and also set up all of my apps that my doctors needed me to have for virtual appointments. Very impressed with the customer service I received.

I received amazing service from Sandra and Taylor, they went above and beyond to assist me with upgrading my phone; creating an apple account, transferring my data and they helped me to access accounts I thought Id never get in, again. Grateful I stopped by this store and received so much more than just an upgraded phone. This staff is so personable, they dont treat you like youre just a number, but go above and beyond to help and assist.

Im from out of town and I went in to the AT&T by Walmart yesterday to look at what I would need to do to get set up with a new cell and service. Taylor helped me go over my options,! She not only helped me save a lot of money, but she helped me create a Apple ID account and set up my HBO Max... With being from out of town and not having TV services set up, that HBO Max will help me big time! I appreciate all of your help!!!!

I have worked for the companies before and i recognize good service when i see it! The manager wasn’t just a pleasure to hang out with, but she also made my bill cheaper! She takes her time and you can tell she loves her job. Kudos to her and her staff. FINALLY i found someone who can actually help me!

My experience here was nothing but phenomenal. The whole staff here were amazing to talk to, and Sam was able to find the best promotion for me. I was in and out within 30 minutes! Very friendly and professional. Definitely my go to store from now on.

Went into AT&T trying to receive help activating my tablet that I purchased online. I had already gone to 3 other local AT&T stores trying to get help. I basically got the runaround from other stores; reps told me there was nothing they could do. When I went into AT&T in Sulphur by Walmart, the sales rep, Taylor went above and beyond to help me and she successfully activated my tablet. It wasnt an easy task, there were several issues getting access to different accounts I had, but she told me before I left the store, she would have my tablet running properly. I reccomend this location and this staff and Im thankful that when I went into this store, I stopped getting the runaround! I will no longer waste my time with other locations, Sulphur AT&T now has my business for all my cellular needs!

Great staff but I only 3 stars slow in getting service comepleted

Poor young lady, her system wouldnt come up

Only gave a 1 star because 0 isnt an option. Since I switched from Verizon, this AT&T store has given me nothing but trouble. Every single bill since January has been messed up and I have had to call 611 countless times each month (FYI: the 611 associates hung up on me multiple times after 10-20 minutes of being on hold and 30-40 minutes of being on the phone total). The store is always under staffed so you have to wait a while just to speak with someone and then they take even longer, so expect to be there a solid hour and a half to two hours. Spent 3 hours just to set up my plan to begin with, but I wasnt mad because they were friendly. When I got my bill and it was $250 more than it was suppose to be, I went back up there and the lady got rude and acted like it was my fault the bill was so high. Overall just not a good experience and has been such a stressful hassle.
