I had accidentally broke my phone and order one from insurance. It would be a couple days until my phone got at my hoise so I went to mobile in sulphur because alot of my friends at world all me good things so I go and explain what happened and they came back with a LG k30 the lady explained that its free and I wont need to bring it back thats awesome thanks so much tmobile

I thought I would never say this about Sprint but everyone one was so great a awesome store

I had to wait in line for like fifteen minutes but after that it was fine

Make sure if they are doing any promotions or offer u any deals get the persons full name that is helping u and if u get a free phone or free line make sure to ask how many billing cycles will u have to pay for the phone and/or line before u get credit back!!!!!
