Sunday 1/17/2021 11:00 am ...THE CORONA VIRUS IS KILLING PEOPLE....WHERE ARE THE DANG-ON MASK PEOPLE.My husband & I stopped there on our way from Houston to New Orleans. The store employees had mask properly worn but the customers were rampant & abundantly walking around with NO MASK. More importantly a man sneezed ALOUD (never coverings his face) as we waited in line at the Starbucks. There was NO ONE insisting or encouraging customers to wear mask. Please consider the danger of being around others who do not wear mask.. #kroger #starbucks

When a customer places an online order they have expectations of the order being delivered accurately in accordance to what is on his or her list.The employees at the Sulphur store either dont care that they are making a sloppy mess of customer service or dont have reading skills.After notifying management the bank will be called to dissipate the charges.Not only is the grocery order not accurate when ordering online kroger will over charge your card and give you less items.

Good grief at the spoiled fruits and veggies. Can they not see all the flies surrounding them?? Never have I seen it so bad. Thought I had bought a good container of strawberries yesterday only to open it today and have to toss it outside to the trash. My husband even picked up a cantaloupe and jokingly asked if he picked a good one because the flies seemed to like it. I had to go to another grocery store to get my fruits and veggies. That was just gross! I thought they picked out the spoiled ones when restocking the new. Yuck!

I called Kroger Corp office a moment ago and I talked to a person at a call center in a foreign country that I could not understand. So after 40 yrs of shopping at Krogers I will not be shopping there any longer

Today I picked up my order. They brought it out to my car and loaded the groceries. I have to say this was my first experience with the pickup shopping and it was great. I arrived and let them know I was there. Then right away they came out with my order. Very pleasant employee. This was a great experience. Now I know how I will be shopping in the future.

Great produce and products. Customer service or midiocur and can tell they dont want to be there but other than that really good place to shop

I would have put 5 stars if there were more check out lines. Self check out is annoying. But other than that, the store is super clean, well stocked, and has great meat and produce. Prices are decent also. Great floral section. My favorite store in Sulfur!

Very convenient. a lot of self checkout. friendly people especially at night has Pharmacy. Has gas station that you can earn points and earn points by shopping in store.

Great selection of groceries and friendly staff.Homemade bake goods are excellent.

This Kroger location sells expired eggs and dairy. It is not isolated case they are doing it at least 1 year. 50% of yogurts are expired well above 1 week.Last week I bought by mistake 1 month expired eggs.It has to be fixed till someone will die from salmonella.

Always friendly even in these stressful times. I have been shopping at this store for many years and I have seen these employees be so disrespected and treated like they were at fault for the shortages of everything. The times that I witnessed the horrible treatment of the cashier or stocker they kept their cool and treated the person with respect and and apologetic manner that the customer didnt deserve.. I will always appreciate each one of them and will be sure to let them know it. Now when will the store go back to the regular 24hrs schedule?

Clean, well-stocked store

Kroger has a wide selection of products and competitive prices. Their produce and dairy departments are my favorites. The only reason I did not rate them 5 stars is that the store is somewhat difficult to walk through, and the restock carts are often in the way.

Nice store, wish the aisle were a little just a wider. I love the 5 off 5 deals they do.

I liked shopping at Krogers until they decided I might like to be an volunteer employee!!! Will find somewhere else to trade the first time I have to check myself out. Otherwise they have a good Bakery & Meat Department.

Everything is great but Ive gotta knock off a star for having my raw chicken in the same bag as my breakfast cereal- big NO NO! However the buggy wrangler helped me unload my basket into my truck rather than just stand by, waiting for me to do it, which I appreciate.

Super efficient. Lines as long as you find in Wal Mart, but Kroger sees this and takes action, opening up more cashier lines. They are quite speedy at moving you through the like to purchase. That is important, cause by the time you pay your bill, youve already spent enough time in the store. I do like this store.

Theyve a large inventory to choose from with a lot of unique brands and products that cater to the region. It can get quite packed during peak hours, to the point its hard to shop without running over someone, and checking out becomes arduous. Its not due to lack of cashiers on duty, but sheer volume of customers. The customer service is a great deal better than Walmart or Market Basket, as well as their prices and selections. The produce is fresh and better than most other large retailers.

My favorite grocery store. Great produce section always plenty of fresh items. There is always a great meat sale with a substantially reduced price. Self checkout or quick employee checkers with a sharp young man to bag them up for you. Parking is plentiful and they have allot of electric scooters for use as well.

I used to come here every time I traveled through town to grab a starbucks & a snack. When I ordered my food, the person who took my order left before setting the order in motion and did not inform anyone else. Luckily someone else helped me. When my food came out, I was told I had to go to the deli to get eating utensils as the Starbucks no longer carries them. So I must give up my table to go get eating utensils. Someone took my table, so I’m now eating in my car. This won’t be my go-to stop anymore.

I wanted to buy a live plant that was inside in the florist area, but there were no pricing on any of the plants and most of the ones I looked at. this wasnt the first time that this has happened. Although youre still my favorite store I just wish you could do the same day delivery so that I can get milk.

I love the new Krogers store. It was long overdue. I stopped in for lunch at the deli and was very impressed. Wish we had one fine store in Sulphur.

Love this place, always clean huge selection of organic items dry and refrigerated / frozen can make your own peanut butter. They actually had duck and they have seafood, crab, shrimp, great meat selection love the bacon cheddar burger patties.

This is a great place to do ur grocery shopping. The prices are very reasonable especially when u have a Kroger card to get the most discounts. The store is very well maintained and clean. The staff are super sweet and helpful.

Nice store with a great selection very friendly helpful staff. Large produce sectionals deli and sushi booth. Nice meat section clean restrooms. If kroger does not have what you need a store on the block will dollar store,gnc,walgreens,etc. Very convenient location. A places to eat papa Johns and a Chinese resturaunt in the shopping center.

Love the night crew! Very friendly & helpful. The only issue is the one girl that replaces the very nice man at the self checkout. She does absolutely nothing!! Have something big & need help getting it across the scanner?? Too bad, if shes there!! Shes too busy sitting in her chair, reading her book. Im sorry but she either needs to do her job or go somewhere else. Other than that very lazy employee everyone else is great.

This place is solid. They offer a lot of organic food and high quality groceries. Best market in the surrounding area, and they offer some fair discounts.

The variety and options are great and the staff is friendly and helpful. The site is clean and well organized. They even have meat deals which is a plus for those with large families and short budgets.

Don’t go before 7am because they will refuse to ring you up even if you have over $200 worth of groceries. Thanks Kroger, appreciate that

Turned in my customer loyalty card application this morning so I can use those fancy scanners inside the store.Also looked at the canned cheese. If I run short, I would like a cheap place to buy some with out having to drive to Sams. Btw, the notbonpy have the large cans in 3 flavors but they also have small cans too!

The meat. Is all ways cut even lot of deal save on gas get points on card using the app coupons down load on your card save lots.Very clean store we live in Welsh if the tells you how great the store is.

Necessity is the drive for my visit here and guest service and inventory are what helps this property.The parking lot is way too small. The number of people who visit here require a larger store nearby.The traffic on the corner is a huge challenge for every persons arrival and exit.The building is dated without an appropriatearea for carts.Kroger needs to respect this community and rebuild a larger store in this town.My refusal of Wal-Mart brings me here.

A great and inexpensive store, especially on their fresh seafood and meats. They have a lot more varieties than most and of course at better prices.

Best store in the area but frequently has empty shelves and always restocking. more product on carts in the isles than in the coolers most days.

Love my friendly Krogers ! Im a credit card holder with them and they are the best! And I have ALOT of cards for stores. They are my favorite. Just DONT pay a bill there. I paid my cable bill there. Paid it about 4 days early. About two weeks later it gets turned off. I call my cable provider they tell me I didnt pay it. I called Krogers they told me they are having problems. They never called me to let me know which I think is totally unprofessional.

I bought raw thawed white gulf shrimp YESTERDAY MORNING and they have been in the fridge since then they were orangish color when I bought them and they gave off an overwhelming fish odor. Everyone in my home refuses to eat them and when I googled it, shrimp do not go bad in the fridge overnight and we’re only left out on the counter for 45 minutes. Shrimp take at the most two hours to go bad out of the fridge. I paid for a pound of BAD SHRIMP! I want a full refund or replacement of what I bought and I DO have my receipt. The smell of them make me sick. I really don’t want to have to call the corporate office and file a conpaint on Kroger and the staff. Even though I definitely should. This makes me outraged. Is there a refund if I bring the shrimp back with a receipt???

I’m not sure why they can’t update their hours, but they aren’t open 24hrs anymore. Even though the door and website still says they are, they aren’t.

Always shop at this store. Bought a pack of pork chops a few days ago with sell by date of today and when I opened them they smelled rotten. This wouldnt have been so bad but when I called and asked how do I get them replaced they wanted a receipt?!? I have the package and for that matter the meat that is bad but apparently that isnt good enough!
