Only one register open to accommodate waiting customers! No greeting upon approach, credit card machine broken...no apology...good customer service...goes a long way!

They didnt have what I specifically went there for, but I found a whole bunch of other stuff that I needed. Every one of the employees I had contact with were really nice, polite and extremely helpful.

The staff are helpful and know where things are, prices are fair.. not always the cheapest price though we think dollar store and savings.. but all in all, great place to pick up fillers and the little things..

Its a standard dollar general, but the employees are very polite. Compared to other Dollar Generals in the area it is well organized and has good customer service.

Id be remiss if I didnt share my honest opinion: I visited on October 1st. The store is clean and organized. I was able to find what I needed, unassisted, and quite easily. However, I was very uncomfortable with the Cashier removing his mask. When I entered the store, he was cashing out another customer, unmasked, then when he noticed me entering, he pulled his face mask up (one of those cloth kinds.) Then, when it came my time to cash out, he pulled it up, then later removed it during my transaction. Im not here to make anyone fired, but I am a immune-compromised. This is not acceptable.

Very nice location. Shopping made easy. Lots of household needed products for great prices. This store also uses digital coupons. The cashier and store staff were also helpful when asked questions about the stores products.

Can always find what I need. I get in and get out pretty quickly the 2 ladys that work there are very nice always pleasant and polite.

Talk about coming through in a pinch! We found ourselves out of water to mix with baby formula for our infant. The formula requires specific water and naturally we were out.A very nice gentleman stopped stocking product to locate it for me when I called in a panic. No other stores were open that would have it at this time of night, in a pandemic.Bless your heart, sir. We will not forget your kindness.

Very helpful staff and easy to find stuff

Always have the small things I forget when i go to a major groceey store. Im im her at least once a week. The staff is good but sometimes a lil wrapped up in stocking the shelf and customes have to wait in line.

This location is the newest, but the trashiest in town. I actually looked forward to them opening a new location but it has been a sore disappointment. Its really sad to see tax dollars for hard-working citizens going to places like this that really bring down the community. The parking lot is riddled with potholes and theres trash and litter everywhere including in front and behind the store. Also across the parking lot next to the local daycare center. Theres also very few places to dump trash outside for shoppers and you see people dump their trash everywhere...on the ground in the everywhere. Its disgusting! The customer service at this location is also weird and sketchy. Very inconsistent and the lines are typically long.

Don’t except Apple Pay and there cashiers r never there and very small

This Dollar General location is well stocked. Lots of good items at reasonable prices. The workers are always busy cleaning or stocking the shelves. Ive been to other locations that always look like a tornado came through, but not this one. The only downside is the line to checkout. Always a line! Slow cashiers and despite having two registers they only use one, even when the line is long. Ive experienced this on multiple occasions.

For a new store in city of sunrise im disappointed that there are no section for clothing and apparel they need to add this to there products

Long wait to checkout, store was a wreck. Did not see any employees other than cashier.

I am writing this review in hopes that it reaches upper management or someone from the corporate department for enforcement. I was just in this store and the girl who rang me up DID NOT have on a mask. From my understanding, with the epidemic emergency we are ALL going through, this is required. She was the only person inside the store who did not have one on and when I asked why her response was that she just came in and was simply too busy. This behavior is unacceptable and dangerous to everyone involved. You can’t expect the public to follow the rules when your own employees don’t.

Quick place to shop has everything.

Very convenient, has everything you didnt know you needed and more...especially if you just want to get in and out without the shopping crowds.

An alternative to Walmart, very well supplied and pricing is very reasonable. You can get in and out quickly no long lines waiting time.

They need more staff! The lady seemed to be working all alone, which was just ridiculous! She had to man the store alone...throwing truck (stocking shelves) and taking care of customers (running register). Why would you treat your staff this way??? Shame on you!

The staff and Mgr at this DG store is so very friendly and helpful. An associate even went and got a basket for me even though I was stubbornly saying no....LOL. It is also really clean and neatly organized. Very pleasant visit...will definitely go there again !!

The store is large, clean, and the shelves are not messy as in so many other DG stores. They had some good half-price sales and other sale items. There was no long line at the register. This is not my closest DG, but its worth the trip.

Good place to go if you dont feel like going to Walmart or Publix. They have everyrhing you need here including milk. The prices are on average about 10 cents higher than WM so to me its worth it to go here so I can shop in peace. Its clean, neat, organized, quiet, and well stocked.

Location is new and clean, but some of the staff are not welcoming. . .I have been on several occasions but my most recent visit the cashiers tone was rude to elderly customer in front of me and she did not greet me at the register. . . management should nip this in the bud asap! I can see more poor reviews based on this fact!

They have a great deal on Saturdays with the coupons $5.00 off for $25 or more spend so i came by & brought me plenty of soap detergents & also scott toilet paper it comes with 12 so i got 2 packs...its a steal i come here on Saturdays when Im running low.

Very nice store but went there today 8/23/2030 at 5:00 the doors was locked but people was inside when the worker came to unlock the doors he said he was sick so me and a couple of people outside turns away but when the people that was inside came out they said he was lying about being sick they over heard him say he was sick of doing his job and did not want to be there anymore so he was closing early and they dont close until 10:00 pm.
