She quickly identified the problem and solved it to my complete satisfaction. She is very personable, exceptionally well- spoken and is an outstanding representative of LensCrafters. Daniela and her manager demonstrated that their focus is on satisfying the customer. The Sawgrass Mills LensCrafters is not the closest LensCrafters to my home, but I come to the store because of its exceptional service most recently demonstrated by Daniela.
Arrived here at 11 am. It is now 4pm.They called me at 230pm saying my glasses were ready when i put them on i could not see.They carried them back because they made them wrong.It is now 4pm and im still waiting with reassurances about every 20 minutes....dont believe the In about an hourBS

The Dr. Bourjolly and the staff were truly amazing. They explained what to expect during the eye exam which made me feel comfortable. Also, Dr. Bourjolly is truly amazing!! He listens and makes jokes to make sure that the patient is at ease during the exam and trust me it definitely worked. My experience at LensCrafter in Sawgrass was very good. I had only came to get my len put back in glasses. And the person who helped me, informed my that my prescription has expired and I was approved with my insurance for a pair of glasses. I didn’t have an appointment but she was able to fit me in for a quick eye exam.

Ive been coming to this location for years. Its always such a pleasure, but Ive never thought to write a review. TODAY, I saw Martha for the first time, and she was honestly such a joy to work with (previously, Id worked a lot with Sara, who is wonderful too — everyone is. Theres a really great camaraderie among this staff thats super cool to see).Todays visit started out pretty bad, though, **not because of the store itself** but some oversight on corporates part. First, they moved and neglected to update the website/Sawgrasss website. Found that out the hard way. Second, the online scheduling system clearly has some problems. I made my appointment online weeks ago (the website put it in my Google calendar and everything) BUT it wasnt sent to the actual store. They had no appointment for me when I got there.HOWEVER, the staff squeezed me in to see Dr. Bourjolly anyway — who is seriously one of the best doctors Ive ever seen btw — and they turned the *entire thing around.* They apologized profusely for something that wasnt their fault at all, made sure I was seen right away, and did it all with humor and kindness.I walked out in a GREAT mood. The staff here has always been great, but today really impressed me because they actually managed to make me forget about all the nonsense at the beginning.

Absolutely Amazing experience. The entire staff was so sweet and helpful. The doctor took me in right away, and was so pleasant to work with. I went in for a possible eye infection, and they got me in and out within 30 min. I will be returning for my annual eye exam!

My experience at this location was outstanding! Doctor Ralph Bourjolly and his assistant were superb! I would go back to this location in a heartbeat. Then when it was time to pick out my frames the ladies were great,friendly and made you feel welcome. Cashier# 497348 was one special lady she made me feel great and comfortable. Diane gives a great customer service, she goes above and beyond to help you and be happy with your prescription glasses or whatever need you have. Great place to get your glasses. I used them for 2 years now and my whole family uses them and the eye doctor.

They did the best glaSSES ever! I am an old customer of 4eyes and I left because they dont take care of people...they dont need your business... make you feel it after you pay.. So lucky me, I Went to LensCrafters and their glasses were done in 1 hour... Theyre the best I ever had at in 16 years...I am now I can say, 20/20...Thank you LensCrafters and specially the optometrist who has a digital equipment best in their world!
Terrible phone customer service. Uninviting. When asked if my current RX works with Oakley frames, I was told to just come in. When I tried to give her the RX of over the phone she said Im with a customer. If anyone reads this, It would of been better if you said the obvious which is that you are tied up with a client but you would of return my call when you were less busy and taken down my RX. I guess there must be an abundance of people purchasing $700 Frames & Lens. Im also in retail and its really hard to make it to your location during your business hours. Hence why I was trying to do some of the legwork prior to visiting. But I do have enough time to share my experience.

I bought a glasses here, I had to wait for them about two weeks because the technician doesnt came to work. This really is not the problem, Les than 6 month of use the glasses suffer an scratch and I came back to see if they can help me, they tell me I dont have guarantee, 300 dollar progressive glasses go bad, but the worst part I find it today, my wife discover ed that in the glasses you can read numbers market there, directly in the glasses, I never noticed until today. Please never use this place, If you find it alone is for a reason, I learn my lesson and I will go to another place next time.
My son broke his glasses, I called the eye place where he got them to try to get them repaired or replaced. They explained to me I will have to bring them in an order new glasses which will take about 5 business days minimum but not certain. I explained this was not acceptable my son requires his glasses to see for classes and to drive.I then called LensCrafters spoke with a nice associate after I explained my dilemma, told me if they could match his prescription since its been under a year of his exam, they should be able to help me.Once I arrived, I was greeted by a very nice associate named Mark. Explained to him my dilemma with my son’s glasses, asking if he could copy his prescription so I could buy him a new pair of glasses.This young man, took my son glasses an about 15 mins, had repaired them, when I asked how much he said nothing. YES!!! As in Free of charge! I was chocked and said are you sure, he smiled and said yes. That’s customer service!!! Mark, thank you for your time and your great service. Here I was prepared and worried how much this was going to cost me.I used to be a Lencrafter customer with my old insurance plan, but had to switch optometrist and eye glass place twice since I got my new insurance (VSP) is not taken there. If I have to switch insurance to go back to them I will. This is LensCrafters has once again won me over as a customer.Once again thank you Mark and LensCrafters.

SLOW. SERVICE. The whole eyewear business is a racket. Cheap frames with high prices paired with Cheap lenses with higher prices. They fed me a line of BS that the Technician wouldnt work on a set of frames that Id bought in that very store two years ago, as he might break the lenses. So, basically, I was forced into buying a new frame I didnt like. This will be my last experience with these clowns.
I went to this place 2 times. The first time that I went there, I bought a frame for my lenses, because my previous frame had broken. During this first visit I was attended very well. After wearing the new frame for some hours, my ears started to hurt because I was not used to the heavier frame. So I went the next day to return it with the receipt, I was treated very badly, and my lenses were broken while being removed from the frame. I have gone to many different stores in my whole life, and this is the first one to break my lenses while removing it from a frame. Not going back. My lenses were worth more than the frame.
They treated with me with respect and care. Couldnt be any happier with the service they provided. Would recommend.
Update: So after going here for 3 years and thinking they were the best option for my son and I, I moved and had to go somewhere else for a new pair because there are no Lenscrafters in our new location and my son broke his glasses. The gentleman that ran the optical store nearby said he could make a copy of my sons prescription based on his old glasses that we purchased at Lenscrafters. I went in and he read them and asked me if my son had double vision. He doesnt. So he asked me to contact Lenscrafters to get the original prescription. They said they didnt have it, so I had to ask his old doctor for a copy. Long story short, Lenscrafters gave my son a prescription that includes prism (to correct double vision) when he never needed it based on his prescription. I assumed they verify every pair before they hand them over, but apparently not. I should honestly sue them for negligence. These are a young childs eyes. I will never go here again!I was a little apprehensive going in. I was expecting inattentive sales people who want to rush you and take your money, like Ive experienced with other companies. I was expecting it to be crowded and understaffed (it is in the sawgrass mall). I was pleasantly surprised by the staff and overall environment . The staff members were incredibly nice and attentive, they took their time to help me find what I wanted, even giving me my space when I needed it too. They were sincere and honest and never attempted to convince me to purchase something I didnt want or need. The store was also calm and not crowded. I always get protection plans on my glasses, as a precaution, and their plan has been the most cost effective, while offering the best coverage Ive seen. The best part of the whole experience was that my glasses were ready in just 1 day. Definitely plan on coming back for my next pair.
Nonody knows how a computer works. You have to visit the store 10Times to get an issue resolved.Don’t even consider buying the warranty. You have to pay a copayment of $25 and they have to get an approval that takes more than 2 hours and do it al least three tomes
