I had a wonderful experience. The doctor is excellent. She explains everything in a very concrete way . The all the employees are very nice especially the manager Ivonne who is extremely kind. She always give you her best advice that fits your needs . This stooge has the best team I have ever seen . I will definitely recommend it to all my family members abs my friends. Anytime that I need eye glasses I will definitely comeback.

A wonderful experience! My Saturday appt which included my first ever eye exam, picking out glasses and checking out was done in 30 minutes. The glasses arrived 4 business days later in perfect condition. I definitely would recommend this location!

We purchased lenses for our son, it was a fun time and great customer experience but they need to know what the laws are for children under 13. We were charged for Polycarbonate lenses and it suppose to be free. Unfortunately my child had an accident with these lenses and decided to look elsewhere but as the saying goes, get a second or even a third diagnosis. Went back to the store to see if this accident can be repaired but they were not able to fix the damage and would cost nearly $200.00 for a new pair. Long story short and with fine search we got 2 pairs of frames for $70.00 and not in this store.

They are excellent! Dr. Valdés referred me to a specialist to do a detailed examination of my eyes and in the optics always attended with the best service.

Amazing staff! we love dr joseph & have been coming for 3 years now. my daughter refuses to see another dr (they have a few I think) but staff is always helpful & they have a nice selection of glasses for all styles. very nice since my daughter loves bright colours.

Dr Joseph and staff are amazing. They believe in a standard of care rarely seen in today’s world. They take their time with each customer and make sure each person is completely satisfied with what they are getting and if not, will gladly exchange that for something else. I would not hesitate to use this clinic for annual eye appointments and ordering of eyewear, if needed.

Yvonne has excellent customer service, great personal and show a lot care in the job she does. Love her, going there over two years now. A family practice.

Target Optical in the Sawgrass Mall FL, has an amazing staff. They are professional, pleasant, patient, and will never switch to another ophthalmologist office. They are the best!!

Eyecare with Superb customer service and fair prices. You will be happy with Target Optical at Sawgrass. I was truly impressed with the attention to detail that was offered to me. Ms. Ivonne is the epitome of customer service because she is very meticulous and make you feel like a valued customer. Adolfo is also exceptional and happy to address all of my questions and concerns. I have never been to a better optical store than Target.

Great service, only complaint is that they should get a better pickup process, you shouldn’t need to wait until they are done selling new pairs to get your pair, it clearly takes much more time to sell new pairs…

I went for an eye exam with Dr. Joseph, ordered my glasses and they arrived within a week. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Joseph was professional, friendly and thorough. Covid precautions were taken by all staff throughout the process.

What can one say about the Experience of the optical center in Target, first you do not feel as if your in a busy mall setting. the staff the Dr all i can say is WOW, I will be referring all my friends and family to them. they are a wonderful team, clean environment. found my optical office!!

I normally go to the office in Deerfield Beach. I have to say that the service within both locations is not 5 star. They are either understaffed, annoyed and/or irritated. Both offices apologize but it doesnt get better, faster or any more enjoyable. The Drs themselves are great. However, their staff at both locations are below C average. I had to wait 3 hours to have my exam completed and order my contacts.

Quick and friendly service. I made an appointment to have my vision checked and I was seen quickly. Dr. Shannon Joseph was pleasant, kind, and answered all of my questions. Service was very affordable and they have a good selection of eyeglass frames. I would return and recommend to others.

Wanted to order contact lenses so went in to the optical department. There are two people helping people with glasses and contacts. No one greeted me or said a word until after about 15 minutes the cashier said he would need to use a different computer to order contacts. After about 30 minutes of waiting I left the store.

Dr. Shannon Joseph is accommodating and efficient. Very personable and knowledgeable. Ivvone and Stephanie runs the front like a fine tuned machine!

This optical center is located inside the target that is attached to sawgrass mills mall. Got me in and out quickly while doing everything correctly. The Dr. Is super nice and friendly. Highly recommend

My husband and I just recently visited the new-to-us Target Optical Department at Sawgrass and they exceeded every expectation we had. With both of us needing eye exams, contacts and glasses, and having to bring our 2 young daughters along, Dr. Joseph and the staff couldn’t have been more sweet and patient and accommodating. Dr. Joseph took her time with both of us and had so much patience with our daughters and was extremely thorough, never rushing through either of our exams. After our exams and in figuring out what glasses we were going to order, Wendy, who recognized us from her old Target Optical department store, was so sweet and so helpful. Her service was as outstanding as ever. Fast forward to today and I ended up ordering a second pair of glasss after getting an adjustment to my new glasses and Ivonne took her time in ensuring I was able to get the best deal for the second set of frames and lenses. She was so sweet, too! I have never had so much fun picking out glasses with Wendy and Ivonne and I am blown away by their exemplary customer service! Sawgrass Optical is outstanding and the staff there make it that way, especially Wendy, Dr. Joseph and Ivonne!

The optometrist is very easy on the eyes.

Unfortunately we were standing there for at least 10 minutes and no one acknowledged us. Not a hello not we’ll be with you in a minute- disappointed by their customer service- it’s just unfortunate that it’s one of the places that’s accepts our insurance or we would be long gone.
