Staff and Doctor are professional and knowledgeable.Be prepare for at least a hour and a half to two hourswait from check in to end. That’s usually the norm when visiting any doctor. Dr. Reese has been my eye doctor for eleven years, she isnt overly friendly but good at her work. It’s all good!

Very good place and atmosphere is great. Everyone there is polite and very professional. Never had a problem with getting an appointment or with being seen. The wait sometimes can be a lil long depending on the time you go. But Thats with a lot of places. I would rather wait and be seen with her then to go anywhere else. I go there, my mom, and my kids go there as well. Strongly recommend if you need to see an eye Dr.

UNTRUSTABLE !!! Will give 0 stars, but not a choice.Office liaison very pushy to order glasses for you, but don’t deliver. They said 1 or 2 weeks, which is average …. 2 weeks go by, no call, no glasses; I call the 3rd week for info updates, jazmin promised to inquire & call back but they don’t call you, I called the following day and ask for back Jazmin, who takes and put the order, she doesn’t take the call and have someone else from the office to tell you ‘your order came, not with all the features they pushed you to select and they were send back and will take another week’ which will total 4 weeks … Leaving on vacation without my new prescription. DO NOT ORDER YOUR GLASSES WITH THESE PEOPLE !!! 🤥 Learn my lesson, very upsetting !!!

Ive been to Reese Vision about 3 times. The first time is was wonderful. The second time is was OK, but I received the wrong glasses. I didnt go back for 2 years, but I went back because Dr Melanie Reese is so pleasant and sweet and shes a woman of color (Black Owned Company). I went on July 7, 2020 and I received my vision examine (wonderful), picked out my glasses and told the guy that I will be back the end of the month and please dont sell the glasses. I called today 7/31/2020 11:45 AM and guess what the young lady told me that they sold my glasses and I can come in at a certain time to pick out new frames. Now I have to go out my way to go back and do that. Nothing saying sorry for your inconvenience we can give you a discount. NOPE!!!!!!!!!!! I should have gone with my mind telling me not to go back there. The Dr is WONDERFUL. Its the staff that she has working for her. This is how you lose clients. Im not going back there unless they give me some satisfaction. Now I have to find another vision center to get my glasses. GEESH!!!!!!!!!

Very professional! Dr. Reese really knows what she is doing, I was so impressed. The doctor and the staff are so kind and accommodating. My son was getting fitted for new contacts and during his training the assistant was so extremely patient with him. Best optometrist I’ve gone to so far!

I have a hard time finding frames that fit my face. Alim took the time to help me find the perfect frames and convinced me to get transitions and blue light lenses for my computer. The upgrades were definitely worth it and I’ve received several compliments. Not to mention the quick turn around. Dr. Reese has been caring for my eyes for over a decade and is always friendly and professional. I’m a customer for life.

This office is very stylish and updated. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful! & I had an awesome visit for the most part. The only thing I took issue with, is that Dr. Reese herself, wasn’t very inviting. She is Extremely professional and polite. She tries to make the visit as quick as possible; which is normally Great! But I am a first time glasses wearer. I was sort of nervous about my vision loss, as unsure if it could potentially be related to a more serious health issue. Dr. Reese wasn’t informative at all about why I was suffering such sudden vision loss and in fact, didn’t talk very much at all. I had a few questions about what exactly an astigmatism is and if mine would improve or worsen with the glasses she prescribed me, to which Dr. Reese simply answered “it depends.” 😳 Overall, my visit was still pretty nice, but I certainly had to go to another Dr.’s office the following week to get a second opinion, as well have a friendly conversation with another O.D. who was a little more informative & and considerate of my concerns.

Truly a phenomenal experience. I would highly recommend Dr. Reese and this office. Everything from making the initial appointment to picking up my first pair of glasses was excellent and worthy of 5 stars. Although the wait to see Dr. Reese was a bit long, it was totally worth it. She is pleasant, thorough, and does great work. The entire staff (the front desk girl, Alim, and Sye) were highly pleasant, personable, caring, and went the extra mile in answering all my questions and helping me choose the right pair of frames. I honestly wanted to give a 5 star rating for this place. Seemed from the start that it was going ok. But yeah I was always welcomed with semi enthusiastic staff, lack of communication about when I will receive my glasses. When I ask for more info when my glasses will arrive, I got vague responses. I understood that it will take time, but when I call 3rd time they state 7-10 business days. Right now Im still waiting beyond that time frame with little communicate or updates. I feel as though I wasted my time. I was so excited to come but I regret i had a slight better experience with Wal-Mart, target and Americas Best. At least they called me for updates. Whenever Ill get my glasses, I do not plan to come back.

Dr. Reese and her staff were awesome! She keeps detailed records of past visits so when I went in for a routine eye exam and she caught a very serious eye condition than needed prompt attention! My family and I will keep going back for sure.

I purchased expensive Prada glasses, and when I went to the store to pick them up they had a huge scratch. Going on days later, I have yet to receive an update for the wait time of my new glasses. The company does not refund “customized prescription” glasses. The company has nice workers, but an unorganized and unprofessional office.
