Lousy customer service. Decent cosmetics at generally decent prices. But dont try to exchange or return anything. Bought $75 of stuff one day and 2 days later it went on sale. Even unused and with the receipt they wouldnt do anything. Wont be back. The sales associates were fine it is the manager who is the idiot here. No signs about any return policy are posted. Avoid the place and go to sephora.

Worst customer service experience! When we arrived in the store, we were told we could spin the wheel if we spent over $25, upon checkout the girl said No we were not allowed, because now the store was busier. Okay no big deal, my sister was getting a consult /makeup application on foundation, the sales girl said that she felt bad and offered me a free product. As I was looking through the bins another women supposedly the manager Bella came up to me, grabbed the boxes away, told me they werent for sale. I explained that the sales girl said I could have one for free because of them not allowing us to spin the wheel. She looked at me like I was a thief! I just spent money in the store, I didnt ask for the free stuff, and quite honestly it was embarrassing and degrading! I wanted to return my stuff and just leave!!! So rude!
