This is the worst hurricane garage door company ever to install a hurricane garage door. I got them to install a hurricane garage door to meet the deadline for my insurance discount. Not only did they not meet the deadline but they damaged my garage wall!! and I had to pay to get it repaired!!. This company stated they had in their contract that they will not be responsible for any damage caused by removal of the garage trim, and therefore they dont take care in removing the trim as you will see in the attached photos. The guy who they sent to do the installation was not experienced in installing a garage door to begin with. He took 8 hours to install the door and damaged my wall and ceiling!!. They sent another guy who was able to do a better job, after three and a half weeks later, for a job that was promised to get done in one day!! The workers showed up late whenever they wanted to and not within the scheduled time, and have me waiting at home all day, then later I get a message that the appointment was re-scheduled.The company wont stand the cost for any repairs for damages done, so be careful who you decide to use, you dont want to experience the nightmare that I have experienced and all the anxiety I got over this.Look at the photos of sone of the damages done to my wall and I have more.I have asked the company to stand some of the cost for fixing my garage ceiling in the amount of $250 and I am still waiting to hear back from the owner if he will help pay to repair my ceiling since he already refused to help with the repairs of the trim.

Christian and his mobile showroom were the best sales team I’ve encountered in a very long time. William and his helper were expert installers, cleaned up everything down to wiping every part of the new door and windows. My new door will add to the value of my home, it looks and operates great!

It only took one month from the time I signed the contract to having the final inspection. The men that came to install were nice and cleaned everything up. The electrician was quick . The only reason I even had to wait was getting the permits which hurricane garage door took care of the paperwork. I can not say enough of how pleasant everyone was from sales to the end . This overall experience was wonderful.

They did a nice and clean job dismantling the old door and installing the new one. They also handled the permitting process very well, and were efficient. Did you ever hear the saying you get what you pay for. That was definitely true in this case. The door I got was extremely noisy. I really dont know what to say about the quality because I am not a door expert. I called the company to fix the problem and the repair tech was basically it is what it is. He made a minor adjustment and left for me to live with the issue. Not the type of company I would do business with again. Just for the record I called another company to come out and evaluate the issue and by sending a few more buck the door is much quitter. Like I said in the beginning you get what you pay for and sometimes a bargain is no bargain in the long run. .

I’ve used Hurricane Garage Door a couple of times now. They were very professional, had a texting system that let me know when the technician was on his way, showed up, and got the job done without any issues. I was also happy with the pricing. I would definitely use them again.

They are awesome the doors were ordered and installed as promise. The installer told me it would be 2 hours as I had guest over for a bbq he knocked it out in 30 to 45 minutes and did a fantastic job. They also had and matched exact color i needed as i live in a association with rules and regulations. Insurance and license was needed which they had amazing really recommended company.

This company replaced the spring on my garage a year ago. Im now having issues again. I scheduled an appointment for someone to service it and they showed up 2 hours after the scheduled time without informing me. I rescheduled the appointment and again, no one showed up. Scheduled a third appointment and when no one showed up again, I called and was sent to voicemail twice. I shortly after received a rescheduling text message without even talking to me. The worst experience Ive ever had with a home repair service.

They were able to give me the best price and product compared to other companies. I wanted the wood grain pattern to be in one direction instead of bidirectional and only they were able to provide that. Called them for a service and was scheduled immediately. The technician arrived on time and was kind. He was knowledgeable and right on top of the issue and solved it in no time. He was neat and very collaborative.

I hired hurricane garage doors though Angies list. First of all they sublet out some other company to do the job. Blessed garage doors. They tried to upsell me things I didnt need. The door is crooked,top panel has a gap. They contacted me to see how the install went and I told them my concerns. They sent someone from there company and fixed the door to my satisfaction. Good customer service.

I just feel the need to updated my complaint. On September 22, 2020, I received a call FROM. Rose, WHO said, her manager wanted to know what they can do to get me to remove my review. Very simple ...fix the holes in my ceiling that your installer put there. She offer me $100, to remove my reviews & to get my ceiling fix. ID like to know where you can find someone to put up sheetrock, plaster & PAINT. for $100. I will not accept THE $100 nor will I remove my reviews. They are just a rip off company. Even charging so much to file for the permit, as I have already posted. I am hoping this will help someone going forward.I would not recommended this company unless you want a lot of aggravation. They are unprofessional, unresponsive, rude. They subcontract they work. They cancel 15 minutes before they are supposed to install the garage door. The right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing. They left 2 holes in our ceiling, after installing the new garage door opener. Have not gotten back to us to repair them. They were paid in full.
