I had an originally bad experience turned right around! the installer came and did a poor job by not insulating the electrical connections and making a mess of the wall mount. I contacted the customer service and the owner Lee called me back and said he would personally come and make it right. He came over, repaired everything, even went back out to home depot to get a better wall plaque. Very nice guy, i like companies who back up their work, and the owner responds!

Has a lot of knowledge about garage doors. Super helpful came out on time did the job didn’t try to up sell me on anything actually ended up giving me pointers on things I can do my self. Very honest company would recommend them 💯

Such an amazing and very professional experience. Our garage door opener broke and we needed it replaced right away. After we called in chose which open if we wanted, they were at our home within the hour replacing it. And the product they provided was great as well. 2:30 in the afternoon my garage door was stuck 1/2 open. I called master Lyft they had somebody here within 1 1/2 hrs . instead of charging me hundreds And saying I needed Springs and cables etc.Springs and cables and everything they fixed it and only charged me a $20 service charge.I highly recommend them their technician was very honest I wish I could remember his name young fella

The owner was very easy to deal with. They made an appointment for the afternoon of the day I called. Evan, the tech, called on his way and was right on time. After posting the below review, I got a call from the owner apologizing, and he sent me a check for the amount of the unexpected charge. He did not ask me to change my review or anything. My experience was definitely less than ideal, but I got the sense that he was genuinely upset/annoyed that the situation happened, not just that I posted a review about it, and thats good enough for me to address my concerns about the business.ORIGINAL REVIEW:Shocked at the high reviews for this business, as I felt totally scammed. I absolutely would not let anyone from this business into my home again.Wife called them over for a garage door that wasnt operating even though it was receiving a signal. Tech came in, unplugged and re-plugged it in, and the door started working. Took about 5 total minutes.The tech recommended that I have the springs tightened because of how heavy the door is. I asked how much it would be, he said that I was within the $99 minimum, with tightening the springs it would be $100. I said that was fine. He then spent about 5 total minutes doing something, and when he tested it, he said it was better (I couldnt tell the difference). He then said it would be $199.I said what, you said it would be $100 total. He said no, the $99 minimum was a different thing. I said I never would have paid $100 for what he just did. He said he was sorry. So he left with $199 for less than fifteen minutes work.

I got multiple quotes from other vendors but nothing came close to the price they quoted me for the whole garage door replacement that I needed so I decided to let them come see my door and what they could do for me. They evaluated the work and took measurements and quoted me even lower than the first price they gave me because the motor didn’t need to be changed, and I also have high ceiling in the garage which apparently makes the work easier.They replace my whole door THE NEXT DAY!!!! In 3 hours the job was done perfectly and very clean I might add! ( no debris left behind)I would recommend them to everyone without hesitation!What a change to finally deal with great human beings who offer you their best customer service with such honesty and professionalism!I rarely write reviews but this one is well deserved!

Charged us for a job that was done wrong and wanted for us to pay again to get it fixed. We had to get another company to fix it, waste of time!!! They are contracting other companies to do the jobs and do not guarantee the work if they have to send someone else fix it.

This company will scam you unless you purchase all new parts or an entire replacement garage door from them. You ask for a small fix? They will pretend to fix it, over charge you, and then when it breaks again theyll suggest you to buy an entirely new replacement. And you cant even dispute it because theyll make up some excuse like, Well repair worked for a little bit so that counts. And they have a clause on the receipt stating that you are 100% satisfied just because you paid them and will use it in a 3rd party dispute. Its horrible this company gets away with this shady practice and takes advantage of people who may not be financially stable enough to go through this such as myself.
