DO NOT do business with this company. I really dont want to leave them a star at all! Ordered an item that I have never received and no one will respond back to my emails or calls in regards to the missing item!! No one can tell me if Im getting a replacement for the item or refund and they are still holding $700.00 of my money!! Ive done everything I can do to get my funds back to no avail! I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

Had an amazing experience with GwG! Their customer service is exceptional. Robert and Sandy went above and beyond to make everything right including the delivery! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a high quality rug.

Update. I dont recommend purchasing from this company. My initial review was 5 stars...see below. But they didnt deliver. The product was backordered and the backorder date expired. I never heard from them. When I contacted them, they canceled my order even though the product was still available from the manufacturer.+++++++++++ I purchased a rug with GWG Outlet and realized I ordered the wrong size. They couldn’t have been more helpful with letting me cancel and reorder. Their people are courteous, knowledgeable, and sincerely want to provide the best customer experience. The experience was so good I’ll look for more things to buy. The products they feature are excellent too. Give them a try you won’t regret it!!

I called in to their office to change the shipping address and they were very helpful.I love my vase, it looks beautiful, I am going to order some more from them.

I bought a pillow that was 47 dollars. It was a 20 x 20. The pillow was really nice But, the insert inside was not large enough to keep its shape and within weeks it was flimsy and would not stay put. Bottom line a waste of money!I spent 20 dollars on shipping back and I have yet to see any response!! They are the worst!!!

Ordered a rug. The incorrect rug was shipped. It took GWG Outlet more than a week to respond to our request to ship it back. They wont reimburse the money until they receive the rug back and have not been willing to ship the correct rug. Totally worthless.

Placed and paid for an order. Next day they cancel saying out of stock. Yet, they have the same item still listed at a much higher price now. Bait & switch. States Attorney General is now looking into them.
