Set up service to be done on my civic as there is a fuel pump recall. Had a friend take it in for me while on vacation, thinking it was the perfect time to have it done. The car was taken in and low and behold they don’t have the part. Unable to do the service or the oil change that was also scheduled to be done.Called surprise Honda while on vacation mind you and left a message for the manager to call me back. No call received.Return from vacation and call and was able to reach the manager. Told him of the situation and unhappiness and the now problem it will cause to find time to be without a car for a day.Find a day off that am able to be without the car, call the manager and set the date and time to bring the car back in. All about second chances. Well that was my bad. Bring the car in at 9am, part is there, car to be ready between 2-4. 11 am receive a text that the car is being worked on and is in great hands. 3 pm receive a call that they are unable to complete the job because they are backed up and the car has not even been touched! What!!!!?? Not touched! How can that be. Call placed to the manager to have a little chat and the manager is oblivious of what is even going on. He’s going to check out the situation and cal me back. In the meantime car is being picked up by my son and the manager never calls back. Piss poor service from a place that doesn’t care about providing great customer service. From now on I will drive to Scottsdale’s Wright Honda where they provide the best service and care I have ever received! Be ware. This place is not worth a first nor a second shot!!
Alfredo in service consistently gives 5 star service. I wont take my vehicles to anyone else but him. Thanks Al for all you do, your kindness and professionalism is what keeps me coming back.
The worst service I’ve ever seen. Waiting time for oil change over 4 hours. ( with appointment)The service last year, 4h30 min, yesterday after 1h 30 min of waiting, I was informed that the time was extended by at least 2 hours. I couldn’t stand it nervously, and even Mik’s pleasant handling didn’t help. I left! I it appeal to cuter customers, think twice before choosing their service or take day off!!!
Nathan is a fantastic service rep. Hes so helpful and I will always request him to take care of my Honda Van. The service department is clean and inviting to be able to wait while my vehicle is serviced.
Always good work done but remember you pay the stealership price
