Needed tires for my camper. Mike got the tires I needed and they were fast, friendly and fair-priced. Comfortable chairs for waiting. A bit tricky getting the trailer in their parking lot, but not worse than some campgrounds Ive stayed at.

Great service. Came in, told the person helping me what I was looking for. Gave me a few options to pick from, was done getting new tires within an hour.

Friendly staff and they do what they can to get you in and out fast! I had replaced 3 out of 4 tires and low and behold I needed that one replaced. I use my car to go from client to client so I needed an efficient visit. They met this and gave me solid advise.

I hit a major pothole and weeks later, when having my tires rotated, I was told I needed new tires and had 2 bent rims (pothole related, I’m sure). I had new tires put on that day, and ordered the 2 matching wheels from the dealership. The dealership quoted me $150 to mount them, and discount quoted me $28 total since I had recently bought them from Discount Tires. The front desk service tech’s and the service manager went above and beyond for me. They were extremely polite, attentive and accommodating. Each displayed an excellent work ethic and positive demeanor and all appeared to work so well as a team. I remain a loyal Discount Tires customer because of pricing and warranty. Discount is always my best option. Special shout-out to the service Manager John, who, by example, sets the bar high for politeness and positive interactions with all employees and customers. I was impressed enough my positive encounters with Discount Tires, that I feel compelled to write this review.

Where we go for tires these days. Chuck is probably the best customer service Ive ever had from a chain tire company. We used to go to the yantaria but this is easier and pretty efficient.

Came here with my wife when she was in a pinch due to a screw in her tire. The tread was too low for them to repair it and we were not ready to buy a new tire at that moment. Pat went out of his way to get her the best deal possible, lower than we wouldve ever expected. He was also a veteran and they now offer military discounts. I will always do my tire business with them now because of their great service, great prices, and their respect for the military.

I dont know if a 4 star rating is proper or not. First the appointment procedure is good and quick, pricing on tires is good and the in and out service is quick. Now for the negative....This is not the first time buying tires from this store. It is the second time I have issues with the balancing of their tires . Each time I had to return and have them balanced. This time I will be taking the truck back in for the second time for these tires. The responce on unbalanced tire was to move it from the front to the rear and add a ton of weights to it. There is over 9 oz. On the tire now and still has some shacking is 3 o z on the outside rim and 6 on the inside. All are across from each other. All the other tires are 3 oz to 1.5 oz. I am going to go in and request another tire as a replacement and balance it. Hope this will work.

Ok where to start. This is the second time they have unfortunately, damaged my rims on my car. And I will not being doing business with Discount Tire anymore. Started off when the damaged 3 of my rims taking the the center caps off, with a hubcap remover, which you cant use. Waited a month for my new replacement rims to come in (which isnt there fault) but still. Only to find out they damaged 2 my new rims installing them. Like are you serious? Beyond fed up, and really dont want them touching my car anymore. This is the second time driving away with not being told about it, only to find out this happens later on the next day. 1st 3 pictures are from original rims. Last 2 from new ones... I know its not a lot but it the principle of customer service

We all make mistakes. I had an incident that was not my fault and acknowledge the problem to Thayer. Thayer listened to my issue and without any hesitation or comment said lets go take a look at the problem.I was not expecting what Thayer did. He went above what most people would ever do and replaced it with new parts. These parts are not cheap.I just wanted to say, Ive never had a problem with this Discount Tire a and that ive been coming here since 2006. Super BUSY location. Service is awesome here and everyone is very friendly. I’ve been coming here for about 13 years and never had an issue. The staff is for the most part, very knowledgeable. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is because there is almost always a wait here. But I guess that comes with the territory when you’re in a good location and your service is exceptional.

Upon arrival (2/10/21), I was greeted by a friendly face with a big smile — EVERY employee I encountered at this Surprise, AZ store, in fact, was friendly, helpful, and professional! And, the smooth setup they have for Online Customer Check-in is fast and really easy … no long lines or wait time! You cant go wrong with these guys … they ROCK!

I have been to other locations and been good experiences but this one I think does it even better than just good. It’s a great place to get your tires and Kane took care of me today and was really nice young man. Even though they were busy, he focused on the task on hand and had a 10 o’clock appointment and was driving out 30 mins later with two brand new front tires! Definitely recommend especially this location!

Ive been going here for years to use their free air service. They were always so friendly, even did a free tire repair job on my wifes car in that time. Always glad to do it. So if course when both our vehicles needed new tires i knew where to go. They had great prices, werent pushy as what to get. We still bought great brand name tires. They kept on time with my wifes appointment. Ran late on mine, but they communicated that. Which to me is important, I understand things happen. Schedules get messed up. But I was in the loop, couldnt ask for more. Going back for sure next time we need tires.

Came in with a quickly deflating tire. They got me right in. Couldnt repair it and didnt have my specific tire in stock. They ordered one to be delivered later and gave me a loaner in the meantime. Thank you so much guys!! Back on the road in record time 😁

My tire was leaking air and I noticed a nail/screw in the tread. I was going on vacation and asked to leave my vehicle to have it repaired, I told them to take their time. They said “no problem” but I received a message about an hour later saying it was ready. I hadn’t planned on picking it up that day so I left it throughout my vacation and came to pick it up today upon my return. (I’m actually still in the parking lot while my AC cools the car off!) When I went in, they said “there’s no charge!” I had no idea it was going to be free, what a great surprise, especially after just returning from spending $$$ on vacation! Sure, there was a little wait both times, at drop off and pick up, but they were very pleasant to work with. Even if I would have paid, I would have still left a good review because it was an overall pleasant experience given the inconvenience of getting something unexpected in your tire!

If I could give an extra star for outstanding customer service I would. They were professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful despite being busier than most Discounts Ive been to in the past.After getting service here I understand why they were so busy. They managed to get my tire fixed in less time than predicted and did it with a smile (he was masked, but the manager sounded like he was smiling).I highly recommend them and will definitely be going back.

I had low tire pressure indicators on all 4 of my tires. Got in without a line, the employee verified the correct psi, and properly inflated all my tires. Also measured the tread left on my tires and gave me a postcard with all that information. Excellent service!!

John was very hospitable, respectful and very welcoming! Iits challenging being a female when it comes to car repair because I always prepare for the worst being that Im always talked down to. He knew what I needed before I even told him as he saw me lugging two tires into the shop. He told me he could have my old rim put on my new tire in about an hour or so and I was extremely pleased, and it ended up only taking 20 minutes. He continued to tell me how they offer competitive prices when it comes to tires and the benefits that come with buying from them. Will not make the same mistake of buying from walmart again! I had gone to Walmart previously the same day and they had told me they dont have any openings for the next 5 hours which was unacceptable. So gracious that Discount Tire workers are hustlers and get the job done fast even with being so busy!

Had a flat tire that needed a simple plug. They didnt want to help me. They wanted to sell me a new tire. Went down the street to S&S tire and they were able to fix it within 1hr. Will never go back to Discount. Also if u need new tires, S&S price match. Brab was very helpful.

Usually have a good experience here. However not today. Needed new tires and ordered (great service that way). My daughter had to bring the car for the appt on wed 9/16, typically i would or my husband since shes not experienced or knowledgable with cars and the questions asked.. However she was asked about tire lock and she obviously didnt know what it was and asked, NICK the associate smurked at her when she asked. Nicks Customer service needs to be discussed with him, it was uncalled for.

Very help didnt try to up sell didnt put me down cause I was female. Always have had good experience at this discount and one on 35th and bell. My dad used that one for many many years driving all the way from Wickenburg to it just cause of the experience.

I called to get 2 golf cart replacement tires, and were told that they had them in stock. I arrived with my old tires/wheels, and was told that it would take 15 to 20 minutes before I could see a sales person. When the sales person met me, I told him what I needed, and he said that they would need to be ordered. I said that the website indicated they had 2 in stock and that I had confirmed that with another salesperson. The salesman said oh, yes we do have them in stock. We did the sale and he tried to charge me $21 per tire for lifetime balancing and road hazard. I told him that they couldnt balance the tires (they are too small for their equipment), and golf cart tires do not get road hazard warranties. He adjusted the price, put the order in, and told me it would be about 45 minutes. I said I would wait in the store, actually sitting in a chair directly across the showroom in front of him. He verified my home address and phone#. After an hour, and 15 minutes, I asked another salesperson if he could check on the status of my tires. He said, oh they have been ready for some time and we sent you a text. My home phone does not get text messages. The original salesperson was not around at the time or I would have asked him why he didnt just say, Bill, your tires are ready - I mean there was only one other person waiting in the showroom so it wasnt like he didnt see me. Discount Tire is my go-to tire store, but I will never go back to the store at 13742 W Bell Rd.

Excellent customer service. Bought wheels and tires for my 4runner about a month ago, but have had problems with vibration/shaking at highway speeds since installation. Brought it to them multiple times to figure out what’s going on and they take it in to fix the issue with no questions asked. Balanced the tires numerous times and even replaced the tires with new ones just with different load range... still having vibration/shaking problem. Finally I suggested if tires can be swapped out to a different brand. No questions asked, they swapped them out. They did not charge me a dime, even when I offered to pay for at least the installation, shipping, and price difference for the new tires.I have not driven the car at highway speed, but if it still does it... will probably just take it to the dealership as i got it brand new about 2 months ago.

45,000, miles only lasted 20,000 miles.I had to ask three times how to do a warranty claim.I was told my weekly 6 bales of hay caused the tires to wear down. Six bales of hay is only 600 pounds, and only driven 30 miles a week.Then I went back again and was told that 45,000 tires in Arizona will only last 20,000 miles. I paid close to $800 and was not told 45,000 is not accurate miles.Last time they said my tires were not being rotated.It was the first time I used discount.So I Went to pep boys who were shocked that discount tried to blame a load of hay Arizona Heat, or the tires not being rotated. They explained for Arizona Heat to wear down tires that fast I would have to maintain 100 MPH. Also they said the tires were evenly worn down which is proof they were rotated.So discount tires do not stand by their products. Be very careful with Discount tires.
