Every time I have gone to Meineke in Surprise it has been a great experience! Johnny is very helpful, professional and a trustworthy guy. He makes great suggestions and has always been helpful in making decisions. I drive from Anthem for service at the Surprise store. I highly recommend them!

Johnny is detail oriented, professional, and honest. He goes above and beyond to give complete auto care. He takes pictures of my vehicles condition and then explains why specific work needs to be done. This is the first shop Ive come across to do this. It makes me feel comfortable that Im getting done only what my car truly needs. My car has been running way smoother since I left, I noticed it immediately!!!

This is such a great place. I feel safe when I drive away and I feel I pay a fair price for their services. Went in to have my A/C fixed. Able to make an appointment online, which I liked. Was able to drop my car off and pick it up a few hours later. Also able to use a coupon which brought the repair cost down quite a bit. Air works great now!

I thought it took too long for the service provided given that I made an appointment for a specific time and the total time to complete the task was greater than one hour.

Mike was informative and friendly. He was able to get me in the next day and they took care of the issue quickly.

Didn’t even get to hand the keys over. Customer service was awful from the start!!! Johnny was rude and not helpful. Obviously, I wanted to take my car there since I know nothing about cars. I start to ask questions, let him know why I’m bringing the car in. After less that 5 min of checking in he was just rude, sarcastic talking to you like your stupid. Wow! Sad that who’s checking in customers. Even you can’t get good service just from the very beginning I will not trust they’ll treat you any better once you get your car back there. NO Thanks!

I had this business replace my ac compressor and components. 2 years I have been working with them to keep a new system running. They have covered all repairs after replacement under warranty but it never last more than 6 months. Also the did catalyst converter replacements a year ago. It has been back several times for the same code. I got my truck back yesterday after them having it for 2 days results, ac doesn’t work and still has code. After approximately $4k worth of repairs, I guess I expect too much

My wife and her friend ran into a problem on a road trip. Johnny took them without an appointment and made a sensible repair quickly and without charge and got them back on the road. I wish all mechanics were like you guys. Thank you.

Working with this group at Meineke was worth it. My car had previously been trusted in the hands of other mechanics whose idea of a repair is a patch job, at best. Ask for Johnny. He made sure to correct the issues I was experiencing and kept me updated every step of the way. For a little extra razzle dazzle, he asked to see my car a week afterwards to make sure things were still looking good. Would recommend!

Great service. My car required more than a standard oil change which their inspection clearly showed. A broken motor mount for example. I am not able to wait at a service facility for an extended time so they provided a shuttle to my home and picked me up when the work was completed. Very professional and courteous.

I never got the work done. My appointment was at 9:30am. At 12:30 they still had not contacted me with a quote or what the diagnosis was. So I gave up and took my Jeep somewhere else. Wont come back here. Their only redeeming quality was Tyler, who drove me home and picked me back up to go get my car. He was very nice. Although the vehicle he was driving stank horribly like cigarettes.

I was told they would be with me as soon as they can. They finally got to me 1 hr and 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment. They should have just rescheduled me instead of my having to wait long

This is the only shop that touches my vehicles Ive never had a problem with their maintenance.

Sonny (store manager) has always performed over and above expectations. He makes sure that his team takes care of me while I am there and keeps me informed of the progress of the repairs. This is the very first place I take my vehicle for repairs.

Had a really positive experience. Jonny was professional, attentive, knowledgeable and kept me up to date without delay. I had tires for 2 vehicles delivered to this location to be installed. I was called as soon as they were delivered and I had an appointment for installation the next morning. The vehicles were checked over and a report emailed to me while the tires were mounted and installed quickly. The mechanic was friendly and professional. I couldnt make a higher recommendation these guys are the best and they are now my go to shop.

Way outskirts of Phoenix and need to make appointments ahead of time. Dont just drive and expect to be serviced.

Needed a quick oil change. They did an overall inspection and had pics of areas they looked at and also had recommendations of possible needs to adjust,replace, or repair. The website was very user friendly when setting appointment. They werent pushy. Very professional and focused. They now got a new re-occuring customer.

The technicians were very professional very knowledgeable answered all my questions took care of my vehicle and a short period of time was an excellent experience they have just earned my business for now on looking forward to going back and getting something fixed on my vehicle.

During the inspection, they stuck my cabin Air filter back in upside down. They also said my brand new cabin air filter was bad. I take great care of my truck and I fix everything and replace everything on time. They also wanted to charge me 150 bucks to knock out 1 stud and insert the new one. They keep pushing for me to get repairs I just made done. One guy also had a poor attitude and was a rude. He even hit his vape inside. They’re crooks and liars. Reminded me why I do all my own work.

Worst experience Ive ever had at a mechanic shop Unreal what they did or didnt do I should say literally $936 of stuff they said they didnt Ive only looked at 3 things They said they did a coolant flush I have no Coolan Said they fixed it my right headlight I didnt get a right headlight its not fixed they said they fixed my back middle brake light not fixed all on my receipt Im going to check the oil next and Im pretty sure I have no oil I have no window washer fluid in there oh the biggest most important thing my wife is going to get a serpentine belt right now I told him my belt was squeaking Tell me why I get home popped the hood and my belt is still squeaking the only reason it wasnt squeaking is because I sprayed WD40 on it They didnt fix anything they charged me $936 did not fix anything I had thing I had no window washer fluid I guarantee if they didnt flush my coolant they didnt flush my brakes they didnt flush my steering they probably didnt do an oil change Im going back for my money

Bought a car was not running as good as it should. Spoke with Johnny and he told me to bring it in and they would do a full diagnosis on it. The ended up needing struts, alignment, tire pressure sensors, and a oil change. Johnny and his team is amazing! They go above and beyond and stand by their work. I will be bringing my car here from now on and suggesting them to friends and family.

Due to not having a mask for a medical issue I was forced to sit outside for an hour and a half in the cold while they diagnosed the car. And I have to take my car back to get fixed still. Not happy but Im forced to go here to get it fixed. Not even sure if everything was even looked at.

Excellent job, they checked the system, evacuated it, checked for leaks, and filled the system with freon. It blows cold.

I went in for an oil change, but received more than I expected. I was given diagnostics and photos of all the areas that could lead to potential problems. Not only were photos sent to me, but the assistant came out and explained what the photos entailed. Truly fabulous!

I bought an oil change package with this shop. I came in for an oil change with over a half an hour left before the shop closed. The shop manager stated there was one car in front of me and suggested I come back another day. If its within business hours I do not believe it is right to turn away your loyal customers. I have oil changes left but I will not be back either way. This place is a joke.

Staff was very friendly and services were performed correctly. They were not upfront about the length of time it would take to perform the service. 3 hours turned into 24 hours. There were not updates when times were past due each time. I had to personally call for my own updates. But my car is running great now so no issues with that. I just wish they updated me more and communicated better.

Made an appointment online for 1p.m. for an oil change and tire rotation. I dropped my vehicle off 15 minutes prior to my appointment and was informed I will be notified when my vehicle was ready. Two and a half hours had passed and i still hadnt heard anything, so i stopped by to see if it was wrapping up. Nope! My vehicle was in the same parking spot when i dropped it off. They stated they fell behind and were trying to catch up, and asked if i wanted to reschedule. I just asked for my keys back to take my vehicle elsewhere.

They did the oil change pretty quickly

First of all, my car just so happened to break down right in front of the Meineke auto shop on Bell and Reems suddenly. One of the techs walked out and immediately offered his assistance to help me out. They were able to get my car into neutral and push it into the auto shop. I decided to continue services with them and was extremely impressed with their willingness to go above and beyond. I was working directly with Johnny and was so grateful for his help. He was genuine, patient, and understanding about the stresses and questions I had. My car is my baby and I would recommend this location to anyone I know with car issues. Wow, this place is AMAZING! They took amazing care of mine and my husbands car and truck. We took my 2017 Ford Escape in to get an oil change and took our Tacoma in to get it fixed up cause it had some issues. We got our cars back the same day and they do a little photo shoot with your car and take pictures of everything and send it to you so you can see what needs attention now, what’s good and what needs immediate attention. They have amazing customer service and do honest work and went over and beyond with our cars. They even did something’s that they didn’t charge us for.Overall, we will be taking our cars back here!

I’ve been taking my vehicle to this location for oil changes for over a year. This last time they discovered issues, like a worn belt and a major leak, that needed immediate attention. Rather than expecting me to take their word for it, they showed me pictures they took of the worn and torn areas. I was really impressed. As a woman, I’ve been lied to and taken advantage of by mechanics. It’s a vulnerability that has been abused by auto repair shops many times. The owner of this location treated me with integrity and respect, not only showing me photos of the repairs needed, but explaining what would happen if they are not repaired soon. The price they charged was fair considering the work that needed to be done. I couldn’t afford to pay for all of it at once, but they now offer a line of credit I can use now and for any future repairs. They got my vehicle up and running the same day so there was no inconvenience to my busy schedule. I highly recommend this location for auto repairs. They provided excellent service at an affordable price while also reassuring a trust that is rare in many auto service locations.

We bought a package of oil changes and honestly we do not plan to return. Every time we have returned we see things that do not promote confidence or integrity.

Wouldnt recommend at all other than for basic oil change. They charged me over $2400 back in Aug for stuff that wasnt even required, didnt properly diagnose leaks yet charged me uneccessarily. Im having more issues than I did prior to them touching my car. COMPLETE RIP OFF, WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN!!!!

Had Rotors and Brakes done and allegedly they say they used new parts. A little over a year later the rotors are warped again. And worse then they were prior. I definitely believe they were one resurfaced which is the cheap rip off way off doing things. Another failure of a shop here in Arizona!👎👎👎

I scheduled an appointment for 1:45pm on Saturday, I dropped my truck off an hour early and stated I was in for just an oil change. I was assured that it wouldnt be too long until its done. Fast forward to 3:45, I call in to ask if its done, and it isnt. Nobody had informed me on the status of the work on my truck, and when I called back in to have them cancel the service, they told me it was done. Ten minutes before they closed for the weekend. Poor communication on their end and awful time management.

I called in asking for prices since I had a good idea of what I wanted done. They refused to give any info unless I came in. When I came in they said it would be a few minutes before they could look my car. While waiting over an hour I called brakes plus. They gave me a price over the phone. I left Meineke without ever getting any info. They lost a possible sale because they couldn’t give me the simple info I asked for.

Satisfied with my last visit here, this was finally the first time where I have gone in to do a simple oil change and I didnt have someone keep pushing services to me that I just can afford to do. Very happy with the new online link to where it shows u whats going on. So I know what needs to be fixed. So of I wanted them to fix it they would. Way to improve the service guys.

Got an oil change yesterday, and the guys helping out were super nice and respectful. They wouldn’t stop berating me about getting extra things done after I continually told them no so that was annoying, but expected. Oil change took longer than usual, but not too bad. The part that received the real bad review was the fact that my bill had a free tire rotation with the oil change. I sat outside the whole time (not to spy, but because I did not have a ride). The vehicle was never on a lift, or lifted up, so therefore the tire rotation did not happen. Don’t offer things if you’re not going to do them. I will send my business as well as others elsewhere.

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION unless you are looking to get scammed out of money. I prepaid for 6 oils changes. I recently used my 2nd oil change. I did request an alignment because my car had been pulling to the right. I was told that I had a broken control arm and that w/o fixing it they could not do the alignment. It would be $750 to fix. Also that I was PRE-QUALIFIED to finance the repairs. (Why the hell was I PRE-QUALIFIED? I did not ask for credit.) I refused and went to get a 2nd opinion by a trusted machanic further from my home. I DO NOT need the expensive repairs! I called Meineke and asked if it was possible to refund the remaining balance of my unused oil changes. After explaining why, I was apologized to for my experience and that a manager would call me right back. That did not happen! THIS LOCATION SEEMS ONLY INTERESTED IN SCAMMING OUT MONEY FOR UNNECESSARY REPAIRS. NO INTEGRITY OR HONESTY! 👎👎👎

This is the first time that a facility has actually shown me a couple of areas of the car that needed further evaluation. They took me underneath so I could see the problem as well as explained it very thoroughly. And they were absolutely On time in fact a bit early. Perfect!

They always do amazing job. Always gotten my oil change done here, and when it was time to do tires on my truck they helped out so much as to which would be better for me. As I’m always have a child in the car and always driving highways. So they wanted the best tires for me as to knowing I didn’t want to spend to much on them as well. Being a single mother in all and we all know how much tires cost! Johnny and his crew are awesome. They went above and beyond for me and my tires on Friday. The tires got there late and they stayed late to get them on and balanced and made sure everything was good to go just so I can have my truck back that night!

I made an appointment, showed up early and when I got there I was told it would be an hour and a half wait because they were running behind. I don’t understand why they would even offer appointments in this case.

The crew here is awsome! Ryan was great to work with very knowledgeable and extremely honest. I have been looking for a great shop to work on my vintage BMW and I found it.. They did an outstanding job of diagnosing my issues and there price cant be beat anywhere I have looked high and low for a great shop and can recommend this shop for anyone. The guy checking you in is kinda rude and short. But the actual work is good and they give you a pretty accurate rundown of what is needed on your car. There is no BS given. That I like. They were fairly decent on time and responses given. I didnt pay a whole lot but I also didnt get a whole lot of work done so pricing and value is not something I can comment on.

We have been going here for years. On March 1 my husband passed away and car needed oil change bad. I called brought it in and told him husband passed away. When I went back he told me no charge. I didn’t think businesses did any of that anymore. God Bless you all. I’ll be bringing in cupcakes later. You will never know how much this meant to me to know a business would care like that.
