Even though these knowledgeable men were busy, they cordially managed to fit in a window of time impromptu, and gave me full undivided attention, listening to my auto concerns. They then briefly looked at my vehicle to confirm the issues, and were extremely forthcoming with information !! I was well impressed with the orderly, customer service area they kept. Got a flat on the way home from work. Simple patch would have work. Discount tire didnt want to help me. Went down the street to S&S and they had me all fixed up within the hr. No problems. Brad was very helpful and got a free dunkin donut while i waited. I will never go back to Discout.

I went to another company in surprise and they wanted to charge me $4500. I went to S & S tire they said everything was ok for now. I would probably need rear brakes and new rotors in few months around $300. It is so wonderful to deal with a company that is honest and trustworthy!!

A great friendly place easy to get to easier to work with in discount theyre not always trying to up sell you on everything very honest Ive never had a mechanic work done here cuz Im a mechanic myself but as far as tires go never had an issue Ive had three or four tires or probably a more than that mounted and balanced from these guys that never had an issue with the tire Im always seeing friendly and not beat when you go in

They got my car up on the rack and checked out in a very timely manner. The restroom was very clean and neat. The waiting area was also clean and tidy. They have a good supply of magazines, including womens. Pleasant experience.

Spoke with Josh about some tires for my truck. He was very informative and professional! Not only did he explain the specifics of the tire but clearly outline me the benefits of doing business with him. My choice for tire shops.

We went in today after a horrible experience at a large chain tire company. The big chain wouldnt let us get out of our car and after taking down info said they would send out a technician to assist us. After 30 mins of waiting with not even a price quote we decided to go anywhere else and found s and s by chance. They had my tires, we were treated with respect, like humans, I got a great price on my tire as well. They didnt try to sell me anything extra which I really appreciate and we were in and out within the 30 mins i spent waiting on a price at the competitors. This place rocks and they have defiantly earned a loyal customer today!I also witnessed an older gentlemen come in needing assistance with something on his vehicle. An employee went out and fixed whatever the problem was (didnt seem to be tire related) and didnt charge him for the help. This place is an amazing example of what an American company SHOULD be.Thank you so much guys!

I called late in the day and I needed new tires. I was scheduled right away and spent less than 40 minutes and was on my way with 4 new tires, mounted balanced and with a good warranty. Also I felt like the price was fair and I was handled like a valued customer.Pat Crowley

Did not purchase any services or tires from here but while getting estimates on tires the recommendation was a reasonably priced reasonable quality tire. Although I dont remember his name he helped us out tremendously! 10/10 would recommend to anyone that needs tires at a reasonable price without them recommending the most expensive tire they have in stock.

Really great atmosphere at this shop. They have a national service account with BF Goodrich and had the best price on a set of BFG g-force Comp-2 A/S that came highly recommended from the legend himself, BFG Ambassador Andrew Comrie-Picard. The price was even quoted below TireRacks online price and well below competitors in the area. Other BFG national accounts in the area needed 1wk+ to get this tire in stock, but S&S had these tires delivered within 3 hours. Very quick service for the mount, balance, and swap, also had a quick turn around time to get an alignment completed on short notice. Free lifetime tire rotations and free flat fix were included in the set of 4 tires. Highly recommend this shop if you are in the market for tires.

Once again, S&S has proven why theyre the best than all the rest! I took my wifes 2002 BMW in on a Friday to see why it wouldnt start. S&S ran diagnostics, notified me of the issues, and then promptly corrected the issues. This is, of course, normal protocol, but the amazing part was that the car was ready that following Saturday! S&S completed all this work on top of ordering multiple parts in less than 2 days! I will continue to let S&S take care of all my auto needs!

I had a blowout on a Friday late afternoon close to their closing hours but Brad was so nice and understanding that he waited after hours for my car to be towed there so that he could get all the required information and have the warehouse in Phoenix pull the tire I needed and have it delivered first thing Saturday morning. He stayed in touch with me to keep me updated and my car was ready when promised. I would absolutely recommend this business to anyone. Awesome service and very friendly.

S & S was extremely helpful in finding the odd size tire for my RV and in tire type recommendations. I am very pleased with the service and the tires recommended. Time for completion of the job was quick and efficient.

Great job as usual. When there was an unexpected problem that required they keep the car overnight, they took me home and picked me up the next day. Called me a couple times to update me. I am very happy with this company and have been for four years.

Brought my Fifth Wheel trailer in early before their scheduled opening. Daniel was already there and spotted me as I backed in. I had planned to have new tires installed, the bearings packed and brakes checked. Daniel took care of the tires, the mechanic Robert took a hub off and found the grease and bearings were still good as were the brakes. Saved me money and didn’t charge for the inspection or the grease in the suspension that he added at my request. Daniel also rotated the tires on my truck. I was driving down Bell Rd 2 hours after I pulled in. Nice job, guys. I’ll be back for more work when needed.

The hospitality and service were outstanding! I just went to S&S Tire after going to Discount Tire that same morning. Discount Tire was a two-hour wait and then they wanted to sell me a new tire. I went to S&S Tire and they didnt sell me a new tire, and there turned out to be no leak in the tire at all actually. -Circumstances had caused the tire to go flat from being parked on a curb is all! ( its been a couple of days since they serviced me and the tire is just fine. I dont park halfway on the curb anymore now. Oops!)

Brad Slagle helped me get new tires and an alignment as quickly as possible. He showed me the alignment report and how it worked so I could understand why it was needed. I appreciated the fast, knowledgeable, and friendly service! This was my third visit, and these guys are excellent in all areas of car care. I’ll be back!

Got all 4 tires replaced today. Jeff was great!! The guys were fast and efficient, had me outta there in an hr. Only reason Im giving a 4 is because Jeff didnt tell me about the labour day special. Almost paid $44 more than I had to. As a college student who is paying tuition and books by myself while trying not to take out any loans, every penny is worth saving. But otherwise loved my experience there. Theyve got my loyalty from now on

Ford dealer said I had an out of round tire and I would have to buy a new one. S&S found it was just not balanced correctly. $15 later I was on the road happy.

SUPER SERVICE!!!!! I took my car in after another auto place told me I had issues that needed to be addressed immediately (while doing an oil change). Before paying hundreds of dollars, based on their word, I took it to S&S (who was highly recommended by my son.) After they inspected my car, not only did I NOT have any issues, but they fixed a minor item I had problems with for NO charge! How very refreshing for this Senior lady . I would highly advise anyone with car needs to use S&S.

Dropped the car off the night before and made an appointment for noon, they got the work done before 4, replaced a lower control arm, sway bar link, and CV axel plus alignment all within 4 hours, quick diagnosis of the problem, and great communication from them about the problem, I’ve used S&S for all repairs and can’t recommend them enough. I have several vehicles that I have serviced at S & S Tire. The personal service, technical information and attention to detail is bar none. I initially went in via a referral and have since referred a half dozen friends myself. Prices are slightly higher than the competitors; however, the personal service provided far exceeds what any of the local competitors have provided me in the past (and worth the extra few dollars). In my opinion, this is a prime example of the benefits of going with a local, family owned business over a national brand company.

This company is very competitive price wise! If it is a tire they do not carry they will try to find it. I have been here 3 times and twice they have beaten the prices of the others. They were honest enough the third time to say they could not, and that still earned my business. They are also family owned if that is something that you look for.

Long time customer over 10 years with these guys now a days they make so much money they no longer have any customer service. They made an error on there end and wanted me to pay for it. In the end they lost a loyal customer. I would not take any thing to this company youll be better off going to wal Mart than here. Id put -5 stars if I could.

Came in to have oil leak checked They said I needed a new timing belt among several other expensive repairs total cost on their printout was 2700 dollars I went to parts store and bought oil sealant and installed for 5 dollars no more leaks I wouldnt send my worst enemy to these charlatons

The salesman gave me an excellent price on two tires and told me hed make sure I got the same price when I go back for 2 more (had to wait til payday)! They mounted them quickly, everybody was friendly and professional. My wife and I run a storage facility for RVs nearby and we refer many people to S&S. They always tell us they are glad they went.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences ever. Had a early morning 7:30 am appointment to have my tires balanced. After waiting 1.5 hours, I asked the customer service person about the delay. He explained that he was short personal and had to shuffle the schedule. He moved 5 cars in ahead of my 7:30 appointment. When I told him I was not happy, his response was what do you want me to do about it. I responded with, thats not good customer service and it was his responsibility to provide good customer service to all of there customers. He responded NOPE, Thats not my job I am a sales person. Have a nice day.I dont think I will be back to this location.

The most and the worst and the biggest lairs that I have come to know, the tale start with having my front end being repaired at Allens Auto service replaced both upper ball joints but Allens could not do the alignment and sent to S&S Tire to have the alignment done their they said their was a frozen ball joint Allens auto replace the upper and lower ball joints and only charge me for the lower ball joints with no additional labor and sent it back to S&S Auto to be align the called me up and said your upper came need to be replaced, I called him a lair these things do not wear out they were inspected at by Allens Auto their was no frozen ball joints and the came were good, they charge me at S&S Auto 369.53 dollars for alignment that would cost 70.00 dollars bandits dress in sheep clothing! I am very handicapped but I am not stupid!

Should have air filters on-site. Simple oil change and tire rotation took 1 1/2 hours because of air filter not being available.

Ive been a customer for over 2 years and have always driven away with nothing but satisfaction in the service Id received. If you want to buy tires you can get them here but once you get them cross your fingers on getting them serviced even if you set up a time for service expect a 45 min to one hour delay . Dont walk out to the far west bay at the Surprise location the work area outside the door is not cleaned up. The balancing beads used on semi tires is all over VERY SLIPPERY... Dont express your concerns to them if you are upset,they will enter notes on you account stating you are a problem customer. You will get no where with them concerning customer service..

Absolutely terrible service customer service I called to ask about getting a leveling kit on my truck and the man who answered was extremely rude! When I decided to end the call I said have a good day the man replied yeah whatever. I couldnt believe that a customer could be treated so horribly. Even throughout the whole conversation the man would yell will you give me a second. Doesnt sound like they want much business with that attitude. If I were you I would look at other places to work done on your vehicle!
