I have never used Sun Devil Auto for anything in my 35 years of living. My father referred me and Anthony and George + the rest of the crew took great care of me. Super friendly! My brakes were terrible, had some other issues going on and they took care of everything in less than 24 hours. I thought I would surely pay more but the price was great considering the problems. I will definitely be back if need be and I will definitely refer other people if/when I can. Thanks guys. I appreciate you.

Ive always had good experiences with Sun Auto; both in Arizona and Nevada. I never feel like theyre try to rip me off some mechanics and dealership service departments.

Just by the way they answer their telephone you can tell that they emphasize the importance of customer service.Nick & Juan were extremely friendly and honest throughout the entire process. Everything I needed done on my truck they were able to do at a reasonable price (I called other auto shops around Surprise and was shocked at some of the estimates I received).They were able to squeeze me in and honor the work and price they initially quoted me.Every employee there is down to earth, polite and personable - feels like a family atmosphere.From here on out I’ll be skipping the Ford dealer and bringing my truck here for any future services.Thank guys,Daniel R.

I don’t recommend this place at all. I came in and told the guy that only this tire has been loosing air quick and I think there is a mail in it. I waited about 20 minutes and then he told me it LOOKS like there is no mail so I don’t know why it’s doing that but if it continues we can then dunk the tire. Why didn’t they do that in the first place so now here I am still having to fill it up every couple days because there is CLEARLY a nail or something and have to go out of my way to get it checked again somewhere else. Waste of my time and my safety.

They need to understand the importance of COMMUNICATION and a schedule. I’m not the only person who is leaving a bad review due to communication, that should speak loudly to either the manager or company owner to fix the issue at this location. I would never get away with talking to my patients in the condescending way I was spoke to, nor would I get away with such lack of communication in my office. So it’s frustrating that these companies get away with it. I took time off of work, brought my car in at about 10am, that gave me until 1pm to get back to work. I didn’t expect it to be done in that timeframe but I did expect my car to at least be looked at so I could go over prices and a plan before having to go back to work, I didn’t want phone calls to discuss a plan while at work as I work in a doctors office and can’t easily step away to take a phone call. I ended up having to call them at about 2pm just for an update and they didn’t even look at my car yet. If you are that busy and backed up SAY SOMETHING, when I bring my car in at 10AM all you have to say is “ we probably won’t get to it until the afternoon”. Simple communication. I did not end up getting my car fixed there so I can’t comment on there service.

Took my grandpa car in just the other day to have the brakes done and oil changed. Their was a bit of misunderstanding but the guy at the front toom care of what he could for us, we paid more then we thought but still happy customers.

Our 2006 Sienna had a rough day when the AC compressor clutch locked up and blew out our fan belt.Ryan and the crew at Sun Devil were absolutely phenomenal in taking care of us.Were a family on a budget and Ryan took care of us completely and never pressured us to do anything more than was totally necessary.They took care of everything same day! He gave us suggestions on continued care for our van andoverall it was an absolutely wonderful experience, we definitely recommend this shop!

Heard great things about this business so when I needed to have my car checked out prior to a long road trip I decided to go to them. Not only did they inspect my car but also filled up my fluids, without charging me any service fees . Anthony was very knowledgeable and courteous. Advices me on upcoming services when the time comes. I will definitely return and have my car serviced by Sun Devil Auto.

Ryan, Rick, and Paul went above and beyond to help us with our sons mustang. We had already replaced several parts before we brought the vehicle in. They helped us figure out the problem and did not take a dime. Seriously, what a relief to find a local place with honest people.

This is the second time I’ve gone to Sun Devil Auto Care at civic center in Surprise and they are officially my mechanics. They genuinely take time to listen and help with any vehicle issues. They always offer up realistic options with how to best address my concerns in a way that works for me. Plus they offer 15% off for veterans!!! I’ll always support a local business who supports our vets.

They were real polite and pretty fast so I really didnt have a problem Id go back again!!!

We brought our car in to have an oil change when the technicians were on lunch, they told us not a problem it would be the first one when they got back from lunch 2 hours later we are still waiting for our car with no regards to our time and the fact that we had many prior commitments before that we had to put on hold. NOT SATISFIED AT ALL!!!!

I dropped my Jeep off for an oil change and was told they would get right to it. I waited for an hour before calling asking how much longer I should expect for it to be done. I was informed it would be an hour an 40 minutes as my Jeep was 2nd in line. I returned 2 hrs later and the person who assisted smirked at me and told me it was next. When expressed my frustration the man laughed at me and I said I wanted my keys as I would go somewhere else he stated, ya you probably should.Very poor communication and customer service.

Great place, super friendly staff and very accommodating. Prices are more than reasonable and there is never and pressure do more then what is needed. I worked with Anthony but from what I can tell they all have the same goal in mind and that is to do right by the customer and keep you on the road.

I went in for an oil change and was told by the tech that my rear brakes were at 4mm. I told them I just had my rear brakes replaced within the last month. I asked the manager to show me what they saw. The manager looked at my service ticket and it said “swollen lug nuts”. The manager then told me they don’t take the tire off when they are swollen. So I asked how did he measure the brakes at 4mm so he went out and looked and confirmed my brakes were in good shape and did not need to be replaced. They also stated my serpentine belt was the original and needed to be replace. Another item I just replaced less than a month ago. This place gives honest mechanics a bad name!!!!

After trying to find an honest reputable auto repair business I decided to make an appt with Sun Devil on Civic center drive in Surprise. David was excellent finding me the best tires to suit my driving distances and price point Ryan the new manager is polite and the store is clean and the guys were great. I highly recommend them as they are my new auto repair shop going forward. Thanks so much David!

They were honest and didnt do any work without providing the cost of that service and the parts. Offered a lyft ride home while they worked on my vehicle. They showed that they genuinely care about customer service and strive to retain customers. I will be back for future services for sure.

Very honest, they always have coupons and deals. Always very professional and courteous. They are always able to get me when needed on short notice. I would recommend.

First said that appointment couldn’t have been with them than says I should’ve got a conformation email which I never did but the other times I’ve made appointments with them I came in with out getting the confirmation email also and still got service than says the appointment request is with them they just don’t do oil changes so late. No worries their is always other places, even one opening up soon.

Very friendly and polite staff. Paid one price for several different fluids to be flushed (transmission, coolant, brake, and power steering). Mind you this also came with an oil change, engine air filter, and several other services. Will recommend to everyone.

Had some major front suspension work done, radiator hoses replaced, coolant flushed, and an oil change. I was under a time crunch so Ryan put a few guys on the job and got me out of there on time. My 2010 Ford Ranger drives and handles like it did when it was new. Great group of guys.

This place responded to my previous review with misleading information, so I had to write another review.The last review said:“They told me over the phone that they offer Lyft services for free, but when I got to there I was told they don’t offer free Lyfts if you’re just doing an oil change”The owner’s response to my review said that they encourage people to enjoy their comfortable lobby while a 1-hour oil change is conducted. On Saturday, 05/08, I called ahead and was told that I would need to leave my vehicle at the store for a few hours before it was serviced. No big deal, we got free Lyft service. I showed up, and was told there was no free Lyft service for oil changes only. I didn’t have hours to sit around. Claims of a 1-hour oil change are misleading to all who see your response.

Told me over the phone that they offer Lyft services for free, but when I got to there I was told they don’t offer free Lyfts if you’re just doing an oil change.

Exceeded customer service expectations! I would highly recommend them. They are busy so be patient but well worth it.

Ryan, Will, Jaun, and the rest of the service team, thank you.I had gone here back in November 2020, roughly. I received an oil change on my 2019 4Runner. During the process, the tech did break the plastic housing that holds the filter in place. He was honest and up front. Ryan, hands down was ready to fix the issue, free of charge (the part that was broken). All good. Fast forward.... today, Feb 5th, I needed another oil change/service. Before leaving Toyota, they expressed a leak on the house case, that Ryan and his team replaced/installed. I went straight there, explained the situation, etc. Ryan happily had his tech, Will, pull the 4Runner into the bay. Ryan invited me into the bay area, so we could all inspect the leak. Long story short, Ryan and his team not only fixed the issue, but free of charge. They were understanding, professional, happy to show and explain, what they believed, and I believe them, for the issue small oil leak is no more! I do believe Ill be back, rather than visiting Toyota.

UPDATE: Ryan contacted me, that morning of the breakdown. My car was towed to a location and fixed. They found that, yes, there was a cap off that caused this to happen. They fixed everything, and the car is running smoothly.UPDATE: The next day (today 12/12/20) our car broke down on the highway. Overheated. Cap to water overflow tank was not on. And our car now showing we need an oil change. So, they did something to our car. We feel that this might have been deliberate. Our vehicle has had NO issues, in three years, before this. We now have to have our car towed to a mechanic, and rent a vehicle.(12/11/20) Not only did they make it easy for me to get an appointment on a day/time that was convenient for me, they gave me fast and friendly service.

Im very happy with their service, I stopped to do an oil change and was impressed with their professionalism so decided to do a bunch of other things Id been putting off, especially once I found that they service everything on your vehicle except body work and paint.

Had my car towed in due to overheating and they were quick in finding out what the cause was, getting the parts, and getting the repair done. Anthony and the team were all amazing in working with me and getting my car back up and running!!

Able to get me in same day, went above and beyond when they didn’t have to, and had a coupon for brake service I needed. The brakes on my car have never felt right since I bought it 2 years ago, but now it drive like brand new! Thank you, guys!

We were from out of town visiting and needed a tire repaired. They were able to get us in with no appt, repaired the tire free of charge in less than 30 minutes. 5 stars for service, friendliness, and accommodation.

Showed up at 9:30 for oil change on my Ram 2500 diesel and waited till 11:15 for it to be completed. Service guy Ryan was customer service friendly. I asked the cost to change oil in wife’s car and was given a price. We brought my wife’s car in at 4 PM same day and was told I could bring it back tomorrow at 4 and they would take care of it. When I got home I noticed oil on my driveway under my truck after inspecting it further the Tec never cleaned up the oil spill left behind from replacing the oil filter. I called and spoke to Ryan about it and told him to cancel my appointment for my wife’s car he offered to change oil in wife’s car for free to keep my business . I will avoid SunDevil auto......Signed very unhappy customer!!!!

I wouldnt go to this location for anything more than basic maintenance.. took one of my cars there to get diagnosed, after having it all day they couldnt narrow down what was wrong so the service advisor suggested a $1400 service and said it doesnt guarantee to fix it, but that this might be one of those issues to just need to throw some money at. Said no thanks, picked up my car, took to a specialist and they had it diagnosed within a half hour and fixed for a fraction of that amount..

Been a Sun Devil customer for over 18 years, this is first time at this new location. All other services at 67th & Bell. Did a superb job, will continue to use this location. My entire famy uses Sun Devil which shows how we appreciate good service at a fair price.

Ripped off here 2,700 for brakes ALONE. Never even checked other original issues. Scratched my car broke my break booster and my battery was DEAD when I picked up my car. Please check into ANY other places before trying this place. Horrible experience and my vehicle is still basically inoperable.

Nice kids hard working and seems decently honest...They replaced my rear pads and resurfaced my rotors...Lets see how it goes! Holding my fingers crossed so far...I trust they know what they are doing!

I came in to inquire about their Major Service Special to see if it covered my vehicle. Fortunately it did and when I went to make an appt they said they could do it right then. The called a Lyft to take me home and in a few hours called another to bring me back to pick up my finished vehicle. Had I gotten the same things done at a dealership it would have cost me double. I will be back! Thank you for taking stressor off my plate.

I went in hoping to take advantage of their grand opening oil change special. ($16.95). I was told I needed full synthetic oil (though I’d not had it before) so I agreed. (That advertised special, $39.95). When I was told the car was done - $52.+. I had to pull out my phone to show them their offer.Buyer beware.

The staff here was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and professional.  I knew I would need to have several items serviced/repaired on my car and instead of trying to convince me I needed to do everything all at once, they broke it down and grouped things together that would need to be done 1st, 2nd and 3rd. After my visit I decided I will not be taking my car back to the dealership for service and will continue to return to this location going forward.

I took my car to them when it was having issues and the dealership told me nothing was wrong with battery. Mike had the guys test the battery along with the alternator and starter just to make sure they could find the issue. The battery failed immediately while the dealership had told me it was all good. I got much better service at Wilhelm Automotive and I definitely recommend them!

So I went in on Saturday around noon to get my truck lubed and oil changed, I knew I would probably have to make an appointment which is fine! So I went in and the guy told me I had to make an appointment and I said “how about tomorrow?” He said We have all open spots for tomorrow what time do you want to come in? 9 or sleep in a little. I said sleep in. He said ok 10? I was like perfect! I came in the next day like we said and it was Sunday.... they are closed sundays... I was confused and felt pretty played. My boyfriend called for me today to tell them what had happened and they pretty much laughed in our face and acted like it was our fault and the appointment was today (Monday). All I really wanted was an oh, we’re sorry. Or anything like that. I really wanted to like this place because it’s so close to my house. Not coming back.

Paul and the guys were professional and made me feel taken care of when my warranteed battery died and I needed a replacement. Although the battery was not in stock this new location, Paul promptly ordered it and expected it to be there in 15 minutes, but kept me updated that the supplier took the battery to the wrong location and would be delayed. Luckily the waiting room was cool, stylish and had a great flat screen with a Roku video to pass the time sipping cold water! I left there very satisfied and with a discount too!

They did a great job in an expedient manner. Transmission fluid and filter change, brake check and tire rotation. Will definitely return for future service.

Awesome place

I left my car for a diagnosis $115. Got a call that it will be $1300 . I ok the work and the check engine will be fixed because I need to get inspection passed at DMV. 24 hrs later I get another call that it will be another$600.

Had an appointment for an oil change .and there normal inspections . Scheduled @10 am but by the time they finish, it’s already 12 noon . It took 2Hours for a regular oil change. I guess next time don’t need to wait even though they said it will take only an hour . ......

Air conditioning stopped working on 100 plus day. Got my car in next morning and replaced radiator. Gave me some discounts saved me $300 which was great help.
