I was hesitant to have repairs done at first knowing that this was going to be expensive. Oil leaks from transmission and rear engine seals. The cab on the Ford F-250 diesel had to be removed. After all said and done everything went smoothly and all back together. No problems and no leaks and drives great. Went to Flagstaff to move our trailer back home and everything was great. They were great. Had a flat tire this morning and they fixed it as a walk in. That may not seem like a big deal but a national tire change told me there schedule was full today, forgive me for not planning my flat tire. Thank you Sun City Tire.

Kurt the manager there was very polite respectful he explained to me all the details. HEput me at ease, they fixed my car promptly and I am very satisfied with the service.

The manager is very courteous and accommodating to us. He explained everything that need to be done on the vehicle, very thorough and follow up was in order.

Curtis suggested I put in turbo mufflers, as my car was straightpiped and obnoxiously loud. The following week I had him put in the mufflers and my car sounded amazing and even drove smoother. will definitely come back for future repairs

I brought both my wifes car as well as my own in for new tires on January 2, 2021. We spent over $1400.00. Curtis called to inform me one of the tire pressure sensors was bad and needed to be replaced. He also told me the batteries in the remaining sensors were weak. Upon arriving to pick up the car, Curtis informed me the tire pressure monitoring went through the ABS and there are no sensors. Got the cars back, first thing I noticed was dirty foot prints on the floor mats of both cars. Clear indicator the techs did not use anything to protect the interior of the car. Got my wifes car home, noticed the one of the center caps was missing. I contacted Curtis, the manager, to let him know what we discovered. Monday morning, got up to go to work, left rear tire was flat. Because I work during hours Sun City is open, I had no other option but to pressurize the tire everyday at least until I could get back to Sun City the next Saturday. I called on January 9, 2021 to let Curtis know I was coming and I mentioned the missing center cap again for my wifes car. He told me they would find it. That scared me. It tells me if they leave a part off of your car, it is pretty likely you will not get it back. Upon a brief inspection of the tires, Curtis informed me all of the valve stems were bad. Why didnt the first tech make that recommendation? Should priority one of a tire shop be that the wheels hold air? Curtis told me he would cover the cost, which I had indicated I would pay for. My frustration was with the fact it was not done right the first time. I am giving two stars because Curtis offered to cover the cost of the valve stems. Still do not have the center cap from my wifes wheel. Needless to say I will not be using this store again.

Got tires 2nd hand from a kid in the back cheap and looked great. Found them on offer up the manager told me the guy in the back had a side deal going on because he was going threw hard times. They told me I also needed an alignment. So I paid for an alignment. When I left the place my wheel was not straight even worse than before but I left it alone because I planned on lifting the truck knowing I will need another one. Well 6 months later I am rotating my tires and see that my front driver tire is 100% bald on the inside to the point where it is chunking the tire. Clearly when they told me they were going to fix it because it was the problem in the first place they didint after paying for an alignment.Edit. Also under further review my lug nuts on the rear are way way over tight and my studs are stripped.

Awesome service and was recommended by another person. I needed to put on aftermarket rotors and pads for my car and they jumped right to work on it. Most shops dont like to install aftermarket parts but these guys were willing and ready which is fantastic news for me! Literally will tackle any job with a smile to complete the service. Price points are very competitive and a lot more enjoyable when it doesnt cost an arm and a leg for service. Dealership wanted way more than what I had to pay here for an alignment! Will definitely be back for any work that is not warranty work at dealership!! Thank you for great workmanship.

These guys are great. Made repairing my Suburban painless. Provided a rental car for me while it was in the shop. Found all of the problems are repaired them in a timely manner. Every one that I dealt with was very friendly. Highly recommend.

My truck was shaking when I went on the freeway. I pulled into the shop and even though they had customers ahead of me, they still made time to see my truck. I left there with perfectly balanced tires. The service is good. The techs are friendly and nice. The shop is clean. They gave me water and coffee while I waited. And most importantly, no more shaking down the road!

The guys at this shop went so far out of the way for me. They drove me home, swapped out a new tire onto my rim and even drove to my HOUSE TO PUT THE TIRE BACK ON MY CAR! Beyoooooond quality service!

Took a while but did a good job.

New vehicle. 12000 miles.screw in tire that never went flat. Simple patch job. Now air sensor needed to be replaced.?? $1 24.89. After 2 hours final costs. Just for a screw.$124.89 sensor$39.99 labor, $4.12 shop supplies,$14.37 Tax,and $5.50 for using credit card. GRAND TOTAL.$188.97. Just for a screw in tire. Glad I didnt need a valve stem.5/26/20. Received call from management. We discussed my review and they satisfactorily resolved the matter. Manager was a man of his word. I now give them a 5 star rating.

Let me start by saying the service was good getting a new tires. They tried to get me to put new struts on my car that was not need then at coats of almost $800.00. Luck to my car to dealer and looked at me like I was crazy looking to new struts. On 3 year old car. Will never go back. Be careful with this auto shop there a rip off. Not mean they did an oil change on my that was not need it was done back in March.

Did a wonderful job on an a very difficult brake replacement. Would recommend.

Had a nail in the sidewall of my tire. Didn’t have the tire in stock. Needed it for a trip the next day. They drove to the warehouse to get it and had me going same day. Owner was super friendly and went out of his way to help. Couldn’t be happier.

Customer service from Curtis great. But I did/ do not understand free AC CHECK but then being charged almost $200 FOR THEM TO TELL ME WHATS WRONG WITH MY AC....

Went in for tires and they found out for me why I was going thru tires and it was because the alignment was out of adjustment They cleared out the problem in about 1 hour and only cost me 79.99 I will go back to this location because they are very friendly & fair priced
