I visited this store for the first time today and I am very disappointed in my experience. It seems all employees just sit around at tables and do not want to help. Seth did not even try to look up my account just kept telling me to call customer care. I understand you work on commission but i am sure you receive hourly compensation to assist paying customers. Do NOT get assistance from Seth. I will make sure my friends and family know.

The service is always excellent. This team seems to get the job done without being pushy. The friendly atmosphere is comfortable & they follow through with their promises. If they are not sure of something they admit it & move forward to find a correct answer. Making a difference is what customer service is all about. A rep must have compassion. If not training is just a waste of time.

I never post reviews but am making an exception for the above and beyond help that my father and I received from Ashley today. Im out of state and needed someone to help my dad out in setting up his new phone. He has Parkinsons and his tremors are pretty bad. He couldnt swap out his SIM card, put on a screen protector, or put a case on his phone on his own because of the tremors.When I called, Ashley was eager to assist us. She texted me photos of the items they had in stock so I could pick out what my dad needed. Then I coordinated with her to be sure my dad was in the store when she was. When he arrived, she had more ideas that could make my dads life easier with his phone, and so texted me photos of those items -- I hadnt thought of a wireless charger or a phone grip! My dad was thrilled and so am I!My dad told me that she was so patient with him and that she understood what he was telling her when he said he has trouble with letting go of things that are in his hand. It was so nice to hear his enthusiasm for someone who was so kind, helpful, thoughtful, and patient. She kept me looped in via text every step of the way. She is a true customer service hero! I had just bought a new phone and needed to know how to navigate certain components within its working. The staff complied with my wishes and showed me what I needed to do. I was very pleased with the AT&T network and all they offer. I checked around at different carriers and found AT&T the best offer for value and money. I have been with ST&T for a few years now and find any time I need help its there for me. they insure my safety and concerns. in this day and age, we need to know we are protected. I feel very secure with my plan. Thank you.

He was helpful and knowledgeable, plus he didnt mind setting up my repair appointment for me.The second sales rep, Matt, took my trade-in, sold me a new phone and helped me learn some important new features. He was also able to teach me about my watch. He was full of information that makes my life so much easier.

Walked in on a Sunday afternoon and all 3 sales reps were with customers. It put us next in line. No one greeted us or said hello so we sat and waited for 40 mins. In the meantime several groups walked in and were all greeted and asked what they were there for. We sat on a bench in the middle of the store confused. Eventually a rep made their way to us and asked what we needed. We stated we came to get a new 5G sim card so our internet would start working again. Come to find out they were out of them. We were told to keep checking in throughout the week. Wouldnt it be nice if we were told that when we walked in and it could have saved 40 mins of waiting? Or to be offered a phone call or have one shipped to us? So we went back today, were handed 2 sims cards and told to just change them out at home. We found out they have to be activated and the rep we talked to on the phone was surprised they didnt offer to swap them in store.

I purchased att tv in May 2021 but had to cancel nxt day since it was not compatible with my LG tv. Today which is June 26 I see $120 has been deducted from my checking acct fr not returning the equipment which I did return when I canceled the tv service. Now att is giving me a hard time. Corporate won’t even call the store I purchased service from so I have to figure out someone’s mistake. Irritating since I don’t even know if I have the paperwork anymore. Some customer service!

Matt And Kyle are Rock Stars! Showed up at 7:25pm on A Monday night having smashed my 12 pro max. Matt saw my anxiousness as I entered. After explaining the urgency of my needs, he calmly and efficiently found the solution to getting me back up and running and had me on my way in under 40 mins start to stop. These guys could have easily told me they couldn’t do anything that late in the day, but they stopped and helped. I highly recommend them!

I ordered 3 new phone with 800 AT&T customer service because it took almost 6 weeks to ship I lost patience and I change my mind and wanted to return them. I tried to returning them AT&T store at 76ave & Bell rd. The store manger named Dallas lied to me By Telling me I will charge you restocking fee even when The box wasn’t opened when I handed it to her.So I left that store drove to this location.& Carlos the employee who waited on me and I explained I wanted to return them.He gave me no problem he told me just have a seat within 10 minutes Carlos refunded the taxes on the phone and gave me a receipt that I returned all three. What a difference this young man Carlos was so polite so courteous I can’t say enough the difference between Carlos and the Rotten store manager on 76th Ave.if anybody deserves a promotion to manager position it’s Carlos. I can’t say enough how convenient Carlos made it for me To return those three phones. It took about 5 to 10 minutes I was out of there. Carlos thank you for making it smooth & pleasant visit. Especially when I was treated horribly by Manger Dallas at 76th Ave. and Bell Road you made up for her rudeness.

Returned to store fir clarification & was advised need to take bling questions to this store on Bell Rd in Surprise, AZ.I was lucky enough to get the opportunity to work with Octavio and want to give him a huge SHOUT OUT for his courteous, friendly, patient nature. I had such a great experience at this store today! A young man named Octavio helped me pick out a great phone to add to our family plan, for my nephew. I explained to Octavio the circumstances surrounding my purchase and he immediately told me what a great Aunt I was. Octavio didn’t stop there, he then asked what I did for a living, found out I was a nurse and asked if I had heard about the MONTHLY 25% discount for nurses... uhhh no!!! I walked into that store ready to pay $30/mo more to add an additional line but walked out w $60/month LESS in savings!!! Thank u so much Octavio.. this meant so much to me.. and yes I’ve already told 3 other nurses!!!

AR&T are By far the worst service I have ever had with a phone company first when I got the phones they charge me so much I got three different accounts when everything should be on one account only had the phone for two months paid every bill and they tell me I old them $900 but they can’t tell me how, they keep charging me for activation fees on each bill. You call the sorry store you got the phones phone they can’t tell you anything you call customer they can’t tell you anything so they say let me transfer you only to hang up they never have a direct answer for you AT&T is the worst service ever, this was very bad decision they have took over $2500 dollars from me in 2 months and still asking for more. The worst service I have ever experienced I would never recommend AT&T to anyone!

I had come in before but usually love going to the Apple store instead. Today Octavio greeted me quickly and assisted me with simply getting a new SIM card only. After speaking with Octavio during this frustrating scenario, he not only made this visit extremely pleasant, but I walked away smiling and laughing that he not only recognized me from my last visit but also sold me a pair of EarPods Pro. He is VERY versed in the products in store. I can’t wait to visit my local AT&T store soon and hope I see this young gentleman for many years to come! THANK YOU AGAIN Mr. Octavio!

You need to make appointment or you can take your chances & be put on a walk-in waiting list...so it depends how you want to spend your time.I went there yesterday because I was dangerously low on space for both my files & pictures. They put in an SD card which did the trick. When I went back to look at some of my recent pictures in my camera, they were all put of order. My photos & gallery pictures were ok, so I made an appointment today, drove 30 minutes to the store & they told me thats what happens when you put in an ad card. That wouldve been nice to know before I walked out of the door the first time...

We walked-in in the store to check how me and my husband can save with our monthly bill. We met Luis the store manager who assisted us first. My husband asked about what is firstnet and Luis explained it to us and we told him we are both nurses. Octavio came to the picture and gave us more information about firstnet, in short we switched to firstnet and enjoyed their promo items! I can say Octavio is a very excellent professional AT&T agent and very very knowledgeable to his job. We enjoyed and appreciated his work attitude. He is keeper and an asset to AT&T. I want to see him grow in this company. Maybe he will be the next manager. Very thankful and blessed meeting him. Great team in AT&T Surprise Az. God speed to everybody!

Let me start off by mentioning Damon, (my go to AT&T rep) is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. As a business customer its a pleasure having Damon and the entire team at the Surprise store available to assist me with my complex account. Considering it was extremely busy (around 4pm the day before Christmas eve) he went above and beyond to make sure I got the best deals on the newest devices and accessories. His service far exceeded my expectations and made me feel valued despite him having to get up from his seat to greet and sign-in lots of new incoming customers coming in through the door every few minutes. Eventhough it was super busy I never felt rushed. Towards the end of my transaction the assistant manager Kyle took the time to introduce himself and assist me by installing the screen protector and phone case on my brand new Note 20 Ultra. In addition to my new device and accessories, I ended up purchasing the Samsung smart watch and let me tell you if it wasnt for Damon recommending it I would of never known that Ive been missing out by not having this smart watch before. Needless to say I would definitely recommend coming in to see Damon to set up your new phones and hey, maybe you will also find that you need this smart watch too. Youll be glad you did 😉

Myles at the store in Surprise was amazing. He was extremely helpful and really worked to get us the best deal possible. Unlike the service we always received at Sprint, the visit wasn’t unbearable and the service was quick and very informational. We have dreaded switching service for a while because every time we went into sprint we were never given straight answers and were always fooled into things we didn’t need and tricked about the price we were signing for. But Myles was great about getting us exactly what we wanted without pressuring us into “promotions” that we didn’t need that somehow always ended up costing us more money. As a new AT&T customer, we are very optimistic about our new relationship with the company thanks to Myles.

Lied to us from the beginning. 5 months trying to fix things. Still not fixed. Ian is horrible and messed everything up. Kyle the manager told me to write a letter to the ATT President instead of trying to help..They lied to my wife and took advantage of a teacher. We are stuck now until our phones are paid off. Stay away from this store..
