I have been dealing with Janus for years. I have to say Dave is not very good at Customer Service. They use to good a few years ago now they have Dave and he is always a pain to work with. He acts either stoned like he was at his last employer, or like he has said they can’t get rid of him. This is what I was told by other friends that deal with him also. I am taking my business elsewhere for sure.

I ordered a roll up door online and picked it up in person. After reading the reviews, I was skeptical on the customer service and amount of time it would take to pick up the door. I arrived and went to the side where the pick up area is. One of the workers came up to me and I gave him my order number. They got my door and helped me load it in my truck. They were very friendly and helpful. I was in and out within 15 or 20 min. There were lots of reviews stating customers had to wait hours to get their door. There were several semi trucks there picking up 50+ doors at a time. I’m sure if someone is picking up many doors it might take longer. I just picked up 1 single door. I had no problem at all and would recommend this place to get a door from.

Sales/Customer Service in AZ. has dropped of a great deal in the past year or so. Everything I read in here is so true. Sad to see a good company with a good product that use to be easy to deal with now has a gentleman that seems to care so little and ignores calls, and doesnt seem to know the product at all. Use to be a good company, now It is not worth the hassle so my employer has us go elsewhere to purchase our roll up doors.

Sales in Az is a joke as it has been for a few years now. At 1 point and time it was the best. Dave either doesn’t care or is that bad. I see why he lost his job at a another door company with this type of service. Before they had a good guy in there that actually returned calls and cared about making the customer happy. Now Dave wants to get off the phone and ignore you. That is when you can get him to call you back even.

Ive been in the door business for 25 years.All companies have issues from time to time, but aside from slow load on Fridays, Janus hits all the high notes.Customer service guy Dave has been around the door business with another company, and is a nice addition to this company.Rob does a pretty good job as well.

Trough the years that I have been personally working with Dave at Janus, I have encountered nothing but FANTASTIC first class service! He has always been able to answer all of my questions and if he needed to hed research it and get back to me. Dave will always be my number one go to for Janus doors!

If there were zero stars that would reflect better about this place. No organization what so ever, over 10 workers in the shipping & receiving and theyre all clueless. To get unloaded took them 6+ hours and for guys waiting to get loaded even longer. Would not recommend this for anything.

Takes forever to get loaded but they pay detention after 2 hours $50. Plenty of parking nothing within walking distance bring food and entertainment lots of trucks ahead of you

I don’t have the issues all these other reviews have. I have called And asked for Door Sales in Az at least 5 times and yet to have a call back about getting set up. Dealt with dozens of manufacturers over the years in business. This is the 1st company that doesn’t want my business.

I have been a loyal customer for 7 years of Janus. I am not sure what has happened in the past 6 months or so. Customer Service and Sales Support in Arizona has dropped of significantly. I hear every time I call from Dave how he will have to get back to me, and he is not sure, and how he is the new guy. It has been months now and same excuses from him. Dave takes days to call you back, and dosent know anything about Janus product.

Bought a door online. Parts were missing when it was shipped to me. Called the sales dept. in AZ. Some guy Dave as I see in other reviews did nothing for me. He told me sorry nothing I can do for you. Then basically hung up on me.

I called in to ask some dimensions in about some Janus doors, and also to see about getting established as a dealer as I have a need for them in my building business. I talked to a gentleman named Dave that acted like he had no time for me. He could not answer any questions I had about the product, and pushed me to a guy named Rob. As he was hurrying me off the phone I heard him say “I hate phone days, especially when I have to talk to people that are tailgaters, man that guy was a idiot. I will let Rob deal with him.” Well I called this Rob to complain multiple times and no call back even. Well another sheet door company was more than happy to set me up, and I have bought 20 doors in the past month. They are very easy to deal with, and do not call potential customers names or try to make them feel like a nobody.

95 percent of office staff are caucasian (white) employees that are in well a well A/C cooled department seperate from the 95 percent of wharehorluse workers are that are (people of color) working in poorly ventilated and poorly air conditioned facility (this is a racist dynamic ) most of the supervisors and leads of wharehouse departments are married with each other or siblings with also having their children as supervisors or leads of other shifts that makes a very prominent problem of un unfair advantage of retaliation of workers the HR department are not welcoming or approachable also very discrminatory on how they handle issues reported and the pay wages are not a enough to survive on for a full time job new employees leave within a week of hire consistently the managment is unsustainable and supporting this company is supporting a team of people who exploit workers with Racist dynamics

Walked in to office to get a bandage for a cut. Heard the HR lady Rebecca stating she did not care about a worker he was just a Mexican and he can be replaced. She has a huge attitude towards anyone that is not white. I tried to tell the Plant Manager he told me he had no time and asked if I should not be working. I was later told to be quiet about this or I would be gone he had favorites he watched after. If you disagree with him you would be fired. So I just quit no reason to work for that pay, and to be looked down on because of my race and speaking my mind about it. It was only a job to get me through while I was in school getting my degree.

I have put in over 1400 Janus doors in my facilities,the doors work great the sales people on the phone have gotten super unprofessional and they really dont care to get things right anymore,the last order was shipped two weeks late because the sales person didnt follow it up,then the sent 12 door that were the wrong size so i had to reorder, im going to see if another manufacture could do better on my next orders,i talked to Shannon this morning and she would even listen to what i wanted in a special order door so i kept repeating myself to get her to see what i wanted,there much better at the Arizona office compared to Georgia---- so good luck Todd boles

We purchased a door from a online company who told us if we have any issues to call the factory. We called and talked to Dave in AZ. He told us if we had any questions to go call who we bought it off of and it was not his issue since we did not buy from him. He then told me to buy from them next time and he could answer a question for us. I am just shocked by this service and will make sure I tell anyone who will listen how Dave and Janus do not help anyone out unless you buy from them.
