The product is beautiful and exceeded our expectations.The factory representative, Dennis Schleu answered all our questions, gave us information that helped with making the right choice for our needs, and offered good suggestions concerning style and color. He is the kind of representative that creates return customers.The gentleman who installed our door is Miguel. We could not have asked for a nicer man to do the installation for us. He did all of his work efficiently as well as doing a beautiful clean up job. Five stars for Dennis and Miguel too.

We had our security door installed today by Buzz at Steel Shield. He was prompt and so nice. He explained everything to me thoroughly. He made sure to put our floor mats back. We are very pleased with our new steel security screen doors! We are repeat customers having had one of their doors installed at our previous address. The price was reasonable, communication was excellent and the installer, Buzz, was very polite and did a superb job with installation. Highly recommend this company.

I’m slightly confused as the phone number that called me is the chandler location but the lien I just received lists surprise.Beware of dealing with these folks. Our door wasn’t completed to satisfaction and we withheld last portion until they make it right. They refuse to speak with us in writing via text or email. We have made at least 5 or 6 attempts in less than a week.It’s pretty simple, if you have a repeat customer that is ordering the same door and said I want it exactly like the last time and you have changed a bunch of the features and locking system.....you tell them!!!!! LolAll we can make right is a nicer door handle that matches the door instead of the one that’s on there now and make the lock break in proof....then get paid.Simple right?No they want to bully, shame, and harass us instead.I am not paying for a bronze handle on a black door and a standard lock when I am in the 3k price point.I already have to deal with that it sticks far out now and has ugly brass hinges. You should tell people of these changes when it’s esthetic. Huge brass hinges won’t look good with most of the color choices. It it’s going to be on my house, I need to know.We were told we would have what we had the last time. We don’t. What can be rectified we want before they are paid in full. Doesn’t seem so irrational to me.Read the other review for more details but man I wouldnt do business with these people. They didn’t have to go this route.

The door covering were beautiful and made to last. Buzz and his helper did a fantastic job installing them and explaining their functions..The windows are next. Cant wait

I called about an advertised price that I saw in a mailer and was able to get a representative to my home the next day! I was pleased that this was not bait and switch advertising, you know, a meager selection at a low price. There were more expensive doors in the brochure, but there was zero pressure to buy a higher priced door. They had 14 doors available at the advertise price and I loved five of them, plus the color selection is HUGE. The representative, Sean was very patient with my questions and with giving me time to pick just what I wanted. I can’t wait to see my door installed.

Phoned in asking questions, was discouraged pretty quickly by the man who answered the phone. Stated right off the bat they dont work on doors that are not theirs, which may be true, but I didnt know what the company was about. He stated they are swamped, another discouragement towards this company as I was not able to explain much of whats going on. I felt as if he just wanted to get me off the phone, because he stated it wouldnt be until another 8 weeks before he could get to me. Disappointed. Looking elsewhere again.....
