I purchased a ornamental security door through this company 4 yrs. ago. The security door faces west, so I expected a lot of sun. However, the door has faded tremendously (which expected) but rust is coming through which concerned me for the price of $1220.00. The door is suppose to have a life time warranty. I was told they no longer service my area and to hire a handy man to fix my issue. RIDICULOUS!!! :(

They did a nice job on our security door but not timely. Also had window screens installed. However 2 windows were broken in the process and they did not want to fully reimburse us for replacement cost. Even one of their people agreed it was the installers fault. Helen that answers the phones was rude right from the start.

My security screen door is absolutely beautiful! It fits like a glove and the color is the exact match of my door. The hardware has a double locking mechanism. Two turns for extra security and its solid. I have the Stratford design.The process from start to finish was very smooth. Brad was great with answering all my questions. He is very professional and came to my home prepared.Alex did an exceptional job with the install. He left the area very clean.The customized, oversized door took about 14 weeks to complete and was well worth the wait! (I ordered the door right before the Covid-19 outbreak began.)And I cant forget about Deby at the front office. Very responsive and professional. I recommend Native Sun. Shop local, shop Surprise.

When I purchased my door I was told it would be 8-12 weeks. It has now been 14 and no one from native sun reached out to me. When I finally spoke to a person I was told it would be another 2 weeks. When I asked if there would be any compensation for my extra wait time this person snapped at me and told me I had ordered a very popular door and it was not there fault. She also told me we dont make out going calls we are too busy. Hmmmm... pretty sure you knew what door I ordered at the start and I was still told 8 - 12 weeks. It will be over 16 weeks now...

The door is nice but it isnt fitting correctly and has taken a while for them to fix it. Every time I call im told they are short handed and my name goes into a folder. I finally went in and spoke with them. They sent someone out but he couldnt correct the problem and said to call and reschedule. So my security door still doesnt close.

We couldnt be happier going with Native Sun . Brad came out to our home. He took his time and answered all our questions. The young man that did the installation was just aswonderful. He did a meticulous job. He left nothing g to clean up. He was polite and made sure we were happy. I also wa t to give praise to Debbie at the showroom. Always nice and efficient. We would definitely recommend Native Sun .

Worst company I ever interacted with.Placed an order for a Security Screen Door in late October 2019, paid the security deposit, was told 8-12 weeks.Placed numerous calls after 12-weeks, the only response I received, without empathy, was It is not ready yet. We will call you once it is ready.I understand that custom work and fabrication takes its time, but 15+ weeks, come on! Thats a joke.In the age of Amazon spoiling everybody with instant service, the customer expectations have shifted and you have to realize this. Going way over your promised delivery time without communication, not good enough.When we didnt hear after 15 weeks, we just cancelled the order. A week later we received a voicemail that they could install.A company like that should sell their business to somebody who knows how to operate and knows something about providing a solid, customer centric experience.I will never do business with this company again

The mouth working the front desk, Helen, has to be one of the most snooty, displeasing people to work with. This is based on several visits, not the one-off bad day that we all get. She interrupts and over talks her co-workers, and acts as if doing business is disturbing her day. I cant speak for other customers, but shes tarnishing their image in my opinion.Native Sun has beautiful pieces, Id love to have their work displayed on my house; theyd never get a dime of my money were it necessary to go through Helen, unfortunately.

We had previously written a review with our dissatisfaction about a French door security door we had put in, which was not working as we could not get out the door. Native Sun has since come out, installed a new handle and locking unit, and our door is now working well. Thank you very much!

At this moment I am not at all happy with Native Sun Home Accents. They told me 6-8 weeks for my door. Not one call or email from them. It was 8 weeks, and I called and was told - maybe they would have it done by the end of this week. Here it is, and no one has called, and all I get is a busy signal when I call. What business, in this day and age has only one phone line? Did they go out of business? Has me worried about my deposit.

This company was a recommendation from a friend. We had a french door metal safety door installed I believe in 2014. However, we had always had a problem with the door sticking when trying to open it. We had them come out to fix it, but it is still happening. It is a safety issue. I have spoken with Helen about coming out to fix it...again. I was told she would research and get back with me. Sadly, this has not happened. I left several messages but have not received a call back. I do not want someone else to go through the challenges we are having. Therefore, I rated it a 1 star.
