Just left 3 employees not one greeted us or asked if I needed help. Stood at counter in front of them for 3.5 minutes. Never again or my friends will be shopping here ! Wow the owner should know how much money his employees throw out the window do to lack of customer care . Her I will help you . Hello how can I help you ? That easy !

This was the first and last time I will go into the store. I have a very simple project that I’m working on and was asking for a little bit of direction, their advice was to spend nearly $1000 rather than $40. The man behind the counter was very rude and condescending and expects everybody that is not a plumber to fully understand plumbing terminology. Maybe if you’re a professional this would be a good place to go but not if you were just an individual working on your own small projects. By the way, I was looking to buy product from them not just get free advice.

Home Depot had the same selection & more for plumbing underneath my sink. I thought it would have more of a variety then Home Depot to hook my new vanity up with. I was hoping it would be my solution. No one available either to help.

Good store and polite employees, however after I purchased a fan motor from them for my HVAC I checked online and Amazon was $100.00 lower in price for the exact same part. Called them and they said they wont give refund, even though I have not used it. Lesson learned,...... Shop ON LINE. IM mad due to the fact they ripped me off $100.00 ...... Wont be getting parts from them anymore.

I NEEDED AN INDEX BUTTON FOR A BATH FAUCET AND JIM WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL. HE CALLED THE COMPANY WITHIN AN HOUR, GOT BACK TO ME WITH THE QUOTE AND ORDERED IT. GREAT SERVICE!

We purchased a 40 gallon water heater tank gas. It fit like a gem. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Im telling my family and friends about how good this place is. They have a lot of supplies there too.

While Audrey spent an hour with us choosing mirrors, fixtures, lighting we never received the promised email with prices. Maybe the contractors name we gave her got the quote but we didnt. Weve decided not to use him and wont buy here in future.

This place is awesome, the clerks were helpful and friendly, I was in and out in five minutes.
