If you make your living with certain tools, then (maybe), Harbor Freight is not the place to purchase those tool. Or maybe it is.I have tools in my garage that I use daily, and tools I bought for a specific project 20 years ago and havent touched since. I wouldnt say Harbor Freight is my go-to tool store, but it definitely fulfills a niche.The only thing I ever bought and returned was saw blades for my table and chop saws. They were horrible. Other than that - I love this store.

Not very good at tires or wheels. Called store to explain size and type perfectly. They checked out their stock and confirmed that it was in stock. I repeated it again and yes they have them. Nope, when I got there nothing like it. Had no clue about how I felt about their abilities. Guess if you want a cheap drill, they can find it. Back to the Last place Ill check.

I found the tool I need at great price and performance.

There are things here that you cant find in other places. Their more expensive things are priced high enough that a name brand would be a little more expensive but higher quality. Theyre good for the cheapest stuff that you need larger quantities of.

Couple floor Dollys came in handy for moving furniture at a reasonable price. Harbor Freight has come in handy for me several times. Thanks.

This is almost a complete selection of all kinds of tools, light to medium equipment youll find in this store. Most tools are made in China which is not surprising as all famous American or Japanese brands tools selling at Home Depot or other hardware stores are all made in China. The prices are reasonable and some can even beat Home Depot prices.

Not very happy that you now have to be a member to get the coupons that were always free. That was one thing that kept harbor freight better than everyone else and why I would pass 3 home depots to come here. Hope they dont start raising their prices also. Have been a harbor freight customer for over a decade and have supported and defended harbor freight fiercely to other contractors.

Harbor freight used to be known for cheap tools that fall apart. But I buy there too line tools . They cost less than any place else but personally I have never had a problem with them. They are good tools

If you cant find your digital 20% off a single item coupon well dont expect them to scan one of their coupon cards because they wont. Its happened three or four times to me couldnt bring up the coupon out of my phone so I ended up paying full price.

I love Harbor Freight Tools. If you need tools that dont need to be the top of the line, than this is the place to go. They have so many things at a super affordable price. When I spend 200 or even 100 dollars here, I leave with a lot of stuff. Its great to get things here, that at other places are overpriced, such as zip ties, or shop rags, or automotive fuses. I come in once a year for that purpose alone and like I said, spend 100 dollars and get all the things you should just have on hand. Its easy to spend an hour or more walking every aisle and really checking out what they have. Ive never gone there and not found something new that I end up buying. LOL 🤣 Overall this is a great store. Large selection, affordable, clean store, friendly employees, and their locations make it possible to find one close to home.

In this day of poor customer service its GREAT to find a company that goes above and beyond!I ordered some dollies to move my trike in the garage. Expensive but well built.Due to a computer error the order was duplicated. Called Customer service. They gave me return info.About a month later was the first time I could get to the store, 65 mi away. The car was very knowledgeable and ran it through and was very helpful, ran it through. THE NEXT DAY THE MONEY WAS IN MY ACCOUNT!THATS WHAT I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE..

Make sure you are purchasing a new product. On several different occasions now I have paid full price for a new product only to find that it had been used. Apparently they are selling returned items as new. Recently I purchased a new Heavy Duty Canopy only to find out it was used. Before this I returned a master fuel injection kit 3 times and had the exact same issue. They retape the returned items from customers and place them back onto the shelves and resale them as new. Be careful and check your items thoroughly before purchasing!💸💸💸

I like Harbor Freight. The guy helping me went into the back to find me a 0.3 cubic foot safe that was not on the shelf. Add great prices to that and you have Harbor Freight.

Normal Harbor Freight but always a long slow line. Staff has zero customer service skills or concern. It would be easier and faster to steal whatever you want. I dont think they would notice you wheeling a 60 toolbox out the door

Payment systems were down lousy customer service asked about a trifold hundred and $4 ramp could not get a response didnt the store for 15 minutes and then finally somebody came by and told me oh we dont have that I would not recommend this particular crew to anybody

The staff here is friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to tools and other hardware. The store is neat, clean and easy to find what your looking for. I was looking for a pole saw and the attendant guided me to them with ease. Along with great prices and good quality inventory, you can get 20% off with the everlasting coupons they provide.

Not a fair treatment. Friend of mine bought an air compressor. They have gave him %15 off and additional %10 applying For a credit card. I called the store and spoke to Daniel and he said come in and I will give you the same discount. I drove up to the same location and spoke to the same employee and he said I can’t give you the same deal as your friend. It was very disappointing and embarrassed in front of other customers. But that’s ok I will take my business somewhere else

You get what you pay for. But for semi disposable tools its a great price

I was so excited to go buy a heat gun for $5 dollars, like my email ad said, especially that it was on Black Friday. There was a line to the register, but by the time I got to the cashier to pay the person tells me, your total is $16.47. I told the person I had a coupon for $5 dollars and at that time I was told you get the heatgun at $5 dollars when you spend $50 dollars or more. I was so disappointed, but I bought it because I needed the heatgun and because I didnt want to slow down the register line any further. That is the last time I buy at Harbor freight.

It is like all the other Harbor freights. good service and good selection although I would honestly say that they were a bit short on inventory. The staff were very helpful.Harbor Freight used to be known for having low-cost items but now they have higher and lines like Icon, Bauer, Earthquake, Hercules and a few other ones and now the prices have gone high. but on the bright side at least the prices are bit competitive versus tool truck prices. It gives the average DIYer a chance to own some high-quality tools at a relatively decent price.

Went here for 2 items. I bought them and was in and out in less than 10 minutes. My favorite way to shop.
