I love Tractor Supply! Its clean. The employees are friendly. Place has always been clean when I come in. This time I needed assistance... person was right there to offer it. She was VERY knowledgeable and funny. I left knowing I made the right purchase!

Every time I go in for supplies for my horse their out. Went in Tuesday for fly bait and spry all the shelves are empty. This is fly and mosquito season, you would think there would be product on the shelves. This seems to be a trend at this store

The store the products the prices are all good but the veterinary Department leaves alot to be desired, twice Ive been here during hours, both times vet not in. Thursday 2 pm, pouring rain. Vet not in again. Told to came back Tues. (4 days) Get 20% off. My dog needs a vet, not 20% off.

For the last couple of months their dog wash has been closed because it is clogged. Theyre obviously not going to have it fixed. The building is only a year old!Take the dog wash off the website, please. Also, you may want to get customer service training for your employees. A lot of them are just rude. Not knowing is fine, being rude about it is not. Let us know when you get this taken care of.Let us know when youve taken care of these issues and well give it another go. I know this is a new location

Edward the store manager has a short temper. Shows a deep contempt for reason a threatens customers and staff.Other manager Scott is usually late and also has threatened customers.Please visit any other location but this one.Very disappointed.

Great products and good prices. Went to get bird seeds and they have 20# bags for 9.99 which is great compared to what I bought on Amazon and what is available elsewhere. Employees are always nice and helpful when needed.

Not only are the goods quality and Priced Right but the service was outstanding. I trained high-level customer service for a living. When I was there too young man thats helped me check out by the name of Wes was absolutely outstanding not only did he grasp all the concepts of proper customer service he had the heart and enthusiasm that you cannot teach that you have to find and hire great job Tractor Supply.

I will NEVER go to this store again!! The manager Scott is extremely rude and has no patients for his customers. I was trying to get some bug spray and I had a few questions about a couple of there sprays, but he was getting mad and cutting me off when I went to talk, very aggressively. Terrible experience for my first time in a Tractor Supply, and this was the manager of the store.

They carry things we need 4 dogs, potbellys, lawns, tractors, fencing, goats, chickens, farm & livestock. This is a Great Place to get what we need & its on Cottonlane & between Greenway & Waddle. The staff All know their stuff & are so helpful as well as cheerful. Go even for a visit to just look & see SO MUCH STUFF ENJOY‼️

Would give this tractor supply co a zero if I could have. Very poor customer service. We needed a generator in a time crunch for an event, we checked this inventory on the website and the specific generator we needed was in stock. We drove over 30 min to this location for it not to be in stock. No problem, except when we went on the website to order it in the store and asked what the estimated time would be, one employee said it depends on if the distribution center had it. When he got another co worker involved, they couldn’t even make a simple phone call to the distribution center to see if they had it in stock. Very disappointed in the lack of care these folks had, but good thing Amazon has never failed us, so we were able to give them our money instead. :)

Never have been able to get horse products always out. State its problem w supplier but their others stores have it. So I have to drive very far away or go to another feed store

What a great local General store! Literally anything that you could need for around the house... They have some great patio items, clothing, cowboy boots, grills/smokers any and all pet and livestock items, chicken coops, tractors, wheelbarrows and on and on! I appreciate that they have special parking for veterans and military personnel. They also have a pet wash station and more than you could ever dream of in the store. Its worth going in, spending some time and wondering about. I guarantee that youre going to find a number of things that you didnt even know that you needed!

Tried to return a pair of wranglers that I got for christmas.I had been checking weekly when buying feed and they finally got my size in.I asked if I could trade, she looked at receipt and said they wouldnt exchange over 30 days.Dec 24- Jan 25....really?1 extra day???I guess its back to shopping at Dales.

Excellent variety of merchandise, friendly and helpful staff make visiting this store always a pleasure.

Very poor customer service. Walked in wanting to return (2) 32g trash cans and I was never greeted, acknowledged etc...stood for approximately 10 mins close to a register waiting for someone to help. Continued to patiently wait for the cashier to help paying customers which I understand but never once did she looked at me and say “I’ll be with you soon”. Finally, she called for assistance and the other young lady ignored me and said “I can help with the next person in line@. I said what about me and I received a deer in headlights look so I told her to forget it and I’ll go to another store. I know they’re a new store but they need to get it together!

Nice store. Well organized. Smaller than the other TSC I have been to. Friendly staff but they do not know anything regarding animals, . Not many feed choices for equine which is the main reason I go. Hay is over priced compared to other places in the area, I have been there 4 x and there wasnt anyone to help load. I hope with time it gets better.

HEADS UP! The entrance is on Custer Ln, SOUTH of the sign - not accessible directly off Cotton Ln. If you are driving north on Cotton Lane, turn right onto Custer BEFORE you get to the sign out front, otherwise you’ll end up in the Fry’s Fuel Center & parking lot.Those on a farm should skip Home Depot and head straight to Tractor Supply. Task-specific tools, clothing, footwear, etc. Pleasant crew on duty the day I was there, opening day June 27, 2020.

Immediately greeted upon entering and directed to the product I was seeking. A worker saw me searching and assisted. Customer service was 5 star BUT the price was extremely high. A 16ou container cost 50% more than a 32ou of the same product at HD. Also, the food truck serves only meat products. There are many vegans and vegetarians in the area. Consider a food truck with meatless options, as well.

Had no problem finding what I need

Customer service is not good. They do not carry well know feed such as Lakin Lite they said there feed storage room to small to carry all feed products.

They would not page a customer. Very rude on the phone about it as well.”So what do you want me to do about it?” “Just call their cell phone.” Not sure if this is company policy, but seems odd. In our case, it was to pick up another item, and he left the phone in our vehicle. Since when can they not page a customer ? Regardless if it policy, being rude is NEVER the answer. From other reviews it seems customer service is lacking at this location.

We purchase our hay from here but be prepared to load yourself, they either don’t have employees who know the difference between grass hay or alfalfa and no clue how to properly load it

Dont answer the phone, cashier absent must wait to pay. Need to improve customer service.

Great selection of feeds a great prices

Went there to buy a 150gal horse water trough. I looked online and the price was $198.00. Drove out to store and the trough was in stock but priced at $290. Told associate about price difference and had to pull up price on phone for them to go in and check the system to verify price.

Not a good location if you have horses. No horse feedroom with a selection of feed and horse supplies. The horse feed selection is very limited. Very disappointed as I was excited to have a TCS close
