Their coffee is good ND I like theyre largest size cups

I have been a recurring customer of this place for years and yesterday I received the WORST WORST service with the new employee the white woman with a piercing in her nose, we told her our order we wanted 12oz smoothie and 8oz kids hot coco drinks She confirmed the order but at the moment Upon handing it in I realized it made everything 24 oz omg and 12oz the Kids Coco. Besides that it was his mistake, he got upset and did not want to void the bill I paid almost 16 dollars for such large drinks that I did not order and they ended up in the garbage is too much drink for ME and my SMALL children. I hope the management will do something because they are hiring people with bad character and bad personal presentation. 4 years ago all the girls were very nice, they already knew what I ordered, I think that only now is the Indian woman, she always treats me super well.

This shop is in a sketchy part of town, which is fine. I went here because it’s just so convenient. I tried once, ordered a hazelnut latte....tasted like dirty water. No coffee flavor, no hazelnut flavor. Maybe it was just one time. Went AGAIN, SAME THING! Not worth it. There’s a reason it’s in this part of town. One plus side, my 16oz “latte” was like $2.50 LOL.... still not worth it.

Really expensive. Not worth the mediocre coffee by any stretch. Meh.

I came in yesterday and had a great experience. The lady working was down to earth, good conversation, I was so happy they had cold brew, she made it exactly how I wanted and it wasn’t expensive either. I got a punch card and will definitely return.

I watch people make my drink every time I get it and every time I order the same thing. She put more than twice as much syrup in it than I have ever seen done. It tasted okay. My biggest concern is that she was not wearing a mask and did not wash her hands. I have been working the whole time during this pandemic and I have worn a mask. I understand needing a break and not wearing them in between customers, but when there is a customer you wear one. Especially making drinks. You never know if someone is more at risk then others. I will never be returning

Waiting on line for 23 minutes only to find the car in front of me empty ...too busy socializing to take care of customer service...never again...rude ass hell..love the coffee but he seen me sitting there and never bothered to wave me around during his social time....

The older woman who works there is so unfriendly. Questioned me about why my punchcard was initialed instead of being punched.I told her one of her employees did it.

They need to fire the Indian lady who works there, I came in to order a de lime de coconut, my drink wasn’t the same color it was every time I order it, she wasn’t measuring anything and obviously put way too much coconut in it. When I asked if she could remake it for me she asked if she could charge me for it. Why am I getting charged for her mistake? She got an attitude to the point where I just left neither of the drinks I ordered tasted how theyre suppose to. Plus her nasty attitude and horrible customer service didn’t help.

The lady there was super friendly, the blended white chocolate mocha was so good my heart dropped when I ran out
