I literally just heard the young guy working there tell a man paying $5 in quarters for gas to take his quarters to Safeway and get dollars next time. I guess his money wasnt good enough. They definitely wont ever get my money again.

Average Chevron that can be extremely hard to get out of. With the train and road configuration it can be a nightmare to make a left out of in any direction. Decent convince store and car wash. Lots of homeless people hang out around here.

An average Chevron with a mini mart and car wash on site. Lots of homeless in the area that will come up to you while you are getting fuel and ask for cash, smokes or whatever. The car wash was great about 5 years ago but now is completely over priced and you will leave with suds still dripping off of your vehicle. When I brought this up to the car wash staff the response I received was Since you bought our Bronze wash $10 that is how it comes out. Get on the freeway and try to blow it off. If you buy our more expensive washes next time we will wipe off the suds for you. The person I spoke to even added that if he even touched my vehicle and his boss saw it that he would be fired.

Its a high priced convenience store, its open its got stuff, its convenient! I go there in a pinch, and am glad its there.

Attendant away. And no public restrooms.

The attendant “Catfish” did a great job prepping my car for the wash and he also did the aftercare. Dry-off was great, windows and interior wipe down were great, vacuum was great.Haven’t been to this location in about 8 years (moves out of state), not sure why others are complaining... BTW, it IS a downtown Tacoma location. Base price inc tax was $28; a little steep, but didn’t I say “Catfish” works hard?

Definitely NOT a good experience. Attendant bent my ignition key and it had to be straightened in order to start my car. He claimed to have no idea how it got bent. Ridiculous. The key was laying on the seat when I got in to leave. Ignition switch is messed up. Obviously, the key was used incorrectly in the ignition. How, I dont know. When I left, I had to drive around a woman whose bare butt was in the air while she peed on the driveway. I have emailed the company twice with no response.

I am 100% disappointed in the service I had done. I spent $44 after tax on the car wash and detailing. The car wash ripped a part of my side view mirror off and once I got back in my car from having it detailed, it does not look like they spent more than five minutes cleaning when I waited 30-45 minutes. They left my dash dusty, my middle console did not get wiped down or cleaned at all. My carpets still have pine needles and dust particles on the sides and under my carpets. I will not recommend going to pink elephant and I will definitely not ever return for business.

Although the employees were nice and friendly, they did half job cleaning the inside of my car. There were still spots of dust and crumbs left in little compartments. Hopefully I can go back and theyll get it done right this time.

If I could give less than once or I would.Ive been here three times and every time the guy is rude I will not be returning. Its like hes trying to scare customers away.

I came in SUPER DIRTY with a free car wash ticket. They pre washed my wheels and hand dried my van afterward. Excellent customer service. No wonder they have been here for many many years.

If I could give this company negative stars I would. I went there and the machine broke my mirror of. The assistant manager gave me his number and his managers number and told me to contact them. It has been 8 dsys, I have sent them multiple text and they have not responded. I was told that because my car is more than 8 years old that they are not responsible. I was also told that this is not the first time that a mirror has broken off.

Some of the employees may have been friendly, but the worker inside was a ****. (Fill in the blank, Im not here to swear). Went to the BR while waiting... Dirty, no seat covers, no soap, no towels or working dryer, sketchy lock, and after cleaning the car it was still quite noticeably dirty. Didnt care since it wasnt my car, but I was quite raging about the service, disrespect and that my hands were even filthier than not washing (touching all those handles to find out you cant wash your hands!!!) Silently raging. I dont yell at people though.

Feels unsafe for women. The first carwash attendant was overly familiar, creepy with compliments and wasn’t listening to what I asked for-trying to up sell and hit on me at same time. I would give negative stars to him. Second guy took over and was helpful, sold me what I asked for, gave me a coupon and did a thorough job taking care of my car. Would give him extra stars. Then I went inside for a drink and there was yet another creepy, leering guy at the cash register hitting on a high school girl. Won’t be visiting this place again even if my car is running on fumes.

It also has the Pink Elephant Car Wash which I love because I get my car detailed for a nice price and theyre always very helpful inefficient

Susan at the gas station was unashamedly rude and refused to tell me where the bathroom was just outside the building. I wish I didnt get to find it disgusting. Car wash staff was nice, but the van was not very clean.

First of all I sat at the booth for about five minutes waiting for someone to show up.. No problem, then this employee shows up with a real I dont give a F and dont want to be here attitude. I pay for a full wash and vacuum and pull up towards the wash where no one is there to guide me onto the rail. The same guy arrives and has a real attitude about his poorly given tire aligning skills. He sprays some water on the car then walks off and then a minute or so later another woman arrives to pre wash the car. Inside the wash no lights were on and overall was just a poor experience with the attitude I was given. Will be finding another car wash for my vehicle.

They always do a good job in getting the inside and out cleaned. This is the only place I come for my car wash, even since Ive moved out to Kitsap County!

Worst experience i ever had there dirty care after i payed for a gold the best one you can buy people looked like they were on drugs manager seemed to be tweaking bad customer service asked for a manager and dude said im the assistant and i thought he was kidding who wears shades when its not sunny outside and talks 100 miles a hour... Anyways car was dirty didnt wash floor mats or windows half of my car was vacuumed they forgot about the other half probably cause he was trying to do alot of things at once i will never go there again dont recommend this place to no one. Want ur car cleaned go to a self service one cant even complain cause the managers are always high themselfs so they dont even care about it when i asked there words was dont like it theres self service ones in Tacoma

Deffinitly way to high of price on gas and any kind of snack. 10 for a soda and milk shake and butter finger? Oh and another 12 for the car wash on the cheapest and the water didnt even turn on in the car wash..... Who the heck wants bacteria smelling moldy rags flopping on their windshield making it smell bad?

Im standing here waiting for my car to be vacuumed and they have start working on the 5 cars that arrived AFTER I did while my car simply sits there. Going on nearly an hour for a car wash. No tip today.

I was there on a Tuesday afternoon about 2pm. I had a coupon and still paid over 26 bucks for a wash with extras. My car got washed on time then sat while 3 other cars that were behind me were taken car of first. I was standing there, waiting. The asked to move my car up to the vacuum and left it running while they tended to the other cars. I finally had to walk over and ask them to turn it off. Really? It took over an hour for this. The were NOT overly busy. I even told the guy he didnt have to vacuum out the back part of my car. My question is what did I pay 26 bucks for? Will not be going back. Terrible! Bad service!

Honestly the car wash prices are ridiculous. $28 for them to wash car, tires and rims. Plus the car wash attendant tried to get into an argument with me over how I pulled into his lane lol. Save your money and go somewhere else

RUDE AS HECK! Literally wouldn’t let me pay for my snacks or gas because I wouldn’t pay cash???!!! Dude was rude as heck and just waved me off like I didn’t even matter. I left without gas or my snacks!!!!

They close at 4 but advertise that they close at 6... impossible to get a car wash downtown after work

This is the fourth time now that I have come to this car wash at 4 p.m. and they have been closed. The website and all of the signage says they close at 5 p.m. Piss poor service at best.

Never will go here again. My car barely got clean and they scratched my paint all over while using the brush on it

The worker here, Billy, an amazing guy. Im in Tacoma 9pm and get a flat tire. I drive to the nearest gas station and he fills my tire for free, gives me a cap, measures the air and sends me on my way. There arent too many in Tacoma like that anymore. A very big THANK YOU BILLY!!!
