The employees here are so nice and helpful. Ive been coming here since 2017 for services and my post mail box. Havent had any issues. I have atleast 2 or more packages a month delivered here. Ive seen it get super busy some days and while Im standing in line they show their patience with each customer.

I have been to multiple UPS locations and NONE have compared to this one in the realm of quick and wonderful customer service. Alicia was by FAR the most helpful UPS Associate I’ve dealt with and if there was any day I needed her it was that day. Her name badge says “In Training,” but either she’s just a natural “Above Expectations” kind of a gal or she’s a quick learner or both (probably). I sincerely thank her as I have about $2,600 worth of things to send. Because of her, I now won’t be going to any other UPS Store for my shipping needs, this particular location has gained me for life!!!!! 😁👍🏼

Ive probably been there a 1/2 a dozen times. Every single time theres a bad experience for one reason or another. They are either creating new rules dont exist and saying that its a state regulation, raising their prices, or losing my stuff. Avoid this place like its covid 19.I dont know why I dont have the option of responding to the owners comment, 1 But the fact that the name on my drivers licence is not vinny should probably be a smalle hint to the person. Another reason that they probably have no idea who I am is because when you call the UPS store with a complaint they try to tell you to call UPS the company itself, when you call the company itself they tell you that they are only allowed to give information to the shipper which is the UPS store. They use the fact that the UPS store is not actually part of UPS as a way to make it almost impossible to track down your stuff.Like I said before avoid the ups store, all of them, if you desire good service. Just use the post office, no shipper in america is worse.

They answered all my questions regarding my package and how they were going to pack it so it arrived safe. They are very friendly and helpful. Deb and her team are amazing. I am a Real Estate agent who needs flyers printed regularly and they are very fast and far less expensive then any other place. I have had things printed within hours and the quality is second to none. They also help with designing my signs and marketing materials. I highly recommend this business to anyone.

Inconsistent customer service and inconsistent pricing. If you use the computer (access email or use USB flash drive) to print, they charge you $2.00 for a “computer use fee” + charge per print. Go to UPS on 38th st., they don’t charge the ridiculous “computer use fee.”

When trying to return something here I asked why they did something differently from my regular store. The reply was simply that I should just go to my other store. Believe me.... I will. And I will not return to this store even though it’s closer than my regular store. Great customer service makes a difference.

I came in to have a product returned to Amazon and I was unsatisfied with the customer service. I am in my 70s and had a package that was a little too heavy for me. I asked the young man if he could provide assistance. He has displayed an attitude problem and was not helpful. I was not able to return my package since he claims to not know how to find the return label through Amazon. When I asked if he can help me carry the box back to my car, he told an older woman that was working there to do it. I was fed up with his disrespectful behavior and told him that hes a young man and should be perfectly capable of doing it with ease.

Love this place! When our post ofc closed In our area, we had to find another place for a PO Box, I had looked online and discovered the UPS store in our area could help with a private mailbox and the hours are so very convenient. Deb and York are the owners and they are just terrific as are their staff. They go beyond my expectations for customer service, most of the time they see me coming and have my mail waiting and if I have boxes they carry them to the car for me . I would highly recommend them .

I have been out of town. I had a few items in my box. Returned and found out my box was not renewed so they returned all my stuff. This lady who owns this place does not call me nor send me any reminders for my box renewal coming up. I do not recommend this spot to anyone who wants a place they can trust with there important items. I think she kept my stuff for herself. She seems like that type of person. Dishonest. Where is my stuff DEB??

There notaries there are completely rude have no sense of customer service and basically made up their own laws as to how they notarize things. So if youre in a big hurry to get something notarized make sure that you have it printed out otherwise they wont sign it every other entity that Ive used in this county has no problem notarizing a piece of paper it does not need to be printed up and he could have simply told me but thats their policy not to try to tell me that every legal entity doesnt theres no reason for him to even try to argue its just a rude rude rude individual

Typically Ive always been very pleased with all UPS stores, this one included... until today.First the guy wanted my phone number which Im not keen to give out, but he insinuated it was mandatory. Then the same with my address. Then after giving all that info he said I was required to have an ID, which I wasnt carrying. So I was unable to ship my package. Not sure if these are UPS rules or state/ fed laws or what, the gentleman was nice enough but not helpful. Im very disappointed.

We get all of our printed marketing material from The UPS Store. Deb does a fantastic job at a great price. The quality is far superior to any other printers we have used in the past at an unbeatable price. The colors are vibrant and the paper is excellent quality. Turnaround time is always quick and she is very responsive to any requests whether it be through email or phone. We will be using her for all of our future business printing needs.

Ive had three print jobs done in the last couple of months there. Deb was particularly helpful on the first one, working out the details of the job. The folks when she wasnt there were good to work with as well on additional orders. It involved special stock and cutting with color printing two sides - theyve done a great job each time.

The overall customer service was pretty bad. I get that there was someone who didnt know what they were doing, and thats fine, but the other person worked there treated me like trash and told me to leave the exact moment he talked to me. Go to any other UPS store, just not the one on 72nd.

I was denied a notary when i walked in at 6pm thought that they closed at 7 i was told by the gentleman that the were preping to close for 7 but as soon as i walked out they closed at 6:10. I guess this store can close when it wants to i guess he said the could because they were a franchise.

Paid $66 for next day delivery on my wifes 10th anniversary present, was told it was delayed until 3pm on the second day, now Im being told it will be here by 8pm or later. Now I wont have it by the time we leave out of town for our trip, what a joke

Called them ahead of time regarding an important delivery, asking them to notify when it arrived. They not only didnt notify me, but I found out from the shipper several days later, that they actually refused the delivery! Is this what I pay them for?

They charge you for at least $2 (no tax) for using the computer and $3 if you send your documents to their email!!!! Their colored print sucks!!! If I could give them 0 I would!!! Go to FedEx or somewhere else to print. Never use UPS!!!! I just wasted $2.21 for NOTHING.

I came in on 4/6/18 at 6.30 pm to drop off a package and the store was closed. It said on the window that their business hours are 9am-7pm. But when theyre open, the checkout process is pretty quick and friendly.

Needed to put extra tape on a box. Said I could not use theirs. Tape cost them money. Im sure it does. Good thing the other UPS branches can afford to let me use about 8 inches of tape. Just go to the one on 38th and save the hassle.

This store is terrible. First they gave me the wrong price info and charged me over 3 times what I was quoted, then the lack of customer service after that has been typical of a miserable, apathetic company that doesn’t think about it’s customer at all. The lady behind the counter was short with me and rude and then the “Owner” Deb was just as terrible when it came to her people skills. I didn’t even receive a call back. I’ll just give my money to Office Max next time.

I live in Puyallup, I usually drop stuff off at the Puyallup UPS store. The guys in there are awesome and helpful. I happened to be out by this one and stopped in to drop something off and needed some tape. The guy behind the counter informed that I have to buy the tape and was indignant about it. Said I have to pay for my tape. I asked why Puyallup doesnt charge. He said theyre all owned by different people. Well Ill support the one where they arent rude and supply tape. I run my own company and little things like that I make damn sure we build it in and provide a wow experience not a bite me I cant spare 2 cents experience. Just to clarify Im really not upset about tape. Its the jerk that made me feel like moron for needing tape and was then rude about the fact I had to buy some from him.

I drove 30 minutes to deliver an express package, because the website said that they were still open, when I got there they were closed. And they informed me that it has been this time for a month. Another women was there based off the website as well. They need to update it.
