I have been in this store multiple times over the last month or two and the employees are always smiling and so helpful! The store manager is always does a great job helping everyone out. I’ll never go anywhere else for my phone service because of how great I’m treated here.

Mary helped me this evening with a new line for my father in law and getting a few errors corrected on their accounts. She was very patient and went out of her way to help me get a claim started on my daughters phone as well! She is awesome!

The manager at this store, Kyle, was beyond helpful. I highly recommend going to him for any questions or concerns. You will not be disappointed!

I received good service. My sakes associate was awesome and he answered all my questions quickly and efficiently.

They don’t answer their phone and they don’t care about you or your time. They sent me to voicemail 11 times and the voicemail was full. I just had a simple question and they treat their customers with distain. Confirm everything they do on your account afterward. Lied about my insurance coverage and where my phone could be repaired. Changed plan without approval.

Bryar Ward really helped me get the new iPhone 13 and my bae the 12. only problem is, you’ll be sitting around “building rapport” while their tablet buffers half the time ur there…/:

I recently moved from Long Beach Ca to Talequah Ok. And visited this store, being a long customer of. AT&T my husband and I were due for an upgrade We were greeted by Michael and he did not disappoint, he was patient ( were older) so our skill sets have a lot to be desired but this man was so polite, courteous and very knowledgeable helpful something California needs to learn from Michael another quality needed in sales is belief in what your selling and as far as I am concerned Michel is top notch.

Just stopped in and got a new phone. Kyle was awesome and extremely patient. Best experience Ive ever had in an AT&T store!

Employee was very timely and friendly providing answers to all customers coming through the door with wait and time. She was very knowledgeable on all equipment that I wanted to purchase. And gave me quick easy tips to help me navigate my phone easier. This employee is a great example for how customer service should be. Furthermore, she was understaff with a couple of cranky customers and she handled all of it gracefully, professionally, and timely.

So I come in for help with mine note 9 and Jordan and Molly and Logan help me to the best of their ability but when the manager come back from his break I said that thats who I was waiting to speak to according to one of the other employees and he said the manager said that no shes not waiting for me Im not helping her so he pretty much refused to help me even though he helped to other people that came in later behind me dont know if he thinks hes too good here at THE TAHLEQUAH Location but everybody else was super helpful and did everything they could and did help me in the end but the manager is just too good and I guess too uppity and doesnt have enough time just for the ones that he deems worthy!The manager gets 0 stars and the other employees get 5 stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Took my grandmother to the store for a new phone. She has trouble with smartphones and deciding which is best for her needs. She was assisted by Rachel who was knowledgeable and very helpful. My grandmother left the store in a timely manner and loves her new phone. Very pleased with the service at the store and will return for future phone needs.

Rachel took her time and tried to get my number from another carrier. Even though she was not able to do so I was grateful for the effort she put into doing so. She mad she I was on the best rate plan for my budget. She really cared that this veteran was taking of and that I knew how to work my device before leaving the store. I highly recommend AT&T and Rachel at the Tahlequah location. Thank you!

Always a huge line takes hours to do anything

We went to the Tahlequah AT&T and Rafael Byers helped us w purchasing an I-watch. She was so kind and so patient. She answered multiple questions about our bill and made the changes after a very informed session. I have come into the store and had a few associates I didn’t connect with. But Rachael was outstanding!!

I was lied to told my bill will be $300 because of new phones then my bill $135 EVERY month. The sells guy just lied from the get go. I paid $180 to get started then first bill was $500 and second bill is $548 so I lost my number I had for 18 years because of a sorry sales rep !!

The guy named Devin helped me set up a new email account and transfer all my stuff over. He was extremely helpful, attentive and talkative would definitely recommend this store

Was wanting to buy a new phone but it turns out Im stuck with this one. Was given false information numerous times by customer service 1-800 number only to find out from the CSR at my store that it wasnt true. My local store was great. Its the employees on the phone and in live chat that dont have a clue what they are talking about. Its as if they would have said anything just to get me off the phone.

The people are very friendly and the new manager went out of her way to answer questions regarding the upcoming new releases. Will definitely be doing business in store with that type of customer services instead of my usual online business.

Oh man awesome service, Matt our tech guy guy was very helpful, Im 54 and needed some help get my photos from my old phone to my new one.

Jordan was super helpful, stayed after hours to help us out, and was really really patient with all of our questions. 100% recommend coming to this location, everyone is great and incredibly friendly.

The store is good its this one you calling the people leave you on hold at the corporate call center people at the store try their best but it makes it so hard for them especially when someone cant talk properly.

I waited about 10 minutes to be checked in and an additional 30 minutes to be seen by someone to activate my new phone only to be told the person whose name is on the account has to be there to do anything. Which is understandable, but DEFINITELY should have been told to me by the person who took my information. They gave us next to no help the previous time we came in to buy the phone, which we had to order online(there was no offer to do so in store). I really only went in to have them put on my screen protector, so Ill just attempt that myself and activate the phone at home.

Tahlequah’s ATT is efficient, effective, and excellent at all that they do. We have made several purchases there. However, my experience had nothing to do with a sale. Recently I needed help with a screen protector replacement. Rachel was so kind to help me put the new screen on, even though it isn’t necessarily in her job description. 10/10 recommend our ATT.

They are only there to make commission off of the phones they sell. They will not help with broken phones. Made the switch, and bought a phone off contract, and Ive never looked back. Dont expect much from these guys.

As soon as I stepped in the door. Jordan had stepped up with the big smile on his face and asked me if he could help me he was really nice and polite I really appreciated his help.

The staff was plenty friendly, but purposely mislead me to buy 2 phones under the guise that I was getting the buy one get one deal. I ended up paying for two phones, when I could have selected different phones and gotten the buy one get one. ATT customer service explained that the associates work on commission and should be fact checked by calling 611 from your cell. I don’t use the store any longer after learning that the employees don’t work for ATT. Beware! Definitely fact check with ATT before you go to the store.

This is twice now Ive received horrible customer service. They were 2 minutes late opening door with 4 customers standing outside and then when inside they told me they couldnt take my payment to use kiosks. Which I did for wifes phone. Then was told that kiosks wont take payment for internet. Then I return to CSR and was told again that they nor kiosks wont take my payment and that Id have to call customer service to pay it.lol. we have 4 accounts with this place and last visit was told I couldnt change payment info at store that Id have to call customer service for all 4 accounts to make changes that they couldnt help me in the actual store.wth? This place sucks big time at customer service. Also once inside...while 4 customers stood outside waiting there was apparently 4 employees inside just watching us stand outside waiting. Very irritated to say the least.

Vary poor phone call service. Actualy need people to talk to not a machine that does nothing but confuse you.

Came in to make a purchase and remove data on and old phone. When I opened the phone a message said, the SIM card was gone. I asked what happened to the SIM card...she replied, I destroyed it, that is was AT&T policy to destroy the old SIM cards. I did not have time to argue with her but later inquired and she was wrong... Not policy.

Had a problem with the wifes phone. Went to see about replacing it. She spoke with Kyle who handed her off to Annie. Annie was no help and did nothing to solve wifes problem. Instead, she ignored the wife, and disappeared. When I showed up, Annie was MIA and we were handed off to Javier. Javiers efforts, while a little better than Annies, also were lacking in true customer service skills. We asked to speak with the manager and, lo and behold, it is Kyle. Both had a hard time communicating why getting a new phone would nullify the service plan discount I had received only weeks prior to this. I will NEVER return to this location for anything!Subsequent to this, I made a call to the customer service line. I spoke with several people that evening, most of whom were difficult to understand their spoken English. I first spoke with Sheniqua, but the call was either dropped, or she hung up on me. A 2nd call was answered by Maria, passed to Vanessa and finally to Andreas, the highest level of management available at the time. I was told my complaint and request to speak to the next levels of management might be answered with a return call, but, weeks later, I have not received a call from anyone at AT&T.To fix the wifes phone, I called a local repair shop, and they suggested I go to AT&T device support services near my office. Not expecting too much, I went. I did receive great customer service, even though the guy had many other customers waiting for their repairs and he was the only person in the store at the time. I later found out that this was a local company contracted by AT&T; they obviously werent trained by AT&T customer service as they knew how to properly treat a customer.In the end, according to the technician, the phone fried its mother board while trying to load an update to the operating system. Many other people in the shop that day had similar, if not the same problem with their Samsung phones.Final rating for AT&T is less than 1 Star; I will not return to the Tahlequah store, and am strongly considering another carrier. I suggest others do the same.

Always a hassle. Went in to cancel a line and said I had to call the 800 number. Had just tried but on hold for over an hour.

I have always used this store since it opened but after today I WILL NOT return. I hope for the stores sake it was just the heavy set dark headed girl with the awful attitude and not everyone working there. Very bad experience with a hateful employee.
