Jessica was so very kind, friendly and dedicated as she helped us get our three older IPhones info changed to our three new iPhones. It took past her getting off work time I know but she was as kind as though we were the first customers of the day. This was the best experience at buying new phones we have ever had.

Christina was very helpful. However, it took me three trips to the store for what I wanted to have done be accomplished. Due to a ridiculously long wait time on hold for customer service, twice. Christina called another store and they were able to input and activate my account. Not sure why the Tahlequah store was having issues but it finally got resolved.

The worst experience, I was told they could port my number, I left without a working phone, said she would take care of it 1st thing in the morning, its 3pm and now they are just now telling me they cant and want to charge me a 50.00 re stock fee, b/c their employees cant do their job, they just lost a customer, b/c we are returning them and switching to us cellular. CONGRATULATIONS VERIZON, Jason has been a loyal customer

This is the absolute worst Verizon Wireless representative on the planet. During COVID, they won’t wear their masks correctly but except you to have one and wear it correctly and at all times. Verizon should not let them sell under their name. Customer service is terrible and no one at ANY location knows their plans or policies. They never answer the phone and when they do you can guarantee it’s a new employee who doesn’t know anything about what they can offer and their manager will have to call you back, or you will have to call them, and you’ll never get in touch with anyone again. We will be switching to T-Mobile, they appear to want business and so far will answer their phone and they know their business.

The worst customer service ever. The prices online do not match the prices in store because they are a third party. They then told me I could leave while they were re-activating my old phone... it has been an hour since I have left and it still is not re-activated. I called to tell them it was not working still, they told me that it was out of their hands and I would need to call Verizon to get my phone (that they deactivated) re-activated. This store is a joke, switching to T-Mobile.

Went to change my plan and remove my tablet. Got my bill. Plan was not changed, tablet still there, and 30.00 more dollars was added for insurance that I didnt ask for. Tried for an hour to contact verizon. Never spoke to anyone. Been with them 15 years. This is ridiculous

I didn’t purchase anything from Russell Cellular—I’m sure they’re a fine store. I’m writing this review to warn others about Verizon Wireless.I purchased an iPhone 6S online from Verizon. Their ad stated the purchase of the phone would be $5 per month with the minimum plan of $55/mo. That’s $60 + tax per month. My first bill was $180+. When I question it, they said it was two bills to begin, then it would drop to one/mo. I asked again why each mo. was $90+; they sent a statement showing the cost of the phone itself per month was $15+/mo. I asked yet again why it was $15/mo. when the ad that sold me on the phone stated $5/mo.—they again sent a statement. However, this statement was about 6 pages—most of which was reiterating they would charge me $300+ for early termination—basically a threat.I sent the phone back in pristine condition, and pretty much told them to shove it, and their bill, up their Verizon. The customer service is terrible, and they WILL overcharge you with no regard for your concern. DO NOT CHOOSE Verizon.

The employees were very knowledgeable & helpful. My only complaint, & I think its significant, is the day I was there & bought my $900 phone they were giving Samsung tablets away for free. Unfortunately, they had run out. I was promised a free tablet the next day. However, management wouldnt honor that promise. That day they were selling Samsung tablets for $50. I bought one of those but was very disappointed in managerial customer service.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I had a horrible experience today, I arrived at 9:50 this morning intending to pick up a phone I had ordered several days ago. When I ordered I was told they would call when the phone came in, I never received a call. I started calling the store at 9:00 am when they opened on December 26, for well over an hour there was a recording on that was first a male voice stating all employees were busy, after about 30 minutes the recording changed to a female voice. I spoke with someone who was very unfriendly and not very helpful. I told her I would be in today to which she replied well we open at 9:00. When I arrived this morning I went to the door to discover the doors were still locked and this female worker is sitting there laughing at me through the door. She finally got up and came over to open the door and she was like oh I thought the door was open. She was rude, acting like I was putting her out by being there. She acted like she had better things to do than help a customer. By the time she got around to stating that I needed to contact my son for approval on accessing the account I had already been treated like I didnt need to be there, again like I was interuppting her very busy morning. A call was placed to the manager Loren, still waiting to hear back from her. I sure miss the old employees, when Brandon was there we never had a problem. The store may have improved the building but no improvement when comes to employees.

Went to upgrade my phone but the rep that tried to help me didnt know the prices of the phones, the accessories that came with them or anything else. This store used to be the place to go for any question or problem. Never before had I been told I needed to go to real Verizon store to see what the specials are. They used to be Awesome. Drive the extra distance and use corporate store. I got the new Samsung S7. Opted for the screen protector, which I always do. The kind they carry says Samsung S7 on the package, but leaves 1/8 of an inch exposed on each side. The guy there said its how they always come. I was desperate to protect my phone since they didnt have cases for them yet. The glass cover is beginning to peel up on the sides and trying to press anything where that seem lies is difficult. I showed it to the guys at a corporate store and they said the screen protector is wrong. They took one they had out of the and laid it over mine and it went to all the way to the sides. I tried to return it to the Russell Cellular and they told me it was made to fit under a phone case. When I told them I bought an otter box for it they said it was because the Otter Box fits differently. When I told the guy the screen wasnt as responsive where the seem was he sneered and looked at me like I was an idiot.They refused to admit they sold me one that didnt fit and refused to refund me because it was already on my phone even though they put it on.Caveat Emptor! Go to a real Verizon, avoid these cats.
